Contexte :
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons 1 Expert SAP FICO H/F en CDI pour rejoindre Noveo et intervenir directement chez l’un de nos clients industriels, pour une mission longue.
Le poste est basé à Arques (62).

Vos missions :

• Mise en place de processus de comptabilité et de contrôle de gestion . 
• Analyse et amélioration des processus métier. 
• Personnalisation et configuration du système SAP FICO. 
• Tests, support et formation des utilisateurs.

Profil recherché :
De formation Ingénieur ou équivalent, nous recherchons 1 Expert SAP FICO H/F disposant d’au moins 10 ans d’expérience sur le domaine, et d’une solide maîtrise des problématiques liées à la trésorerie.

Une forte expertise sur SAP FI/CO et les sujets de trésorerie est attendue.

• Salaire selon profil 
• + Titres restaurant de 11€ par jour travaillé pris en charge à 50% + Transports en commun pris en charge à 50% + Mutuelle Alan prise en charge à 50% + 10 jours de RTT (contrat de 39H).

**We are looking for:**
An EHS Specialist within the Support & Maintenance team, who will focus on various Syensqo HSE
applications, particularly SAP EHS. Your role will involve designing and implementing necessary
evolutions and improvements to ensure business continuity. This includes writing functional
specifications for developers, testing, validating, and documenting customizations and development
changes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Syensqo IT organization, product
managers, and HSE experts to analyze business and functional requirements and propose solutions
for EHS processes.
You may also participate as a project member or Project Manager in the implementation of project
solutions across all project phases. To excel in this position, you must possess strong technical skills
within SAP EHS as well as basic functional knowledge of applicable regulations within the chemical
industry. Your expertise should encompass key areas such as Product Safety, SDS Authoring and
distribution, Expert Rules, Dangerous Goods Management, SVHC, and SVT (Substance Volume &
Tracking) and PCN (Poison Control Notification). Additionally, having a basic understanding of
software development and interfacing tools will be beneficial to your success in this role.

+ Collaborate with product managers and HSE experts to analyze business and functionalrequirements and propose solutions for EHS processes.
+ Participate as a project member or Project Manager for the development of new softwareapplications.
+ Support key EHS processes including Product Safety, SDS Authoring and distribution,Dangerous Goods Management, and global label management.
+ Support Substance Volume Tracking (SVT), SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern) PoisonControl Notification (PCN), and other registration processes as applicable in the Chemicalsindustry.

**You will bring:**
+ Deep hands-on experience with SAP EHS in areas such as Product Safety, SVT, SVHC, PCN, 3E.
+ Expertise in SAP EHS Expert Rules setup, modification, and configuration.
+ Understanding of SAP BW report structure and basic knowledge of SAP BW reports andinterfacing.
+ General SAP EHS customization experience.
+ Knowledge in transversal business capabilities (e.g., Process Safety, Occupational Safety,Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene).
+ Familiarity with Global Label Management (GLM) and S/4 Product Compliance.
+ Experience with interfacing, IDocs, and ALE.
+ Proficiency in English; additional languages are appreciated.
