Contexte & objectif de la prestation

Nous recherchons un consultant Business Analyst pour un client Opérateur d’infrastructure télécom. Dans le cadre de son programme de transformation, ce client souhaite sécuriser une solution de gestion des interventions terrain existante et à moderniser sa solution de Field Service Management (FSM).

Missions principales

Vous intervenez dans un premier temps sur la solution actuelle et ensuite sur le futur système.

  • Analyser les besoins prioritaires, identifier les évolutions urgentes sur la solution actuelle (quick win), accompagner la DSI dans leur mise en œuvre.
  • Rédiger le besoin (les use cases), assurer un suivi avec les équipes de développement et la recette des évolutions.
  • Analyser et formaliser les besoins des parties prenantes et les process cibles en vue de la nouvelle solution.
  • Contribuer à la mise en place de la nouvelle solution.

Profil

Les exigences de la mission sont les suivantes :

  • Capacité à comprendre un besoin, le challenger et le formaliser pour une bonne compréhension.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Monitor use of assets and inventories by visiting drop points to improve collection and recovery rate.

Control depots to ensure that operational activities comply with the specifications of the subcontractor contracts and that SHEQ policy is applied in coherence with the customers.

Skills & Requirements

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Drop Point Management

Regularly visit the assigned drop points to follow pallets recovery, use, and to understand, update, and follow the logistics network of the drop points.

Core activities:

  • Schedule visits of all drop points based on risks, audits, and action plan.
  • Regularly visit the assigned drop point, adapt collection mode, and check quantities.
  • Visit haulers and implement action plan.
  • Check database detail and amend if necessary.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of flows.
  • Detect and follow up illegal use.

2. Depot Activities Control

Ensure the execution of the depot’s contract at the field level.

Core activities:

  • Control the production in terms of quality and productivity.
  • Visit the assigned depot regularly.
  • Conduct periodical inventory for each depot.
  • Control reliability of stocks.
  • Prepare, communicate, and follow up with depots on action plan by season.
  • Monitor the correct application of PEFC and SHEQ requirements at the depots.
  • Follow up customer complaints and set up corrective actions at depot level.

3. Inventory Management

Manage and organize regular inventories into drop points.

Core activities:

  • Schedule all no chain inventories.
  • Execute inventories according to plan and define action with Field Service Manager and Asset Manager.

4. Administration

Execute administrative tasks necessary for effective and efficient depot operations.

Core activities:

  • Create and fill in audit reports for depots, manufacturers, or customers linked to a visit.
  • Execute administrative tasks related to action plans for depots, manufacturers, and customers and follow them up.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Vocational education in logistics or equivalent.
  • 3 years experience in Logistics or Retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Mobility.

Competences:

  • Autonomy.
  • Personal organization.
  • Commercial ability / Flexibility.

In this exciting role as a Field Service Specialist, you will have responsibility to provide field service for Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) ablation business. Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) provides a broad suite of electrophysiology solutions intended to disrupt and lead the market in cardiac mapping and ablation technologies for arrhythmia management. These clinical and economical solutions will enable clinicians to treat patients with safer, faster, easier and with more predictable procedure times and outcomes.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Perform site assessments, installations, inspections, verifications, corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure successful implementations of Affera equipment.
+ Maintain and submit technical records as per regulatory requirements.
+ Input to technical knowledge base and dissemination of knowledge of our products to Sales and Clinical teams.
+ Input to service processes to ensure continual improvement and evolution of the Field Service organization. This includes the development and maintenance of Service documentation and procedures.
+ Participate in the development and delivery of technical training to our distributors, partners, agents and technically qualified representatives of customer base.
+ Facilitate the smooth transfer of new products into commercial launch by participating in all stages of the design transfer into commercial production.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ 5 years' experience in field engineering maintenance in medical devices, aerospace, or other highly regulated environments. (medical devices desirable)
+ Ability to troubleshoot problems and technically diagnose medical equipment
+ Flexibility to travel frequently - the majority of the role will be traveling
+ A strong working knowledge in English and French

