Responsibilities
  • As an Senior SME of RBS AGS, you will work as an expert to cooperate with various teams of Amazon and drive implementation of programs to enhance customer experience and contribute to business growth. You will forecast, plan, implement and control the progress of programs and ensure successful delivery and achievement of goals.
  • Own BU level goals and work with various teams to drive continuous improvement towards the goals.
  • Dive deep, find root causes and build solutions.
  • Eliminate defects through engaging with upstream teams for upstream solution update.
  • Consider scalability in solution building.
  • Be creative with new initiatives.
  • Stakeholder engagement.
  • Managing Business Problem/Programs: define and own business goals and establish mechanisms to track them. Identify and tackle hard business problems and propose long-term solutions. Establish SMART goals for projects aligning with stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Relations and Influence, Stakeholder Management: establish a vision, engage and inspire others; leverage collaborative relationships to accomplish goals; manage conflicts; handle WW/large-scale projects; work with internal product and project teams to design scalable and auto-resolution solutions; drive tools and process improvements to reduce supply chain defects; own WBR, MBR and QBRs with strong communication.
  • Problem Solving: analytical reasoning, integrate information from multiple sources, leverage others’ expertise, and address root causes rather than symptoms.
  • A day in the life / Key Performance Areas: own defect elimination goals; drive SOP improvements; identify business impact metrics; use data analysis to identify gaps and drive strategic decisions; manage project communications and progress; use Tableau and SQL to create dashboards and analyze opportunities.
Basic qualifications
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience handling projects using six sigma or Lean processes
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience in e-commerce product listing & catalog
  • Proficient in both Oral and Written Japanese
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in advanced SQL, Python, Tableau
  • Experience in back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments
  • Experience in developing SOP to build mechanism for complicated working process

What will you do?

As a Subject Matter Expert / Senior Operations Consultant with expertise in Asset Integrity Management, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Reliability, you will lead specific workstreams within a wider transformation program, aiming at identifying, designing, and implementing effective solutions within the area of expertise. You will provide subject matter expertise and lead project teams to help clients establish and implement robust Asset Integrity Management programs and, in particular, build organizational capabilities to sustain performance.

The ideal candidate must have strong subject matter expertise in mechanical reliability across a wide range of equipment classes, and proven experience in the integrity management of the industrial plant, especially as it relates to process safety management and optimization of safety and reliability performance.

This demands a combination of engineering acumen to deal with reliability and maintenance strategy and tactics across the full spectrum of equipment classes (static, rotating, instrumentation and controls, electrical, etc.) as well as the leadership and organizational aspects of asset integrity that deals with effective management, controls, and optimization of the delivery of an integrated program in a complex organization.

More specifically, you would be :

  • Driving the execution of consulting engagements in integrated Asset Integrity Management as part of a wider engagement. Specific engagements and areas covered include :

o Structuring, sequencing, and leading client engagements with direct areas of responsibility including assessment and improvement of asset integrity management practices across the following scopes :

All sub-elements of asset integrity management e.g., quality assurance, maintenance and reliability strategy and tactics, inspection & test, repair, work management, codes and standards, competence management, reliability engineering, root cause analysis, etc.

All equipment classes e.g. static equipment, rotating equipment, safety instrumented functions, pipelines, electrical, etc.

All interfaces with other process safety management elements e.g., process hazard analysis, management of change, pre-start up safety reviews, incident investigation, etc.

o Oversee and perform checks and analyses to develop improved asset reliability at client the sites

o Leading client teams along the different stages of the project (e.g., gap analysis, detailed planning, review and enhancement of Asset Integrity Management program and methodologies, building capabilities within the client’s organization through classroom training and coaching, etc.

o Support clients in developing appropriate Work Management practices to enhance the performance of Maintenance and Reliability programs

o Identification and implementation of risk reduction initiatives and improvement projects

o Creation and updating of technical data, information and documentation for the task area

o On-site advisory related to health-monitoring systems and analysis

  • Effectively communicating progress and outcome to different client’s stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying issues and risks in relation to the specific delivery activities and liaise with the wider project team to evaluating potential solutions and pursuing the optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success.
  • Providing expertise as part of proposal development and support other team members (e.g. Senior Manager / Principal / Director) in meetings and presentations with clients.
  • Playing an active role in building the firm by :

o Participating and contributing to functional and / or industry networks with the aim of developing and sharing best practices.

o Providing feedback and coaching junior colleagues to support their development within the organization.

