Senior Manager Executive Recruitment
**THE ROLE**
**What You Will Do**
The **Senior Manager Executive Search** will support several of COTY stakeholders and be responsible for designing and conducting research and execute searches for senior leadership roles.
You will not only personally execute the searches across the designated business groups, but also partner closely with the business and HR to ensure that we have the leadership bench strength to drive effective and efficient succession management.
The **Senior Manager Executive Search** will be responsible for the identification, assessment, and delivery of professional talents mainly in EMEA, but also in other regions that will provide COTY with a competitive advantage.
You will bring deep expertise and market knowledge while staying on top of trends, market changes, while delivering outstanding candidate experience through the engagement and connection of critical and diverse talent pools.
You will report to the Director Talent Acquisition Global Brands and R&D.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Building and developing strong professional network with external candidates. Supporting COTY's employer brand
+ Leading proactive external mappings to make sure we have strong pool of candidates for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles
+ Serving as a strategic Talent Advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network
+ Representing the company as a trusted professional in the market among the senior executive community by showing technical expertise and remaining largely connected
+ Promoting agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach
+ Working on the complete end-to-end recruitment process for internal clients
+ Using business data, technology, and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates to the hiring managers and engaging with passive and active talent
+ Driving a best-in-class candidate experience, cultivating long-term relationships and building a sustainable candidate pipeline.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in sourcing and recruiting international executives in either a retained search firm, agency or in-house
+ Experience in recruiting international Beauty profiles, strong understanding of the Beauty industry.
+ Expertise in sourcing, market mapping and candidate assessment.
+ Exceptional relationship-building and networking ability at senior levels.Proven experience building and maintaining long-term executive talent pools.
+ Excellent understanding around executive compensation plans, strategies and industry benchmarks.
+ Organizational agility including strong aptitude for working in a matrixed and global changing environment.
+ Data-driven, structured, andcritical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
+ Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and influencing skills in French and English

+ Leading, motivating, and mentoring your team to deliver customer satisfaction, retention, and measurable growth
+ Communicating account strategies and adoption plans aligned to Zscaler's customer post-sales journey
+ Engaging with service owners and C-level executives among the customer base to address key business and security needs
+ Organising biannual User Groups with key customers in France to elevate Zscaler's brand impact and drive awareness in the market
+ Collaborating with Product Management, providing feedback on customer requirements and ensuring alignment with solutions delivery
**What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)**
+ 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles, including 5+ years in a leadership position focused on high-performing teams
+ Demonstrated success driving customer adoption, renewal, and satisfaction in assigned regions
+ Experience building executive-level relationships and serving as an escalation point for customer challenges
+ Strong analytical skills to identify trends, forecast behaviours, and create data-driven strategies
+ Native French speaker located in the Paris area
**What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**
+ Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within cybersecurity or cloud services
+ Solid understanding of networking and security technologies, with familiarity in cloud computing solutions