Au sein du service Application Engineering, qui propose des solutions de conception clé en mains à nos clients, vous serez en charge de la mise en service, de la formation et de la réception sur site des équipements conçus par nos chargés d'affaires, en respectant les normes de sécurité, de qualité et les délais prévus.
**Vos missions seront** : Sous la responsabilité de manager local, le ou la futur technicien(ne) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projets et le chargé de planning d'interventions pour :
+ Assurer la mise en service des équipements installés chez nos clients.
+ Effectuer les réceptions sur les sites clients conformément aux instructions des chefs de projets / chargés d'affaires et en respectant les normes de qualité et de sécurité.
+ Réaliser la maintenance préventive et curative de nos appareils et rédiger les rapports d'intervention.
+ Effectuer les tests et les programmations des systèmes en usine pour préparer les réceptions clients.
+ Fournir des conseils techniques à nos clients.
+ Participer à l'élaboration des cahiers des charges en collaboration avec les chargés d'affaires ou les chefs de projets

Au sein de notre division Abbott Diagnostics nous avons un poste **Field Service Engineer** (H/F).
L'Ingénieur Support Technique assure l'installation, désinstallation, la maintenance préventive et curative du matériel et des produits d'Abbott Diagnostics en respectant l'ensemble des directives définies dans la Société.
Il/Elle assure la vente des contrats de maintenance et harmonise l'activité sur les instruments dont il/elle a la charge.
**Principales responsabilités**
+ Assurer la maintenance des instruments de diagnostic vendus ou mis à disposition dans les Laboratoires prives, hospitaliers, sur un secteur géographique déterminé.
+ Effectuer ces opérations dans la limite des règles et protocoles mis en place par la Société ABBOTT et appliquer les procédures techniques et administratives.
+ Expliquer et valoriser ses interventions auprès des techniciens et des responsables du laboratoire.
+ Intervenir chez les clients quand un problème ne peut pas être réglé par téléphone.
+ Peut-être amené à donner un conseil sur l'interprétation des résultats par rapport aux outils fournis par ABBOTT.
+ Adapter et mettre en place les solutions nécessaires pour résoudre un problème inhabituel en respectant les règles de sécurité et en informant sa hiérarchie.
+ Retirer les anciens appareils et installer les nouveaux chez les clients.
**Profil :**
+ BAC+2 Biologie ou électronique + 1 premier expérience maintenance d'instruments
+ Connaissance pratique des industries de sante et du diagnostic en particulier
+ Très bonnes capacités de communication ;
+ Compétences en gestion de portefeuille de clients ;
+ Capacité à identifier et à mener à bien la résolution des problèmes;
+ Bonne maitrise de l'anglais.

Votre rôle dans la transformation des stratégies marketing de nos clients

En tant que Consultant Salesforce Field Service chez SpringFive, vous serez au cœur de la transformation des opérations de terrain de nos clients.

Vous interviendrez pour :
• Concevoir et déployer des solutions Salesforce Field Service afin d’optimiser la gestion des interventions, la planification des techniciens, et l’allocation des ressources.
• Simplifier et automatiser les processus de terrain pour améliorer l’efficacité des équipes techniques.
Améliorer la communication et la coordination entre les équipes de terrain et les équipes internes, en facilitant le suivi en temps réel des interventions.
• Utiliser les capacités d’IA, de données et d’analytics de Salesforce pour offrir une visibilité complète sur les opérations et proposer des solutions proactives.

Au quotidien, vos missions seront

• La configuration et la personnalisation de Salesforce Field Service pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des clients.
•L’ animation d’ateliers avec les clients afin de comprendre et traduire leurs enjeux opérationnels en solutions efficaces.
• L’accompagnement des équipes dans l’adoption des nouveaux processus et technologies sur le terrain.
Le pilotage des projets dans une approche Agile, de la planification à la mise en production.
Le suivi des performances des solutions déployées pour assurer une amélioration continue des opérations de terrain.

Les compétences que vous développerez :

Technologie et Field Service : configuration avancée de Salesforce Field Service, utilisation des fonctionnalités de planification intelligente et d’optimisation des interventions.
Gestion de projet Agile : gestion des projets clients de bout en bout, en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et métiers.
Accompagnement des équipes terrain : conduite du changement auprès des équipes techniques, animation d’ateliers de formation et suivi des performances.
Leadership et collaboration : travail en équipe, prise de responsabilité sur des projets clients critiques, et mentorat pour les nouveaux consultants.
Autonomie et adaptabilité : gestion de projets variés, en tenant compte des spécificités terrain de chaque client.
