Job Description
Summary:
Ares Wealth Management Solutions ("AWMS ") is a leading global platform focused on expanding individual investors' access to Ares' leading private markets capabilities, by way of innovative investment solutions, educational resources, and long-term partnerships.
The candidate will be assisting the firm's strategic objectives related to the distribution of Ares' private market capabilities across key private wealth partnerships, which will include working with leading global financial institutions and wealth distribution partners across EMEA, with particular focus on continental Europe.
Primary Functions & Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the business development and distribution efforts of the AWMS group globally, with particular focus on Southern Europe, including: France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium
- Client focused role within the private wealth partnerships segment, covering clients such as Private Banks, Regional Banks and Wealth Managers
- Regularly attend in-person meetings with senior AWMS team members across Europe
- Provide broad sales support and client servicing in Europe, which will include proactively reaching out to existing and new clients / prospects to deliver timely client follow-up as well as regular product updates
- Collaborate closely with AWMS colleagues in the US and Asia, including timely/real time sharing of client intel and the upkeep of Salesforce including meeting notes and key contacts
- Work closely alongside Product Development and Client Services teams to help onboard new client partnerships, which will include assisting the launch of new products, and ongoing servicing of new relationships from a platform distribution perspective
- Build and maintain strong network across the firm to facilitate collaboration with Investment Management, Investor Relations, Product Management, Client Service, Investment Operations and other key groups
Education/Certification:
- Undergraduate degree
- European passport holder
- Fluent French and English speaker
Required Knowledge:
- Private markets products and services knowledge
- Good understanding of global wealth management and its corresponding distribution channels
- Product knowledge (SICAVs, Cayman Funds, AIFs, open ended/closed ended etc.)
Required Experience:

- An understanding of market trends drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market
- First-class communication presentation and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Proven track record in client relationship development. This should include examples of client account support / management and preferably geared towards supporting business development / sales initiatives
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills with both clients colleagues and junior team members
- Focus on team achievement not just individual goals
- Strong academic background from a top-ranking business school or engineering school
- Fluency in French and English is required (at C1 level)

You'll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Monaco. Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who:
- is graduating between 2024 and 2026
- has a 2.1 (or equivalent) in their first undergraduate degree

- has pro-active and positive personality with a can-do approach

LCL Gestion de Fortune est une direction rattachée à la Banque des Entreprises, Institutionnel Gestion de Fortune avec près de soixante collaborateurs qui a pour objectif de devenir la banque patrimoniale de référence des chefs dentreprises en sappuyant sur le positionnement de LCL sur le marché des entreprises.
En tant que Banquier Privé, vous accompagnez des dirigeants d'entreprise et des familles historiques en gestion de fortune. Vous les aidez à définir une stratégie sur lensemble de leurs avoirs en tenant compte de la fiscalité et des contraintes juridiques de chaque investissement.
Vous proposez une gamme de produits et services en architecture ouverte, dans le strict respect des règles de conformité et de déontologie.
A ce titre, vous serez en charge de :
- Reprendre et développer un portefeuille existant de clients, dont une forte proportion sont chefs dentreprise ;
- Analyser la situation des clients en établissant un bilan patrimonial ;
- Orienter vos clients dans la gestion de leur patrimoine et les conseillers sur les placements et investissements, en tenant compte de leurs besoins et des contraintes juridiques et fiscales ;
- Maintenir avec vos clients une relation de confiance en assurant un suivi régulier de la relation commerciale ;
- Développer votre fonds de commerce par synergie avecles différents marchés de LCL et par référence active ;
- S'assurer de la qualité des services proposés , de leur adéquation avec la réglementation en vigueur et de la maîtrise des risques ;
- Coordonner votre action commerciale avec l'aide d'experts (gestionnaires de portefeuilles, juristes fiscalistes et spécialistes crédit).
