What you’ll achieveAs the SOFTWARE VERIFICATION ENGINEER, you will focus on automating tests whenever possible. The position requires manual testing & automation in collaboration with Verification and Validation engineers, as well as Engineering Development teams and product management.
We seek an experienced verification engineer with test automation experience to assume responsibility for test & test automation activities across all solutions and countries, aiming to enhance quality and the coverage of automated tests.
You will:
- Test activities within ORBIS
- Development of test strategies
- Design of test scenarios and test configurations
- Execution of tests (integration and system testing, regression)
- Continuous development of test and verification methods
- Implementation and support of automated tests
- Test automation activities for all kinds of solutions and underlying technologies (desktop application, web application, mobile applications) in close collaboration with R&D teams and product management
- Automated execution of tests as part of the CI/CD pipeline
- Continuous evolution of the test automation framework
- Proficient in end-to-end testing and test automation
- Solid industry knowledge about test automation tools, frameworks (preferably Test Complete, Playwright, CI/CD and best practices)
- Self-motivated, creative, and proactive to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms
- Experience in defect tracking, status reporting tools as required for the project
- Experience with Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and “shift left” is a big plus
- Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is a plus
- Experience in the design and implementation of integration and system testing
- Software testing/engineering (requirement analysis, test planning, test design, test execution and reporting)
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Essential Requirements
- Proficient in end-to-end testing and test automation
- Solid programming skills with JavaScript or TypeScript or equivalent languages

This is position in Zama's Hardware team.
Zama’s hardware (HW) team is in charge of developing a HW accelerator for FHE. The FPGA version is now open-source and we need to focus on an ASIC version of it. This includes the understanding of the algorithms, the definition of the system use-cases, the translation into a HW architecture, and the entire development of the solution. The result is subject to high expectations in terms of performances.
As member of the Zama’s HW-team, you will work on making this ASIC accelerator a reality. As ZAMA HW Verification Lead, you will define the strategy to verify the performance and the functionality of the logic of our FHE accelerator. Collaborate closely with the team members, with the other teams inside Zama and also with third-party involved in our ASIC verification is necessary for the success of the project. Understanding the functional and performance goals of the design are the keys to test it effectively. Your tasks also deal with ensuring that the design meets specifications.
ResponsibilitiesAfter defining the use cases and the corner conditions, you will develop test plans , coverage plans, test benches, and verification environments . You will run and improve regression tests . You will track bugs , find and implement corrective measures to resolve failing tests. We will analyze coverage to achieve top results. You will propose solutions to improve verification methodology and quality for pre-silicon development. You will also propose strategies for post-silicon verification .

Responsibilities :
For this role, we are looking for an experienced Verification Engineer who can contribute to the different phases of the verification flow. Depending on your level of expertise and experience, this might include :
- Being responsible for the verification of an IP, building a strategy to stimulate, check and cover its functionality.

Vous avez minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire en environnement industriel exigeant (robotique, défense, aéronautique, ferroviaire, automobile…).
Vous maîtrisez des processus de validation/vérification en cycle en V.

- Analyser et vérifier la conformité dimensionnelle et fonctionnelle des produits et des équipements.
- Identifier les éventuelles non-conformités.
- Analyser et rédiger des rapports d’anomalies.
- Rédiger les comptes rendus d’intégration, comptes rendus de mission.
- Résoudre avec l’équipe de développement les problèmes rencontrés, apporter les modifications (nouvelles fonctionnalités, nouveau mode d’opération), tester les corrections et suivre les actions correctives.
- Rédiger un rapport de validation, effectuer un reporting interne et auprès du client.
- Superviser ou établir un dossier produit en vue d’une demande de certification/qualification.
- Participer à la rédaction des documentations (procédures de réglage, de configuration, d’exploitation, documentation utilisateur, documentation d’opération et de maintenance…).
- Réaliser des tests d’acceptation (tests en usine et sur site clients).
Vous êtes Ingénieur de formation (Bac+5) avec une spécialisation en systèmes embarqués, mécatronique, électronique, robotique ou informatique industrielle.
Vous avez minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire en environnement industriel exigeant (robotique, défense, aéronautique, ferroviaire, automobile…).
Vous maîtrisez des processus de validation/vérification en cycle en V.
Vous avez acquis des compétences avérées en rédaction de plans de test, exécution de campagnes de validation, analyse fonctionnelle et gestion des non-conformités.
Vous avez une bonne compréhension des architectures systèmes complexes mêlant électronique, logiciel embarqué, et mécanique.
Vous avez des connaissances en protocoles de communication (CAN, Ethernet, RS232, etc.) et outils de diagnostic.
