Votre rôle
Nos vendeurs/vendeuses ont pour mission de créer une expérience client exceptionnelle. Pour cela, vous devrez accomplir les fonctions suivantes :
+ Fournir un service client impeccable en veillant à traiter tous les clients avec respect ;
+ Développer une connaissance approfondie des produits en magasin ;
+ Appliquer toutes les normes de merchandising établies dans les directives de la marque ;
+ Se tenir au courant des tendances actuelles et de la place de la marque sur le marché ;
+ Appliquer toutes les procédures opérationnelles dans le magasin et dans la réserve.

Lending Solutions (LS) Sales Associate

Responsibilities- Qualify incoming queries and prospects
