Role overview
We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team by driving top-of-funnel candidate engagement. You will be responsible for identifying sourcing and screening potential candidates through various sourcing channels and internal databases.

The roleAs an Energy Sourcing Specialist , you will be instrumental in spearheading our energy procurement efforts in France. This encompasses the full lifecycle of energy supply, from strategizing and negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and energy supply contracts to managing e-credits (TIRUERT) and Guarantees of Origin .
In concrete terms, this means you will:
Drive market intelligence : Continuously analyze and stay abreast of local market developments, regulations, grid fees, and energy taxes and report on this regularly.
Implement and optimize our energy procurement and risk hedging strategy.
Identify and cultivate opportunities for long-term offtake agreements (PPAs) with wind and solar parks.
Negotiate and finalize PPAs, with expert support from our central Energy Sourcing team.
Manage new and renewed energy supply agreements.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with energy suppliers, actively monitoring their performance.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and construction to understand their requirements and resolve any issues
Resolve any operational issues related to contracts, invoices, or metering.
Develop and execute the sales strategy for e-credits (TIRUERT) in the French market, managing all associated operational aspects.
Procure and manage Guarantees of Origin.
While your primary scope will be France (one of our main markets), you will also provide vital support in Spain and/or Italy (our newest markets), contributing to our international expansion.

**About the Role:**
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is accountable for candidate sourcing and engagement activity across CBRE Business Lines. Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Lead and working within a flexible structure alongside Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners to deliver recruitment activity to a successful conclusion
Sourcing candidate for existing vacancies and creating pipelines for future requirements against workforce plans through a combination of networking, research and sourcing on various candidate attraction tools and job boards.
Responsible for providing a high-level candidate experience and customer satisfaction, supporting CBRE diversity equity and inclusion initiatives up to day 1, shortlisting, providing candidate feedback, offer negotiation and contract initiation.
**What You'll Do:**

- Tu as une formation technique Bac +3 à Bac +5(électronique, mécatronique, industrialisation, achats techniques)
- Tu as une expérience confirmée (3–7 ans) dans le sourcing de composants/accessoires électroniques , idéalement chez un OEM, EMS ou fabricant high-tech et d'une expérience concrète avec des fournisseurs OEM asiatiques (lecture de fiches techniques, échanges, suivi de production)
- Tu maîtrises des outils de sourcing (Excel, plateformes type Alibaba, Octopart, Mouser, gestion de BOM…).
- Anglais professionnel impératif (lu, écrit, parlé – fournisseurs étrangers).
- Tu sais bosser en autonomie et en équipe
- Tu es rigoureux/se, curieux/se, négociateur/trice, orienté(e) produit et utilisateur final.

**Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management**
+ Develop and execute commodity strategies for offshore tooling, transport/storage frames, and associated services, including make-or-buy decisions and sourcing optimization.
+ Define, build, and manage the supplier panel in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Installation, Engineering, Quality).
+ Lead sourcing activities: prepare and issue RFIs/RFQs, conduct supplier evaluations, and ensure offers align with technical and commercial requirements.
+ Negotiate commercial terms, frame agreements, and POs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and maximizing cost and cash-flow efficiencies.
+ Manage supplier relationships during the sourcing phase, ensuring clear communication, long-term alignment, and early engagement on capacity and capability planning.
+ Conduct or coordinate supplier audits focused on manufacturing capacity, quality processes, and operational readiness prior to awarding contracts.
+ Stay updated on commodity market trends, supplier capabilities, raw material risks, and geopolitical factors.

Mener ou coordonner des audits fournisseurs axés sur la capacité de production, les processus qualité et la préparation opérationnelle avant l'attribution des contrats. **Fulfillment & Execution Oversight**
+ Oversee execution of POs and frame agreements from award to final delivery, including proactive tracking of manufacturing, logistics, and supplier documentation.
+ Monitor supplier performance across delivery, quality, and responsiveness; initiate corrective and recovery actions as needed.
+ Maintain strong supplier relationships during execution, acting as the commercial point of contact for escalations and coordination.
+ Conduct supplier follow-up audits or site visits during production to confirm adherence to timelines, quality requirements, and process controls.
+ Manage contractual claims, back-charges, and non-conformance issues with suppliers, ensuring appropriate resolution and documentation.
+ Provide regular status updates to sourcing and project leadership, including risks, mitigation plans, and supplier performance reviews.

**Knowledge & Skills:**

You will report to Sourcing Excellence Senior Manager in the Sourcing department based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.
Your Mission
As an Integrated Sourcing Process Specialist (m/f/d) , you will play a key role in shaping and deploying our global Integrated Sourcing Process (ISP) across the entire Sourcing organization. From demand and market analysis to supplier implementation and continuous performance improvement, you will be responsible for designing the frameworks, guidelines, and tools that ensure a consistent, efficient, and value-driven approach to sourcing.
By enabling consistent execution of the process, you will help drive operational excellence, strengthen compliance, and enables Sourcing teams to deliver maximum value while maintaining compliance across the supply base.
What You Will Do
- Lead the deployment of the Integrated Sourcing Process across the Sourcing organization, ensuring its effective adoption at all stages (demand & market analysis, strategy development, supplier selection, contracting, implementation & performance management) by establish the necessary frameworks, guidelines, and tools
- Ensure the integration of the process into our broader Sourcing strategy, driving alignment with business goals and risk management objectives and monitor the adoption and effectiveness of the process, addressing any challenges or barriers to implementation
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure Sourcing teams fully understand and are equipped to execute the process additional to creating a repository of materials, resources, and case studies to support teams
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise and guidance on category management and more broadly, the ISP and collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Sourcing Excellence Team and Category Management, to align and improve
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the ISP process, identifying opportunities for optimization and refinement and collect feedback from sourcing teams and other stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Degree & Experience: You hold a relevant degree and have got several years’ experience in sourcing for a global acting company
- Process Management: Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, project and change management ensuring continuous improvement of processes
- Training & Mentoring: You manage and collaborate with your stakeholders delivering support, understanding and trust with attention to detail
- Customer Focus: You drive vision, purpose and results with a global perspective enhancing the decision quality and data-driven decision making
