Basé à Grenoble (France), KIS, est un des leaders mondiaux dans la conception, production et distribution d’équipements professionnels d’impression photographique instantanée. Centre de recherche et développement, KIS est notamment l’inventeur du concept de photo processing en une heure et compte aujourd’hui plus de 48 000 kiosques d’impression photo numérique et de cabines photos installés sur 5 continents.

Le Product Manager Photo et Kiosque est responsable du développement des produits de la famille photo et kisoque, en partenariat avec les équipes R&D et les équipes de développement logiciel/matériel.

Il/elle est chargé(e) de veiller à ce que les produits développés répondent à une idée claire du consommateur ainsi qu'à un besoin du marché afin de maximiser le succès.

Il/elle participe à la livraison des produits conformément aux spécifications du point de vue du consommateur, ce qui inclut le respect des attentes en matière de prix.

Les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Gestion de projet : Participation active à la spécification du projet (données du marché, spécifications fonctionnelles attendues), gestion des développements de produits (innovations/rénovations) et rapports sur l'état d'avancement, les délais et les problèmes critiques.
  • Gestion des consolidations de volume des marchés pour tous les projets.
  • Cycle de vie des produits : amélioration continue de nos produits pour rester en phase avec les besoins des consommateurs, s'adapter aux améliorations technologiques de l'industrie et répondre aux exigences du développement durable.
  • Connaissance, formation et appropriation des produits : être la voix du produit sur tous les points.
  • Soutien aux ventes :
    • Soutien à la vente du kit de lancement
    • Fiches produits et argumentaires pour soutenir les équipes de vente
    • Soutien aux grands comptes lors des principaux appels d'offres et salons pour tous les marchés
    • Soutien aux équipes de marketing locales
    • Soutien à la direction pour les présentations
    • Matériel de PLV
    • Explication des produits pour le service après-vente et la hotline
  • Collaboration avec les marchés : travailler main dans la main avec les marchés pour répondre à leurs besoins.
  • Collaboration avec un graphiste : fournir tout le matériel nécessaire à l'optimisation des ventes. Besoins sur le terrain et besoins commerciaux.
  • Collaboration avec le service des achats : dispositifs opérationnels (autocollants, traductions, éléments de marketing), exploration de nouvelles machines et de nouveaux concepts.
  • Définition du parcours client par type de machine : création de l'interface client (en collaboration avec un graphiste ou une agence externe) pour la mise à disposition du logiciel.

Nous recherchons notre premier Product Marketing Manager pour accompagner nos deux activités : Code & Permis et Assurances Auto & Habitation.

Vous serez en charge de piloter notre go-to-market de A à Z, en passant par la définition des segments et des personas, l'analyse concurrentielle, le positionnement et le messaging, le travail sur le pricing et le packaging avec les équipes, élaboration de plans de lancement et jusqu'à l’activation multicanaux.

Vous serez responsable d’orchestrer des lancements à fort impact capables de faire bouger l’aiguille sur l’acquisition, la conversion, la rétention et l’attache assurance.

Nous recherchons un·e Product Marketing Manager

Rattaché·e directement au CPO, vous concentrerez vos efforts sur 2 ou 3 projets stratégiques transverses à l’échelle d’Ornikar, tout en apportant ponctuellement votre soutien aux équipes produit et marketing sur d’autres initiatives.

Vos missions

Stratégie marché & clients

  • Construire la segmentation, clarifier les jobs-to-be-done et formaliser des personas activables (signaux, objections, preuves, canaux).
  • Mettre en place une veille concurrentielle et category intelligence (benchmark offres, pricing, UVP, narratives).
  • Identifier les opportunités de packaging (offres, bundles, cross-sell Code/Permis → Assurance).

Positionnement & messaging

  • Définir la proposition de valeur, les messages par segment et les preuves (use cases, études, témoignages).
  • Créer les storylines et les assets clés (one-pagers, pages produit, scripts vidéo, sales decks, FAQ).

Go-to-Market & Lancements

  • Définir la stratégie de go-to-market avec un tiering des lancements (T1/T2/T3), objectifs, audiences, canaux, calendrier et budget.
  • Co-piloter le pricing et le packaging avec les équipes Produit, Assurance/Pricing, Finance et Legal.
  • Orchestrer les plans 360° : Brand/Comms, CRM (lifecycle, triggers, segmentation), Paid/SEO, Social, Partenariats, PR.

Mesure & Impact

  • Définir les KPI des lancements (adoption, conversion, attach rate, ARPU, NPS, CAC/LTV) et piloter l’expérimentation (A/B tests, holdouts).
  • Mettre en place des post-launch reviews et construire un launch playbook réutilisable.

Travail avec les équipes internes

  • Collaborer étroitement avec Produit, Growth, CRM, Brand/Comms, Ops, Data et Assurance/Pricing pour garantir la cohérence des lancements et l’alignement des initiatives.
  • Porter une culture d’insights (VoC, user research, support, data) et encourager une exécution pragmatique et orientée impact.

