• Operation Monitoring: a. Based on the system order quantity, report the previous day's order volume achievement and predict the current day's shipment volume; b. Real-time monitor the order volume and conduct process volume monitoring; c. Monitor the quality of employee operations and monitor operation quality indicators such as missed operations and incorrect shipments in real time; d. The resource will be responsible for coordinating and managing quality control activities during the repair, construction, installation, and commissioning phases of railway systems and components at construction sites and operational facilities. • Coordinate and supervise quality control activities during repair, installation, and commissioning of railway vehicles and components.

Vous assurez le support analytique pour les activités de contrôle qualité et de développement analytique sous-traitées, dans un environnement conforme aux exigences GxP.

Vous gérez des projets analytiques en collaboration avec des équipes externes telles que des CMO/CDMO et des laboratoires analytiques.

• Revoir et valider la conception des protocoles analytiques (développement / transfert / validation.) ainsi que le contenu des rapports associés.

• Gérer les événements qualité externes chez les CMO/CDMO et dans les laboratoires analytiques (OOS, déviation, change control, CAPA…) liés aux activités analytiques.

• Gérer les événements qualité internes (déviation, change control, CAPA…) liés au Contrôle Qualité.

• Contribuer de manière transversale avec les équipes de DBV aux projets de développement de nouveaux produits (volet analytique).

• Relecture des dossiers d’enregistrement (IND, IMPD, BLA.) et contribution aux réponses aux autorités.

• Mise à jour des QTA (partie Contrôle Qualité).

Profil :

• Diplôme d'ingénieur, master ou doctorat en sciences analytiques (pharmacie, biochimie, physico-chimie, biologie…).

• Expérience en Contrôle Qualité de produits pharmaceutiques et en environnement BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication).

5 ans d'expériences

Compétences :

• Maîtrise des méthodes biochimiques et des techniques analytiques adaptées aux macromolécules (et plus particulièrement aux protéines) (SDS-PAGE, ELISA, Bradford, WESTERN BLOT, HPLC…).

• Connaissance des lignes directrices et normes applicables dans l’industrie pharmaceutique (BPF, ICH…).

• Expérience en développement, validation et transfert de méthodes analytiques.

• Expérience en gestion des standards de référence.

• Connaissance des outils Microsoft Office (Word et Excel).

• Niveau d’anglais : lecture, écriture, expression orale.