Who are you?

  • To be successful in this position, you would bring the following qualifications :

o Engineering degree (mechanical preferred).

o A master’s degree would be an advantage.

o Eligibility for professional engineering registration is required, current registration is preferred.

  • Knowledgeable on Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP) i.e. ASME, API, NACE, etc.
  • At least 15 years of working experience including leadership positions in asset integrity / maintenance and reliability positions on operating industrial plants, preferably in highly hazardous / heavy manufacturing industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, or metal processing.
  • Experience in developing procedures to define key system requirements as well as audit protocols, KPIs, and governance mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of Asset Integrity Management across all sub-elements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Problem-solving and flexibility to analyse and adapt to situations
  • Effective leadership skills to drive execution in complex environments.
  • Strong / effective verbal and written communication to be able to interact at different levels of the organization, from executives down to front-line technicians and operators.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, in addition to business level proficiency in French.
  • Ability to travel extensively up to 80 % of monthly time.

The role is remote based and could be located in one of the following locations : Spain, UK, France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Belgium or Switzerland.

What will you do?

As a Senior Operations Consultant with expertise on Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Risk Assessment & Management, you will lead specific workstreams within a wider Process Safety Management (PSM) / Operational Risk Management (ORM) transformation program, aiming at identifying, designing, and implementing effective solutions within the area of expertise. You will provide subject matter expertise and lead project teams to help clients establishing and implementing robust Risk Assessment and Process Hazard Analysis programs and, in particular, building organizational capabilities to sustain performance.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise and proven experience in PHA and Risk Assessment Programs, coupled with excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills to drive client’s team and manage change in complex organization.

Understanding and experience in implementation of wider PSM (Process safety Management) elements will be advantageous.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Driving the execution of consulting engagements in the area of expertise (PHA and Risk Assessment & Management) as part of a wider PSM/ORM engagement, to meet or exceed the client’s requirements and expectations and deliver superior value to clients. This entails:
  • Structuring and sequencing the project / workstream activities and developing a detailed implementation plan to drive execution of the project / workstream, taking into consideration the necessary links with other project workstreams such as Management of Change, Mechanical Integrity, etc.
  • Providing subject matter expertise on PHA and Risk Assessment Programs (including HAZOP, What-If, Layer of Protection Analysis, Safety Integrity Level, Quantitative Risk Assessment, Building Risk Assessment/Facility Siting, Human Factor, Inherent Safer Process Review, etc.).
  • Leading the client teams along the different stages of the project (e.g. gap analysis, detailed planning, review and enhancement of PHA / Risk Assessment program and methodologies, building capabilities within the client’s organization through classroom training and coaching on real cases, etc.) and share leading practices in the area of expertise.
  • Effectively communicating progress and outcome to different client’s stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying issues and risks in relation to the specific delivery activities and liaise with the wider project team to evaluating potential solutions and pursuing the optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success.
  • Providing expertise as part of proposal development and support other team members (e.g. Senior Manager / Principal / Director) in meetings and presentations with clients.

  • Developing and / or enhancing existing IP in the relevant field of expertise, including but not limited to sharing PoV documents, white papers etc.


Who are you?

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in application / facilitation of a wide range of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) techniques including: HAZID, HAZOP, What-IF, Safety Integrity Level, LOPA, Bow-Tie, Human Factor, Inherently Safer Process Review, Risk Register, Risk Matrix.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of quantitative techniques is a plus, including Fault Tree Analysis, Event Tree Analysis, Consequence Modelling (Fires, Toxic Releases, Explosions), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) / Building Risk Assessment (BRA), Iso-Risk Curves (Individual and Societal Risk Curves).
  • Broad understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and how different PSM system elements are linked together (e.g. Process Safety Information (PSI), Management of Change (MOC), Mechanical Integrity & Quality Assurance, etc.).
  • Experience in developing procedures to define key system requirements as well as Audit Protocols, KPIs and Governance mechanisms to monitor effectiveness of implementation of PSI / PHA elements.
  • Ability to effectively deliver training & coaching sessions to build/strengthen capabilities on PSI / PHA related topics.
  • Experiences along the lifecycle of an asset, from design to operations/maintenance to be able to understand how to apply PSI and PHA methodologies and concept at various stages.
  • Effective Leadership skills to drive execution in complex environments.
  • Strong/effective verbal and written communication to be able to interact at different levels of the organization, from Executive down to technicians and operators.
  • Problem solving and flexibility to analyze and adapt to situations.
  • Proven track record in relevant highly-hazardous / heavy manufacturing industries such Oil & Gas / Petrochemical, chemical, metal processing:
  • Past direct experience in technical roles (e.g. Process Control/Engineering, Technical) is highly valuable.
  • Past experience in major international / global companies (e.g. BP, Shell, Exxon, Total, DuPont, Dow, etc.) is highly valuable.


