Candidates must be based in or relocate within proximity of one of 2-TIMES office locations: Hong Kong (Central), Singapore (Rochor), or Melbourne (CBD). For global applicants, relocation to Asia is required for this position.

For this leadership role, we're looking for an aesthetically aligned individual who's responsible for overseeing various marketing programs (email, social & chat commerce) in connection with both 2-TIMES' luxury private client-focused e-commerce platform, and its strategic brand partners for localized global events – with an aim to driving engagement and accelerating sales revenue for the group.

The successful candidate will work alongside both design and creative directors, and the chief marketing officer, to ensure the quality and tone of all content and communications complies with 2-TIMES' cross-border brand standards, producing flawlessly executed marketing campaigns in collaboration with acquisition, retention and partnerships teams, in addition to leading the development and implementation of e-marketing strategies and tactics, management of the group's custom CRM system, and maintenance/upkeep of segmented client lists and associated databases.

Your skills and experience


• Considerable knowledge of the International luxury fashion, beauty, and fine art industries; likeminded sense of positioning is critical


• years experience in the ideation and delivery of email, social & chat marketing campaigns, with a focus on UX, content management, typography and design principles


• Bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing — MBA an asset


• Mastery of omnichannel (online to offline) digital performance marketing – informed and optimised by insights from data analytics; extracting learnings to inform decision making


• Expertise identifying and proposing new monetization opportunities for partner-featured content


• Proven ability to develop innovative client-focused initiatives that have produced successful results when measured against business objectives (examples of your work will be requested in first-round interviews)


• Equanimity to question, evaluate, and communicate ideas clearly and concisely; coupled with excellent time management skills, and the ability to balance & prioritise multiple projects

Must-haves


• Fluency in English is critical. Professional-level Cantonese, Mandarin or French is highly regarded


• Demonstrated understanding of the Chinese online experience, including but not limited to WeChat, & Tmall environments, with the ability to identify and recommend key improvements and benefits as a thought leader for 2-TIMES across numerous external platforms


• Proficiency using Sanity and Salesforce CMS' and in delivering technology products/services in a high-growth environment, handling multiple competing priorities simultaneously, particularly utilizing project management tools like Slack & Notion


• Expert knowledge of MailChimp & Mandrill apps


• Demonstrated understanding of targeted social/chat channels and private shopping groups, including WeChat, KakaoTalk, Line, WhatsApp, etc.


• Advanced analytics and insights experience, using tools counting Crazy Egg, HotJar, Segment and Heap

Salary range: HK $1.5m-$2m p/yr DOE, plus bonuses and allowances

About The Role

Position:

As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and building a high-performing revenue team that is focused on driving new ARR growth ("Land"). This position will oversee our direct sales efforts, channel sales & management, and will work closely with the CEO, COO, VP of Marketing and the executive team to set revenue goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Your focus will be on building a scalable and sustainable revenue model that drives long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Build, manage, and lead a high-performing revenue team, including new sales and channel sales & management.
  • Co-own (with the VP of Marketing) the vision, strategy, and playbook for new logo acquisition success
  • Develop, implement, and execute value-selling frameworks throughout the entire buyer's journey, including: Discovery, Qualification, Business Case, Demonstration, Validation, and Negotiating the Close.
  • Develop and implement effective sales programs that generate new opportunities and convert them into sales, in partnership with Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Develop and optimize predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales processes.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual enterprise sales targets and ensure the team consistently hits its sales goals.
  • Act as a coach and mentor for direct reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience within a sales/revenue function (I.e., new logo sales, channel business development, account management)
  • A minimum of 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience owning all facets of a sales team (hiring, onboarding, quota and territory assignments, sales enablement, scalable processes, forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, reporting)
  • Experience scaling a company from $25M to over $0M ARR
  • Experience selling into Mid Market and Large Enterprises, selling deal sizes 20-100k+ ARR, in both North America and Europe.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams of at least 7+ people, and delivering significant revenue growth.
  • Experience with value-based selling methodologies, including for the following stages: Discovery, Qualification, Business Case, Demonstration, Validation, and Negotiating the Close. Ability to coach and develop our sales team with these disciplines.
  • Experience in developing and executing revenue growth strategies for SaaS businesses in a locked partnership with Marketing, including Account-based programs.
  • Demonstrable success selling to C-suite economic buyers in Enterprise accounts
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong experience using Salesforce and sales outreach tools (i.e., Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication (written and oral presentation), and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Has led a geographically dispersed team (must have)

Role Overview

As Vice President, HEMA for EMEA at Boston Scientific, you will set the strategic vision and drive execution of all health economics, outcomes research, pricing, reimbursement, and market access activities across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You will represent Boston Scientific with key payers, governmental bodies, trade associations, and KOLs, ensuring our therapies achieve optimal patient access and demonstrate clear economic value. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of directors and managers, fostering collaboration with global functions and regional stakeholders to deliver seamless, fit-for-purpose market access strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define & Align: Develop and refine the overarching HEMA strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with Boston Scientific's global objectives.
  • Investment Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize investments in evidence generation, market access programs, and partnerships to maximize return and patient impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with European and global payers, reimbursement authorities, government bodies, and trade associations (e.g., MedTech Europe, HTA, ISPOR).
  • Representation: Serve as the primary HEMA spokesperson at high-level forums, advisory boards, and industry initiatives, championing Boston Scientific's value propositions.
  • Budget Oversight: Lead the annual planning process—designing the StatPlan and setting budgetary guidelines to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

2. Performance Leadership

  • Regional Planning: Oversee the development, consolidation, and execution of Divisional and country-specific HEMA plans, ensuring consistency while allowing for local healthcare system nuances.
  • KPI Management: Establish and review quarterly and annual KPIs to monitor progress against strategic imperatives, driving continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Country Best Practices: Facilitate knowledge-sharing of successful case studies, value dossiers, and economic models across the EMEA cluster.
  • Priority Setting: Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Global HS&P to sequence market access initiatives and optimize resource deployment.

3. Collaborative Leadership

  • Global & Regional Alignment: Act as liaison between Global HEMA, Global regulatory, fRegional Senior Leadership Teams, and local functions to synchronize evidence generation and market access tactics.
  • Internal Partnering: Engage with New Product Launch Teams, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Communications, and other internal partners to integrate health economics insights throughout the product lifecycle.
  • External Networks: Build and maintain a pan-European network of key opinion leaders, working groups, and academic partners to inform and validate economic models and access strategies.

4. People Leadership

  • Team Development: Define recruitment criteria, mentor senior leaders, and champion talent development within the HEMA organization.
  • Coaching & Onboarding: Personally engage in talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring new hires embody Boston Scientific's values and HEMA competencies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience:

  • Demonstrated leadership managing large, geographically dispersed teams.

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of relationship managers and sales professionals covering the full spectrum of banks and financial institutions in France (from Tier 1 to regionals and new entrants).
  • Coordinate the overall FI commercial strategy by aligning internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Delivery to ensure unified execution and client-centric outcomes.

All About You

  • 10+ years of experience in payments, banking, consulting, or technology sales, ideally managing senior client relationships in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering complex B2B commercial engagements with top-tier financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of the French financial services ecosystem, including traditional banks, neobanks, and regulatory institutions (e.g., Banque de France, ACPR).
