Piloter la vision, l’exécution et l’impact de la data science. Le Lead Data Science est responsable de l’alignement stratégique des initiatives de data science avec les objectifs business, de la qualité des livrables algorithmiques, ainsi que de l’encadrement technique et méthodologique de l’équipe data science.

• Expérience avérée dans la livraison de projets ML end-to-end (POC → prod), y compris dans des environnements complexes.


• Première expérience de lead/management d’équipe fortement souhaitée.

Compétences techniques & méthodologiques

• Excellente maîtrise de Python, des bibliothèques ML (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, etc.) et des outils de gestion de projet data science.


• Bonne connaissance des pratiques de mise en production de modèles (API, CI/CD, MLOps, monitoring).


• Solides bases en statistiques, en modélisation et en évaluation d’algorithmes.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) CTO – Data Scientist pour prendre en main la direction technique du projet. Ce poste combine leadership technologique, expertise en data science et capacité à structurer une architecture IA robuste et évolutive.

Le ou la CTO sera responsable :

FormAI est une startup Edtech issue de deux années de modélisation prédictive de données, menée en partenariat avec la French Tech Paris-Saclay. Elle vise à transformer l’accès à la formation en un levier stratégique pour l’emploi et la compétitivité, en s’appuyant sur une technologie d’intelligence artificielle capable d’anticiper les besoins en compétences et de générer des parcours ultra-personnalisés.

FormAI développe un moteur d’IA propriétaire, protégé par un dépôt logiciel, capable de croiser en temps réel des données socio‑économiques, les tendances du marché de l’emploi et les profils cognitifs individuels. Cette approche unique permet de générer des parcours de formation ultra‑personnalisés, réduisant de 40% le risque de formation inadaptée et anticipant les besoins en compétences à cinq ans.

FormAI permet aux actifs de mieux identifier les parcours de formation les plus adaptés à leur profil cognitif et aux évolutions du marché de l’emploi, maximisant ainsi leur employabilité et la pertinence de leurs choix. Les entreprises disposent d’un outil stratégique pour orienter leurs investissements en formation vers les compétences réellement nécessaires, en cohérence avec leur plan de développement. Enfin, les acteurs publics peuvent s’appuyer sur notre technologie pour optimiser l’allocation des budgets de formation, en ciblant les dispositifs les plus efficaces à l’ère de la rationalisation des dépenses publiques.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) CTO – Data Scientist pour prendre en main la direction technique du projet. Ce poste combine leadership technologique, expertise en data science et capacité à structurer une architecture IA robuste et évolutive.

• du développement et de l’optimisation du moteur d’IA propriétaire (modélisation prédictive, matching cognitif, NLP)
• de la structuration de la stack technique (backend, data pipelines, sécurité, APIs)
• de la mise en place des bonnes pratiques de développement et de déploiement
• de la coordination avec le fondateur pour aligner la roadmap produit sur les besoins des utilisateurs (actifs, entreprises, institutions publiques)
• du recrutement et de l’encadrement des premiers profils tech/data

• Expérience confirmée en data science, machine learning et architecture logicielle
• Maîtrise des environnements Python, frameworks ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud computing (AWS, GCP) ainsi que de l'analyse des jeux de données publics
• Capacité à concevoir des modèles prédictifs et à les intégrer dans une logique produit
• Vision stratégique, sens de l’impact et capacité à prioriser dans un environnement startup
• Intérêt marqué pour les enjeux d’employabilité, de formation et d’innovation publique. Ce point est primordial.
• Expérience dans les secteurs EdTech appréciée
