YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G'S SUCCESS:
As a Pampers Communication Intern, you will be in charge of:
Brand Communication Support:
+ Assist in executing communications toolkits, including PR strategies and media partnerships, and internal/external events.
+ Assist in developing and implementing targeted influencer marketing plans that identify and engage key influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
Social Media Management:
+ Lead the Pampers social media calendar in partnership with agencies, leveraging UGC and Regional Brand Toolkits, to help develop engaging content ensuring alignment with brand content strategy.
Agency Collaboration:
+ Maintain day-to-day relationships with PR and creative agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Job Qualifications
+ Student currently enrolled in a Master's Degree program in Marketing, Communications, Politics, Journalism or any related field
+ Passionate about Communications & Marketing
+ Very good oral & written communications skills in both French and English
+ You have a sense of leadership and a strong determination to get things done to achieve your goals.
+ You demonstrate agility, ingeniosity and creativity.
+ You have a strong capacity for analysis and critical thinking.

**SKINCARE EDUCATION & Communication ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER**
**COTY LUXURY- RETAIL EXPERIENCE DEPARTMENT**
**6 Month Internship starting from January 2026**
**Education & Communication Assistant Project Manager**
**LUXURY BRANDS** **:** **Skincare brands** **(Lancaster / Orveda / Philosophy)** **& transversal skincare**
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
This role reports into the Skincare Senior Education Project Manager& the Consumer Scientific Communication Director(double report)and the position takes place in the Global Education& Scientific Communicationdepartment.
+ Design branded and transversal training tools with the Senior Education Project Manager for each launch and for global tools
+ Development of skincare mobile learnings for the Beauty Advisor mobile app
+ Development of Selling techniques
+ Update of existing tools
+ Direct and permanent contact with the Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Merchandising and Trade Marketing departments
+ Ensure deadlines, delivery and implementation of the assets, and constant optimization of work tools, processes, and communication.
+ Help to plan and organize Train the Trainers sessions (onboarding workshops, seminars, virtual trainings)
**MEDICAL EVENTS**
+ Participate in the organization of medical/PR/Influencer education events, masterclass, and congress activations.
+ Assist in managing logistics and vendor coordination for each event (venues, catering, materials, travel, guests' hospitality.).
+ Contribute to on-site event support and post-event reporting.
TRENDS & SOCIAL MEDIA MONITORING
+ Conduct regular social media monitoring to identify emerging trends, content ideas, campaigns, and key opinion profiles across the beauty, skincare, and health sectors.
Work very closely with IM/PR and marketing teams to ensure message consistency and excellence in execution.
**YOU ARE A COTY FIT**
+ Master student (gap year or end-of-studies) in a business school or university
+ A previous work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education would be a plus
+ Previous work experience in communication, influence and/or PR for a beauty, lifestyle or luxury brand would be a plus (or in a PR/communication/influence agency).
+ Excellent communicator in English (C1) & French (B2) - both verbal & written
+ Creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility, and flexibility
+ Good communication and presentation skills
+ Strong organizational skills; attention to detail is key.
+ Able to deal with a fast-paced work environment
+ Skincare and/or beauty addict/passionate
+ Digital & Social Media savvy
+ Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
+ Retail minded/consumer centric: experience in Dept. Stores, perfumeries, beauty retailers, pharmacies or boutiques highly appreciated

As a Digital Communication 360 & Influence Intern, you will gain insight into all aspects of digital communication and influence - from content creation to publishing - across several COTY brands that are as diverse as they are inspiring: DAVIDOFF, ESCADA, and JOOP!
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As a Digital Communication 360 & Influence Intern, you will be responsible for managing the digital communication of the DAVIDOFF, ESCADA, and JOOP! brands.
From content creation and social media/influencer strategy to events and e-commerce distribution, you will contribute to delivering consistent and effective communication across all digital channels.
Your main objectives for the three brands:
+ Drive the social media and influencer strategy in collaboration with internal and external partners (agencies, influencers, media).
+ Create e-commerce toolkits for our markets to support the online distribution of our products.
+ Contribute to digital content creation-from briefing and photoshoots to post-production.

La friche du 88 Ménilmontant , située dans le 20ème arrondissement à Paris, est animée et exploitée par les équipes de La Bellevilloise depuis plusieurs années. Ce lieu est ouvert d’avril à septembre, et il accueille les visiteurs pour un moment de détente en plein air (bar, stands food, programmation, ateliers-boutiques, jeux en extérieur…).
Description du poste et des missions
1) Accueil, régie, programmation et production au 88 Ménilmontant
- Accueil du public, des artistes et des organisateurs
- Orientation, information et conseil sur les différentes activités proposées
- Aide ponctuelle sur les événements et ateliers programmés
- Accueil et accompagnement des ateliers-boutiques
- Gestion et logistique générale de l’espace
- Veille à la bonne tenue du lieu et au réassort du matériel mis à disposition
- Aide à la mise en place avant ouverture
