**Le poste** : **TECHNICIEN ITINERANT PROJETS H/F**
Au sein du service Application Engineering, qui propose des solutions de conception clé en mains à nos clients, vous serez en charge de la mise en service, de la formation et de la réception sur site des équipements conçus par nos chargés d'affaires, en respectant les normes de sécurité, de qualité et les délais prévus.
**Vos missions seront** : Sous la responsabilité de manager local, le ou la futur technicien(ne) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projets et le chargé de planning d'interventions pour :
+ Assurer la mise en service des équipements installés chez nos clients.
+ Effectuer les réceptions sur les sites clients conformément aux instructions des chefs de projets / chargés d'affaires et en respectant les normes de qualité et de sécurité.
+ Réaliser la maintenance préventive et curative de nos appareils et rédiger les rapports d'intervention.
+ Effectuer les tests et les programmations des systèmes en usine pour préparer les réceptions clients.
+ Fournir des conseils techniques à nos clients.
+ Participer à l'élaboration des cahiers des charges en collaboration avec les chargés d'affaires ou les chefs de projets
+ Vous interviendrez sur des sites de clients nécessitant des habilitations particulières (intervention sur des sites pétrochimiques, en centrale nucléaire ou CNPE, etc.)
+ Gérer la logistique de vos interventions en fonction de votre planning d'intervention.
**Et vous ?**
Vous avez une formation (Bac+2 souhaité) ou de solides connaissances en électronique, électrotechnique, automatisme et/ou courants faibles, vous savez lire des plans/schémas électriques, vous êtes autonome, vous aimez les déplacements en France et à l'étranger,
Vous aimez le contact avec la clientèle et faites preuve d'un bon relationnel.
Une expérience de 2/3 ans dans un domaine similaire serait appréciée
La sécurité des biens et des personnes est un domaine qui vous intéresse.
Des déplacements réguliers de plusieurs jours consécutifs, en France et à l'étranger.

In this exciting role as a Field Service Specialist, you will have responsibility to provide field service for Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) ablation business. L'Ingénieur Support Technique assure l'installation, désinstallation, la maintenance préventive et curative du matériel et des produits d'Abbott Diagnostics en respectant l'ensemble des directives définies dans la Société.

**Principales responsabilités**
+ Assurer la maintenance des instruments de diagnostic vendus ou mis à disposition dans les Laboratoires prives, hospitaliers, sur un secteur géographique déterminé.
+ Effectuer ces opérations dans la limite des règles et protocoles mis en place par la Société ABBOTT et appliquer les procédures techniques et administratives.
+ Expliquer et valoriser ses interventions auprès des techniciens et des responsables du laboratoire.
+ Intervenir chez les clients quand un problème ne peut pas être réglé par téléphone.
+ Peut-être amené à donner un conseil sur l'interprétation des résultats par rapport aux outils fournis par ABBOTT.
+ Adapter et mettre en place les solutions nécessaires pour résoudre un problème inhabituel en respectant les règles de sécurité et en informant sa hiérarchie.
+ Retirer les anciens appareils et installer les nouveaux chez les clients.
**Profil :**
+ BAC+2 Biologie ou électronique + 1 premier expérience maintenance d'instruments
+ Connaissance pratique des industries de sante et du diagnostic en particulier
+ Très bonnes capacités de communication ;
+ Compétences en gestion de portefeuille de clients ;
+ Capacité à identifier et à mener à bien la résolution des problèmes;

**Votre impact** :
En tant que Field Service Engineer, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans l'installation **la mise en service** , la maintenance et la réparation de nos instruments de pointe sur les sites clients en France et en Europe. Votre expertise technique sera déterminante pour fournir un support de premier ordre à nos clients.
**Ce que vous ferez** :
+ Effectuer la préparation des missions en collaboration avec les ressources du service
+ Piloter la bonne exécution des missions en suivant les procédés qualité
+ S'assurer des bon délivrables du projet et réaliser les rapports correspondants
+ Organiser le retour d'expérience sur le fonctionnement de la mission pour améliorer nos processus internes
+ Construire des relations fortes avec les clients internes tels que les responsables de contrat ou le support technique et piloter à la résolution de problème chez nos clients
+ Être à même de superviser des activités de chantiers complexes
+ Être en mesure de donner des explications techniques aux clients
+ Devenir un référent technique et assurer le tutorat des nouveaux embauchés
+ Proposer des solutions afin de créer des opportunités
**Ce que nous recherchons** :
+ Diplôme d'ingénieur en électricité et/ou expériences significatives dans le domaine concerné
+ Connaissance requise de l'électrotechnique, électricité et mécanique
+ Expérience en Intervention sur sites clients
+ Esprit d'initiative et bonne compétence relationnelle
+ Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, permettant une communication efficace
+ À l'aise avec des déplacements fréquents sur les sites clients.

Summary

The Field Service Engineer, Spain ensures that customers can use Mobile Water Solutions - rental equipment safely and efficiently to support an optimal performance. Activities include technical support installation, commissioning and maintenance services for mobile water treatment equipment that is rented out to customers. The Field Service Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients and rental companies.

The Field Service Engineer reports to the Operations Manager, Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

This role is based at our depot in Madrid and involves regular travel to customer sites across Spain and to support sales efforts as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Installation: Setting up and installing equipment at the customer's location, ensuring it functions correctly and safely.
  • Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure that the equipment remains in good working condition during the rental period.
  • Repairs: Troubleshooting and repairing equipment if it breaks down or experiences technical issues during the rental period.
  • Customer Support: Providing technical support and guidance to customers regarding the proper use and maintenance of the equipment. Interact with customers to understand their equipment needs, provide guidance on equipment operation, and address any issues or concerns. Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs, including service reports, parts replacements, and work performed.
  • QHSE: Ensure all assets are kept in a safe condition, including fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Enforce risk assessments during deployment of mobile assets. Ensure sub-contractors are H&S approved and operate according to plans. Report any incidents, near-misses, or hazards promptly to management and assist in the investigation process to prevent future occurrences.
  • Training: In some cases, offering training to customers or rental staff on the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring the inventory of rental equipment, ordering spare parts when needed, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime for customers.
  • Reporting: Providing feedback to rental companies about the performance and condition of equipment, as well as suggestions for improvements or replacements.
  • Performs other duties of similar nature and level as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Technical (vocational) school diploma or equivalent mechanical and electrical work experience
  • Proven work experience as Field Service Technician/Engineer (in the water industry) or a similar role (e.g., equipment maintenance, repair, or a related field)
  • Experience and proven capability to work across cultures, borders, and different methods of executing business within an international team.
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages to communicate effective and clear with both technical and non-technical personnel, including clients, team members, and supervisors.
  • Ability to drive and perform duties in physically demanding environments, including varying weather conditions and 24/7 operational schedules
  • Possess a valid Driver's License to drive in the region.
