Responsable marketing et communication (H/F) des marques STELLANTIS pour nos concessions toulousaines (3 sites)
Responsabilités Stratégie & planification marketing- Élaborer, chaque trimestre, un plan d’actions on & offline pour les marques FIAT, Abarth, Jeep, Alfa Romeo et Opel en Après-Vente, VN et VO, en déclinant la stratégie nationale au contexte local.
- Concevoir, planifier et piloter les animations commerciales, partenariats et événements clés : Portes Ouvertes, lancements produits, Ventes Privées, opérations de déstockage, problématique du moment, etc.
- Prendre en main la gestion complète du budget marketing local : établissement des prévisionnels, arbitrages, suivi des engagements et maîtrise des dépenses.
- Assurer un pilotage rigoureux et proactif : suivi mensuel, analyse des écarts, réajustements budgétaires en fonction des retours terrain et de la performance des actions.
- Produire des reportings chiffrés réguliers pour la Direction Marketing et vos responsables, avec des indicateurs clairs sur le ROI des campagnes.
- Travailler en étroite synergie avec les équipes commerciales et après-vente pour garantir la pertinence des actions et la conformité des showrooms aux standards constructeurs et groupe.
- Gérer la communication interne/externe des concessions et relayer les messages corporate Sipa Automobiles.
- Commander et suivre la documentation, la PLV et les supports de vente.
- Assurer la qualité et la bonne exploitation de la base de données locale, en lien étroit avec les équipes terrain.
- Participer activement à son enrichissement, sa qualification et sa mise à jour régulière, afin de permettre un ciblage pertinent dans les campagnes marketing.
- Construire des campagnes CRM efficaces (emailing, SMS, relances) et suivre leur performance via des indicateurs clés (taux d’ouverture, de clic, de conversion).
- Accompagner les équipes dans la bonne utilisation du CRM et veiller à sa bonne intégration dans les actions commerciales locales.
- Réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) : animer les comptes avec une programmation régulière, des contenus adaptés à chaque marque ; modérer et interagir avec la communauté.
- Google My Business : veiller à la e-réputation des concessions de votre périmètre en lien avec la Responsable Qualité.
- Site Sipa Automobiles : rédiger des articles optimisés SEO et créer les visuels associés pour mettre en avant les temps forts locaux.
- Si besoin, créer les supports visuels on & offline dans le respect des chartes constructeurs et de Sipa Automobiles (CANVA Pro ou briefs graphiques détaillés).
Le poste est situé sur Toulouse Nord (31 200) : avenue des États-Unis.
Lundi au vendredi, poste en 39h.
Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer sur le secteur toulousain et ponctuellement sur Bordeaux, le permis B est donc obligatoire.

The resource will be responsible for coordinating and managing quality control activities during the repair, construction, installation, and commissioning phases of railway systems and components at construction sites and operational facilities. Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise quality control activities during repair, installation, and commissioning of railway vehicles and components.

- Verify production documentation, including certifications and reports.
- Identify and manage non-conformities in production.
- Conduct Quality Audits on-site and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Perform or supervise Non-Destructive Testing (VT, PT, MT) and Destructive Testing (tensile, compression, fatigue, hardness tests).

- Proven experience in project documentation management and quality reporting.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements.

Role Purpose:
The Quality Control & Back-end Inspector will perform manual or semi-automatic sampling, visual inspections, and packaging of MMIC circuits and finished wafers within the required time and in accordance with specifications.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection, first article inspection, and final inspection of electronic and mechanical components with little to no assistance.
- Schedule source inspections as required.
- Generate internal and external reports.

Role Purpose :
The Quality Control & Back-end Inspector will perform manual or semi-automatic sampling, visual inspections and packaging of MMIC circuits and finished wafers within the required time and in accordance with specifications
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection, first article inspection and final inspection of electronic and mechanical components with little to no assistance
- Schedule source inspections as required
- Generate internal and external reports
- Generate and maintain data for the control of documentation, effectively report information, and accurately respond to questions from team members, internal suppliers, and customers
- Communicate non-conformances and work with Quality and Manufacturing to drive corrective actions. Ensure all incoming, in-process and final materials meet specifications
- Perform routine SAP transactions to move, disposition, and route material
- Quick-thinking, self-motivated individual with knowledge on all aspects of inspection and testing
- Experience with Mil-STD-
- Knowledge and experience in performing mechanical and electronic inspection
- Ability to work from technical drawings, sketches and specifications
- Safe handling of ESD sensitive materials
- Working knowledge of SAP, Agile, Excel, MSWord and Outlook
- Good communication skills are important, as well as the ability to explain findings clearly
- Good report writing skills
- Fluent in French
- Minimum 1 year Quality Control inspection experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Higher education (BAC +2) or a professional license in the scientific or technical field or have experience in the field of industrial quality control.
- Basic understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
