The selected candidate will work to grow the customer base of PIPECARE and introduce new customers to the benefits of PIPECARE’s in-line inspection services. • Sales Planning and Execution:
• Develop and execute sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring performance against targets.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or related fields.
  • Experience in technical or sales roles within the oil and gas (energy) industry for 3+ years.
  • In-depth knowledge of oil and gas pipelines or inspection services, and market dynamics.
  • Analytical and pragmatic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, and willing to develop in negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical and/or sales experience in the oil and gas industry.

Votre mission

Dans ce contexte, nous recrutons un(e) Ingénieur(e) projet Oil & Gas pour rejoindre notre Direction technique.

Intégré(e) à une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 10 chefs de projet en charge des études et des projets d'ingénierie relatifs aux installations industrielles, vous contribuerez à mener des projets d'amélioration et d'investissement (conception / construction / mise en service d'installations industrielles clé en main, revamping d'installations et de canalisations.).

À ce titre, vos activités consisteront notamment à :

• Recueillir et analyser les demandes exprimées par les clients internes et externes, et les aider, le cas échéant, à formaliser leur besoin,
• Piloter des projets depuis la phase d'étude (hydraulique, piping, process, tuyauterie), de consultation (rédaction de cahiers des charges, appels d'offres), jusqu'à la réalisation des travaux (plan de prévention, permis, supervision technique) et aux réceptions de chantiers dans des installations industrielles,
• Gérer les coûts et les délais des projets, dans le respect de la qualité et de la satisfaction des clients,

Le profil idéal

Ingénieur(e) généraliste de formation, vous justifiez de 3 ans minimum d'expérience préalable en gestion de projet dans un environnement industriel , idéalement dans le domaine gazier, pétrolier ou parapétrolier, de nouveaux produits énergétiques ou de réseaux de canalisations.

Vous êtes apprécié pour votre capacité à vous organiser et à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle. Vous faites preuve d'autonomie et vous pouvez prendre la responsabilité de vos projets tout en collaborant avec le reste de l'équipe.

Grâce à votre esprit analytique, vous êtes capable de cerner avec précision les besoins de nos clients.

The Role
The Engagement Manager is responsible for ensuring the consistent application of project management discipline and practices from initiation through project completion and close-out. The Engagement Manager manages assigned projects typically ranging from $750K-$3MM and is responsible for the successful delivery of all tactical and strategic aspects of a project. 4. 2+ years of experience of successfully managing workstreams.
