En tant que Responsable Technique des Services Cloud BtoB, vous assurez la conception, l’exploitation et l’amélioration des offres d’hébergement virtuel, d’intégration et de sécurité à destination des clients entreprises. Vous êtes garant du bon fonctionnement des services, de la gestion des incidents, de l’accompagnement des équipes techniques et du support aux équipes commerciales dans le cadre des projets clients.
Missions principales
Assurer le fonctionnement et la qualité des services Cloud (serveurs, stockage, sécurité, etc.).
Piloter l’équipe support technique N2 et définir l’interface avec le support N1.
Gérer les escalades techniques et assurer le support aux équipes commerciales (architecture, soutenances, offres).
Participer à la mise en œuvre des services clients : recette, mise en production, facturation.
Organiser et prendre part aux astreintes spécifiques aux services BtoB.
Participer à la définition des roadmaps techniques et des choix d’infrastructure avec les équipes marketing.
Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique et les procédures d’exploitation.

Job Title : Senior PR & Communications Manager
Job Description
In this role, you will drive PR, media relations & communications for Philips in the Benelux with a focus on our technology and innovations for the healthcare sector and supporting the Benelux Zone Leadership Team.
As Senior PR & Communications Manager for Philips in the Benelux you will be in the lead for driving a proactive media relations & communications plan focused on healthcare technology, towards national, regional and trade media and key stakeholders (mainly B2B, focusing on journalists, influencers, business & key opinion leaders).
Your role :
- Proactively managing media relations with a focus on the Netherlands with a number of key media contacts, providing thought leadership, executive positioning, counseling executives and subject matter experts for media interviews as well as spokesmanship towards key media on issues regarding Philips in the Benelux.
- Actively pitching stories with the media in support of positioning Philips as a health technology leader; supporting key new product introductions, large deals with partners and first-of-a-kind installations; global priorities; and our general leadership in innovation, design and sustainability.
- Continuously developing the Philips media relations and communications strategy; and identifying opportunities with new journalists, media-outlets and new media for instance podcasts. In collaboration with the Benelux External Relations Lead and Global External Relations team.
- Developing the Health Systems Marketing Strategy & Planning into a Benelux-specific communications plan and calendar; including management of trade media partnerships. And acting as liaison between the marketing and communications & brand team in the Benelux.
- Responsible for handling media queries and crisis communications in alignment with the global external relations team.
- Supporting internal and people communications activities in Zone Benelux, as well as acting as the main liaison between the European Communications Team and the Benelux Communications team for the implementation of European initiatives.
- Orchestrating & supporting the online influencer / ambassador program by creating and facilitating relevant digital content on key themes.
- Identify positioning opportunities and platforms on a real time and ongoing basis and ensure these are leveraged and become part of market communications plan and activity.
You're the right fit if :
- You have a completed Master’s Degree
- Native Dutch Speaker
- Relevant experience, managing complex communications processes across a complex / matrix organization
- Superior PR, media relations & reputation management skills, able to localize global PR and communications strategy and execute
- Understands communications management in digital age, incl. various digital communication platforms to drive brand positioning & reputation (social media knowledge)
- Understands impact of content through E2E comms & engagement journey with customers & consumers. Can effectively execute this understanding with meaningful programs & cross-channel messaging
- Experience in Healthcare or Technology B2B Communications is strongly preferred, or communications for hospitals or medical organizations
- Strong communication competencies: writing skills, positioning, messaging and storytelling, including crisis and PR management, managing & influencing multiple senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills; natural connector and collaborator within local organization, local zone and global organization
- Strong ability to creatively solve problems (under time pressure)
- Possesses strong analytical skills and rigor, is data driven and has the market intelligence aptitude and capability to track and measure success

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Managers and team members also take part in presales conversations to provide technical advice during the sales process.
A Cloud Professional Services Manager is responsible for line management and career guidance. The ability to develop engineering talent, to represent your team from a technical perspective, and to drive collaboration with other teams and customers are all critical to success in this role. You are also expected to actively participate in technical presales to help our department achieve our quarterly goals.
Location: This role will be home based, managing a team in your time zone.

The role of a Cloud Professional Services Manager at Canonical
The Field Engineering team is our team of cloud solutions architects at Canonical, working directly with our customers, designing private and public cloud solutions fitting their workload needs. The portfolio of products includes on-premise cloud solutions such as Openstack, MicroCloud and Ceph, and solutions that could be deployed either on-premises or in public clouds such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Spark, PostgreSQL, etc. The team works hands-on with the technologies by deploying, testing and handing over the solution to our support or managed services team at the end of a project. Managers and team members also take part in presales conversations to provide technical advice during the sales process.
A Cloud Professional Services Manager is responsible for line management and career guidance. The ability to develop engineering talent, to represent your team from a technical perspective, and to drive collaboration with other teams and customers are all critical to success in this role. You are also expected to actively participate in technical presales to help our department achieve our quarterly goals.
Location: This role will be home based, managing a team in your time zone.

- Supervisar seguimiento y control de los costes Cloud identificando situaciones anómalas. Elaborar predicciones de costes y uso en base al consumo realizado
- Identificar oportunidades de reducción de costes a través de diferentes actividades: saving plans, gestión del desperdicio (e.g. recursos no utilizados o infrautilizados), rightsizing, etc.
- Experiencia en la gestión de equipos de operación de entornos híbridos (Se valorará positivamente experiencia previa tanto en entornos de Cloud Pública como de Cloud Privada)
- Actuar como Role Modelpreocupándose por ser un referente para los equipos que lidere, motivando al equipo y orientándoles para que puedan dar su mejor versión en los proyectos.
- Enfoque proactivo ofreciendo propuestas de mejora y optimización a los clientes a los que se esté proporcionando servicios de operación (enfoque operate to transform)
- Estar interesado y al día de las últimas tendencias relacionadas con el ámbito Operate (i.e AIOps o NoOps) , con el objetivo de identificar nuevos servicios que aporten valor añadido a los clientes y ayudar construir nuevo offering.
- Gestionar activamente nuevas oportunidades de negocio para el área, participando activamente en la gestión del acuerdo comercial y planificando el proyecto para cumplir con todos los procesos asociados (i.e. Planes de transición, Configuración del servicio SLAs, planificación financiera, KPIs establecidos, presentaciones comerciales, etc.).
Conocimientos / Background técnico
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Sistemas de Información o campos relacionados.
- Experto en procesos ITSM, en especial de resolución de incidencias y peticiones con foco en la identificación de causa raíz (RCA) y gestión de cambios
- Experiencia en operación de servicios de alguno de los principales Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure y/o GCP), principalmente: Servicios de computación : creación y gestión de instancias, contenedores, load balancers, grupos de autoescalado, etc. Servicios de almacenamiento : creación y gestión de servicios de almacenamiento de información como la creación de buckets, movimientos a almacenamiento de larga estancia, creación de copias de seguridad, etc. Redes y entrega de contenido e integración de aplicaciones : Creación de VPN, mantenimiento del networking, etc.
- Conocimiento de los diferentes planes de costes que ofrecen los hyperscalers (AWS, Azure y/o GCP) y servicios específicos nativos para la gestión de costes en diferentes CSPs (AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets, AWS trusted advisor, Azure Cost Management, etc.), así como herramientas FinOps multi-Cloud como Cloudability o Cloudhealth.