Vous êtes notre candidat·e idéal·e si
  • Vous avez une première expérience en Product Marketing ou Go-to-Market dans une scale-up ou entreprise tech B2C/B2B2C.
  • Vous avez déjà lancé des fonctionnalités ou offres avec un impact mesurable (adoption, conversion, revenu).
  • Vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux du segmentation, positionnement, messaging, pricing/packaging et lifecycle/CRM.
  • Vous avez une excellente capacité de rédaction et de storytelling en français, et un anglais professionnel pour réunions et création de contenus.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec un stack analytique et opérationnel type : analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA), CRM (Braze, Iterable), A/B testing, outils créatifs légers.

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Produit, vous contribuez au développement et à la mise en valeur de notre logiciel intelligent d’optimisation des systèmes énergétiques (Energy Management System, EMS), en travaillant sur les missions suivantes:

  • étudier le marché, les besoins des clients et leurs leviers de motivation, construire les buyer personae associés ;
  • construire la proposition de valeur du produit EMS en assurant la cohérence entre le message et la cible visée;
  • développer les outils d’aide à la vente pour l’équipe commerciale;
  • rédiger les contenus marketing en collaboration avec l’équipe communication;
  • effectuer la veille réglementaire et concurrentielle;
  • planifier et coordonner le lancement du produit EMS sur le marché (go-to-market);
  • analyser et suivre la performance des actions marketing via la création d’indicateurs de suivi et les rapports;
  • enrichir les équipes en interne avec ses connaissances et les résultats de ses analyses.

Comme dans toute entreprise en plein développement, votre rôle est diversifié, il favorise l’autonomie et la prise d’initiative, et peut conduire à d’autres missions au sein de l’organisation.

De formation supérieure Bac+5 , vous avez de solides connaissances en marketing stratégique et opérationnel et bénéficiez d’une première expérience dans un poste similaire. Une connaissance du secteur de l’énergie serait un plus.

Vous avez de l’appétence pour les sujets complexes et vous savez transformer un discours technique en communication claire et accessible.

Vous êtes analytique et focus sur les chiffres.

Curieux(se) et créatif(ve), vous aimez le travail en équipe et avez l’esprit de partage.

Vous avez d’excellentes capacités de communication, orale et écrite, et de synthèse.

Product Marketing Manager

We're growing fast and looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team—someone who loves technology, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to make a global impact.

This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary, and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the Product, engineering, content, Sales, and other Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, technology marketing, and the use of technology in marketing. They prefer to work in an environment that emphasises ownership of GTM campaigns, collaboration, learning, curiosity, and a drive to always improve oneself / the team / the organisation. They love solving problems, getting hands-on, experimenting, measuring, and using automation to make daily life easier.

The role: Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how we position and communicate lemlist’s product, turning every feature launch into adoption and revenue growth.

Your mission: make sure every product innovation drives real business impact: more signups, higher activation, stronger retention, while building credibility with our sales audience.

This is a high-impact role within our Marketing team, working directly with our CMO and Product team, and collaborating closely with a strong PMM peer and the Growth team.

You’ll be in the driver’s seat to shape lemlist’s narrative, orchestrate GTM launches, and scale product adoption.

What you’ll do
  • Narrative & Positioning → Work with PMs to define the why behind each feature, and turn it into compelling stories and use cases that resonate with sales teams.

  • GTM Orchestration → Plan and execute go-to-market launches across multiple channels, aligning Product, Growth, and Marketing to maximize adoption.

  • Content & Assets → Own key product marketing deliverables: product pages, newsletters, launch kits, clients success stories, competitive benchmarks, and internal enablement docs.

  • Market & Product Expertise → Be the in-house expert on product, industry trends, and competitors to sharpen our positioning.

Your first year at lemlist

Months 1–3

  • Dive deep into lemlist: product, personas, competitors.

  • Dive into our GTM process, shadowing our experienced PMM.

  • Contribute to a first product launch: from co-crafting the narrative to supervising the launch of the campaigns the D-day and creating some assets (like product page)

  • Organise and publish your first success story

Months 3–6

  • Lead and own GTM for major feature launches, from narrative to distribution, with strong acquisition a/o adoption KPIs

  • Independently create content such as product pages, playbooks, email campaigns, Social Media posts, and video scripts (youtube long form, ad shorts, looms for users.)

Who you are
  • Ideally based in Paris. Open to candidates based in France, as long as you can join the team in Paris once a month.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

  • Experienced → You bring 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in product marketing ideally with proven GTM success.

  • Storyteller & Strategist → You know how to turn features into simple, compelling narratives, positioning them as tools that help sales teams replicate proven success.

  • Hands-on Marketer → You’re equally comfortable defining positioning and writing product pages or newsletters.

  • Product-curious → You love digging into features, testing workflows, talking to customers and keeping tabs on competitors.
