Nous recherchons un **_Responsable Mondial de la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement des projets_** pour piloter et coordonner l'équipe internationale des gestionnaires de la chaîne d'approvisionnement des projets (PSCM). Ce rôle stratégique consiste à représenter la chaîne d'approvisionnement hydroélectrique sur l'ensemble des projets, en supervisant les processus clés, notamment :
*Fabrication : Assurer une production optimisée et conforme aux standards de qualité.
*Approvisionnement : Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et garantir la disponibilité des ressources.
*Planification des matériaux : Optimiser la gestion des stocks et anticiper les besoins des projets.
*Transport et logistique : Veiller à l'efficacité des flux logistiques et à la ponctualité des livraison
**Rôles et Responsabilités :**
+ Harmoniser les outils, la stratégie et les processus clés au sein du réseau mondial, tels que les appels d'offres, le suivi des commandes, le calcul du coût de réalisation pour la revue des marges des projets, les plans logistiques des projets, etc.
+ Gérer et prendre personnellement en charge les principaux problèmes remontés dans les différentes régions sur des projets spécifiques afin de garantir une visibilité, un soutien et des ressources adéquats pour la réussite.
+ Fournir des formations et des ressources pour développer les compétences et les capacités des responsables de la gestion des stocks et des commandes (PSCM), garantir une affectation rapide et efficace des projets PSCM grâce au processus S&OP.
+ Assurer la mise à jour et la revue en temps opportun des risques et opportunités du portefeuille de projets, évaluer et décider des mesures qui améliorent la performance globale des projets.
+ Développer et développer le pipeline PSCM afin de former des leaders performants capables d'occuper des postes clés au sein de la chaîne de valeur, des équipes projet ou d'autres services de l'entreprise.
+ Développer et simplifier la communication et les interactions interfonctionnelles entre les responsables de la gestion des stocks et le reste de l'entreprise, aligner les fonctions sur les livrables des projets.
+ Participer activement, en tant que représentant de la direction des achats, à la gouvernance et aux revues régionales des projets.

Global PSCM Leader will be the functional leader of the global team of Project Supply Chain Managers (PSCMs) who are the Hydro Supply Chain representative on Hydro projects for all key processes: Manufacturing, Sourcing, Materials Planning and Transport and Logistics.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Harmonize tools, strategy and process across the global network for key processes such as: PO RFQ, PO tracking, Cost to Complete roll up for Project Margin Review, Project Logistics Plans, etc.
+ Drive and personally own the top escalated issues across regions on specific projects to ensure proper visibility, support and resources are provided for success
+ Provide training and resources to develop PSCM skills and capabilities, ensure PSCM project allocations are timely and efficient through use of S&OP process
+ Ensure timely update and review of Project portfolio risk and opportunity, evaluate and decide on action that benefits overall performance of the projects.
+ Develop and build the PSCM pipeline to grow strong leaders who can fill key roles in Value Chain, Project teams or other parts of the business
+ Develop and simplify the communication and X-functional interactions between PSCMs and the rest of the business, align functions on project deliverables
+ Participate actively as Sourcing leadership representative in regional Project governance / reviews
+ Generate productivity in the Project Margin Review processes.
+ Support development of key tools and initiatives such as Op Tracker, Purchasing Tracker, Engineering Procurement Plan (EPP) to improve PSCM effectiveness
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain correlated discipline from an accredited university
+ Major professional experience (10+ years) with strong Supply Chain / Industrial management experience including technical, administrative, and financial accountability
+ Significant leadership experience with direct and indirect (matrix) reports
+ Multicultural and remote team management skills
+ Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
+ Problem identification and resolution skills

**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Industrial and Supply Chain Management Controller is responsible for performing complex accounting and management activities. As a Business Partner, he or she is an active member of the site's Management Committee, steering the budget and supporting financial decision-making. Safran Electrical & Power recherche son Chef-fe de Projet Applications Supply Chain pour accompagner la transformation digitale des fonctions support au sein de la DSI, dans un contexte d'intégration de solutions COTS acquises auprès d'éditeurs externes.
Votre mission :
Accompagner et coordonner le déploiement des applications Supply Chain en facilitant la réalisation de la feuille de route (roadmap) définie par les métiers. Vous serez un véritable partenaire des équipes opérationnelles, garantissant l'alignement des projets aux objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
Vos responsabilités principales :
* Cadrage et accompagnement du métier : Vous accompagnez les équipes métier tout au long de la phase d'analyse du besoin et de spécification, en facilitant les ateliers, en aidant à challenger et à structurer la démarche, tout en maintenant le cap défini par la roadmap SCM et PMT.
* Coordination et cohérence : Vous veillez à la cohérence des demandes métiers avec les objectifs initiaux, et à la bonne articulation des différentes parties prenantes : métiers, DSI, éditeurs de solutions, intégrateurs.
* Suivi et pilotage : Vous êtes le garant du respect des jalons, du budget et de la qualité des livrables lors des phases de déploiement et de mise en service.
* Interface éditeurs : Vous assurez l'interface avec les éditeurs de solutions COTS pour garantir l'intégration, l'évolution et la performance des outils déployés.
* Accompagnement et support en service (RUN) : Vous accompagnez les métiers dans la prise en main, l'utilisation quotidienne et la résolution des incidents fonctionnels sur les applications déployées. Vous coordonnez le support de niveau 1 et 2, veillez à la bonne communication avec les équipes support interne, et assurez l'escalade vers l'éditeur lorsque des problématiques de niveau 3 (techniques/logiciels) sont identifiées.