Qualifications / Experience:

  • BS/BA in engineering or equivalent, MBA or MSc preferred with substantial experience in the field of PHA.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English plus as well as fluency in French or Dutch
  • Ability to travel extensively up to 80 % of monthly time.

Leading the client teams along the different stages of the project (e.g. gap analysis, detailed planning, review and enhancement of PHA / Risk Assessment program and methodologies, building capabilities within the client’s organization through classroom training and coaching on real cases, etc.) and share leading practices in the area of expertise.
    4. Effectively communicating progress and outcome to different client’s stakeholders.
    5. Proactively identifying issues and risks in relation to the specific delivery activities and liaise with the wider project team to evaluating potential solutions and pursuing the optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success.
  2. Providing expertise as part of proposal development and support other team members (e.g. Senior Manager / Principal / Director) in meetings and presentations with clients.

  3. Playing an active role in building the firm by:

    1. Participating and contributing to functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing and sharing best practices.
    2. Providing feedback and coaching junior colleagues to support their development within the organization.
    3. Developing and / or enhancing existing IP in the relevant field of expertise, including but not limited to sharing PoV documents, white papers etc.

Who are you?

  1. Strong knowledge and practical experience in application / facilitation of a wide range of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) techniques including: HAZID, HAZOP, What-IF, Safety Integrity Level, LOPA, Bow-Tie, Human Factor, Inherently Safer Process Review, Risk Register, Risk Matrix.

  2. Knowledge and practical experience of quantitative techniques is a plus, including Fault Tree Analysis, Event Tree Analysis, Consequence Modelling (Fires, Toxic Releases, Explosions), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) / Building Risk Assessment (BRA), Iso-Risk Curves (Individual and Societal Risk Curves).

  3. Broad understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and how different PSM system elements are linked together (e.g. Process Safety Information (PSI), Management of Change (MOC), Mechanical Integrity & Quality Assurance, etc.).

  4. Experience in developing procedures to define key system requirements as well as Audit Protocols, KPIs and Governance mechanisms to monitor effectiveness of implementation of PSI / PHA elements.

  5. Ability to effectively deliver training & coaching sessions to build/strengthen capabilities on PSI / PHA related topics.

  6. Experiences along the lifecycle of an asset, from design to operations/maintenance to be able to understand how to apply PSI and PHA methodologies and concept at various stages.

  7. Effective Leadership skills to drive execution in complex environments.

  8. Strong/effective verbal and written communication to be able to interact at different levels of the organization, from Executive down to technicians and operators.

  9. Problem solving and flexibility to analyze and adapt to situations.

  10. Proven track record in relevant highly-hazardous / heavy manufacturing industries such Oil & Gas / Petrochemical, chemical, metal processing:

    1. Past direct experience in technical roles (e.g. Process Control/Engineering, Technical) is highly valuable.
    2. Past experience in major international / global companies (e.g. BP, Shell, Exxon, Total, DuPont, Dow, etc.) is highly valuable.

Qualifications / Experience:

  1. BS/BA in engineering or equivalent, MBA or MSc preferred with substantial experience in the field of PHA.

  2. Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.

  3. Fluency in both written and spoken English plus as well as fluency in French or Dutch.

  4. Ability to travel extensively up to 80 % of monthly time.

As our Subject Matter Expert - Mechanical Data Center Design EMEA (m/f/d) , you will be a key member of the NTT Global Design Standards team, working on and delivering translation of the NTT GID Design ‘Product’ defined Owners Project Requirements (OPR) into the Global Reference Design (GRD). You will work closely with the Senior Director of Global Design Standards to drive effectiveness, efficiency and predictability at scale in the development and adoption of best practice design process and procedures.

What you will do

  • Being a key member of the Global Design Standards team supporting regional understanding of the NTT Global Reference Design (GRD) and its engineering detail as it is localised and deployed through third party architects and engineers
  • Interfacing with internal stakeholders from parallel business functions, the NTT Product team and Regional Delivery teams
  • Supporting design reviews at all stages of project design and delivery on an as required basis
  • Consulting with members of our Engineering, Expansion, Construction, Operations, Product and Sales teams to ensure that optimal design decisions are made with careful assessment of risks and opportunities
  • Contributing to the development of the Global Reference Design and Regional variants
  • Contributing to Owner Furnished Contractor Installed equipment specifications and procurement of the same

Nous recherchons un Expert Data Sciences sur les problématiques Digitales et Média

Description du poste

En tant qu’expert Data Science sur les problématiques digitales, vous avez un rôle majeur dans l’équipe Data Sciences et au sein d’Epsilon. Vous portez les offres autour de l’analyse de parcours clients, l’attribution et la contribution des leviers digitaux aux ventes, leur mesure de performance, l’analyse du funnel digital, la segmentation d’audiences.

Vous intervenez en avant-vente pour répondre aux besoins clients et vous prenez en charge la réalisation des projets et la montée en compétence des équipes sur ces sujets.

Vous réalisez une veille sur ces problématiques pour garantir d’être toujours à la pointe de l’innovation. Dans ce cadre, vous aurez la possibilité d’intervenir dans le interne d’Epsilon pour mettre en œuvre des innovations que vous auriez identifiées et qui vous semblent pertinentes pour le développement de l’offre.

Vos missions

Etre reconnu comme expert sur les offres Data Sciences liées au Digital et Média
Détecter des besoins et prendre en charge les avant-ventes Digitales & Média en apportant votre expertise pour développer ce type de projets avec l’aide des équipes commerciales
Assurer un rôle de formateur et d’expert sur ces sujets pour la diffusion des compétences dans l’équipe Data Sciences et auprès de nos clients.
Travaillez sur des projets d’innovation sur ces problematiques dans le cadre de notre interne et assurer une veille sur votre secteur
Réaliser des communications autour de ces sujets : communiqués de presse, interventions sur des salons ….
Réalisez et pilotez des projets Data Science. A ce titre, vous êtes en charge de la relation client et garant de la qualité (respect du planning, du budget, des méthodologies mises en place et des restitutions aux clients),
Avoir la possibilité de manager une équipe de datascientists à court terme selon vos souhaits d’évolution et votre séniorité

Exemple de missions confiées à des Experts :
Grande distribution: Mise en place d’un moteur de substitution green pour le Drive (proposition de produits alternatifs avec moins forte empreinte carbone).
Secteur Telco : Mise en place d’un modèle de Marketing Mix Modeling pour aider l’entreprise à optimiser leurs investissements sur les différents leviers.
Grande distribution : Construire une segmentation stade de vie afin de personnaliser la relation client selon la vie du client
Banque de détail : Construction de persona via des méthodes de Random Forest à partir des données clients et des données du site de l’annonceur.
Secteur de la presse : Développement d’une segmentation de l’audience du site pour personnaliser le parcours client & prospect sur le site de la marque et les propositions commerciales en capitalisant sur les données de navigation

Qualifications

VOUS MARQUEZ DES POINTS SI
De formation supérieure en statistiques, vous avez une expérience d’au moins 5 ans chez l’annonceur ou en prestation et avez déjà travaillé sur des problématiques digitales et média.

Vous parlez anglais et avez la capacité de gérer des projets de dimension internationale

Vous maîtrisez les méthodes statistiques standards et leurs applications opérationnelles en environnement Big Data, ainsi que l’un des principaux logiciels statistiques du marché : Spark, R, SAS, Python et idéalement au moins un outil de data visualisation.

Vous connaissez les principales solutions de mesure d’audience du marché (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytic, AT Internet…)
Vous disposez de compétences en traitement des données avec des expériences sur des bases de données SQL, NoSQL idéalement dans des environnements cloud.

Vous avez des capacités d’adaptation, d’écoute et de partage pour s’inscrire chez EPSILON dont la culture du collectif est très importante.
