Keyrus Ventures est le bras armé corporate du groupe pour investir dans les startups les plus prometteuses dans les domaines de la data, de l’IA, de la transformation digitale et des nouveaux modèles B2B. Le fonds intervient en amorçage et série A, avec une forte logique de création de synergies avec l’écosystème Keyrus.

Tes missions

En tant que stagiaire analyste VC / M&A , tu contribueras activement au développement de Keyrus Ventures et du pôle M&A autour de trois axes clés :

1. Le développement de notre écosystème et partenariats

  • Cartographier, identifier et approcher des acteurs pertinents (incubateurs, accélérateurs, réseaux de Business Angels, banques d’affaires…)
  • Organiser et présenter Keyrus Ventures à l’occasion de rendez-vous partenaires
  • Assurer un suivi des partenariats existants
  • Participer aux événements de notre réseau (Demo Days, rencontres investisseurs/entrepreneurs)

2. L’a nalyse de startups et potentielles cibles d’acquisition

  • Étudier les dossiers entrants pour qualifier leur adéquation avec notre thèse d’investissement
  • Réaliser des mappings de cibles d’acquisition potentielles pour Keyrus, par secteur et zone géographique
  • Participer aux échanges avec les fondateurs : préparation et participation aux rendez-vous, sessions de Q&A
  • Analyser les pitch decks, BP, data room (…) et rédiger les notes d’analyse internes

3. Le s uivi des participations

  • Participer aux échanges avec les startups du portefeuille (comités stratégiques, AG, points de suivi ad hoc)
  • Mettre à jour notre documentation interne : reporting, comptes, PV d’AG.

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en dernière année d’une grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieur
  • Expérience significative (minimum 6 mois) en M&A, venture capital, transaction services, ou dans un environnement analytique exigeant
  • Forte appétence pour la tech, l’écosystème startup, l’investissement et l’univers entrepreneurial
  • Forte connaissance financière et analytique de l’entreprise
  • Curiosité intellectuelle, rigueur analytique et esprit de synthèse
  • Aisance relationnelle et goût prononcé pour l’échange avec des entrepreneurs
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais
