**Job Description**
Rattaché-e hiérarchiquement au Secrétaire Général de Safran Helicopter Engines et en coordination avec toutes les parties prenantes, le/la Chef-fe de projet (CdP) MOA pilotera la migration de l'instance SAP de SHE d'une version ECC6 vers S/4HANA dans un format de conversion majoritairement de type Brownfield, et en garantissant le portage des fonctionnalités existantes dans la nouvelle version.
Plus de 5 500 personnes utilisent la solution SAP qui supporte de nombreux processus en France et à l'étranger. Les 6 mois d'étude préalable permettront de cadrer le projet de réalisation.
Les principales missions et activités du CdP MOA sont :
1/Maîtriser le périmètre :
-Mener l'étude de la migration Brownfield, en tenant compte de l'écosystème en interaction avec SAP et de l'ensemble des usages de reportings existants
-Cadrer les besoins des périmètres devant évoluer fonctionnellement. Utiliser les outils de process mining pour optimiser les solutions métiers définies et s'appuyer sur les fonctionnalités standards des nouvelles solutions à implémenter
-Garantir le respect du cahier des charges et du cadrage. Evaluer les écarts afin d'éclairer les arbitrages à réaliser. Animer les instances de décisions.
-Veiller à la continuité des usages Data existants. Cadrer les objectifs d'un lot sur la qualité des données puis l'animer, en lien avec la gouvernance de la donnée existante
-Supporter, avec la maîtrise d'œuvre, les échanges avec l'éditeur pour les périmètres fonctionnels le nécessitant.
2/ Structurer et piloter le projet :
-Piloter le projet dans le respect des engagements QCD. Définir et animer les instances de pilotage appropriées
-Mettre en place les outils permettant d'identifier et maîtriser toute dérive au plus tôt. Utiliser oSmoz pour assurer efficacement la maîtrise du planning, des livrables et du budget. Veiller à sa mise à jour régulière. Travailler en collaboration étroite avec le PMO
-Mener une revue régulière des risques avec l'ensemble des contributeurs, travailler les plans de levée des risques et les décliner pour revenir à un niveau acceptable
-Définir la stratégie de tests, organiser la mise en place des cahiers de tests, définir les métriques de suivi et mesurer l'avancement des différentes phases de tests et de recettes
-Piloter en mode agile les lots pour lesquels la démarche est adaptée
Manager les ressources :
-Piloter le projet en s'appuyant sur les relais clés :
-Le chef de projet SI, qui est responsable QCD des activités de maîtrise d'œuvre du projet
-Les responsables de lots, qui ont en charge un périmètre métier
-Les responsables MOA SI, qui sont garants de la connaissance métier et des ressources MOA SI de leur processus
-Suivre l'activité des contributeurs en animant la saisie hebdomadaire du réalisé et du reste à faire
-Arbitrer les besoins en ressources externes nécessaires au projet, dans le respect des budgets et de la stratégie Ma
**Complementary Description**
Accompagner le changement :
-Définir la stratégie d'accompagnement au changement, en tenant compte de la diversité des périmètres fonctionnels, de la localisation des utilisateurs ainsi que du contexte multiculturel.
-Construire le plan de bascule en planifiant la disponibilité des moyens appropriés pour le support aux utilisateurs, en simultané sur 3 établissements en France et 7 filiales à l'international.
Assurer le management fonctionnel des responsables de lots et des responsables MOA SI pendant la durée du projet.
**Job Requirements**
De formation Ingénieur-e (ou diplôme ou expérience équivalente), vous avez développé tout au long de votre parcours professionnel des briques de compétences dans les domaines suivants :
-Pilotage de projets complexes (avec engagement de plusieurs millions d'euros, forte autonomie et conduite du changement importante)
-Connaissance d'un ou plusieurs métiers de l'entreprise où vous avez excellé par vos résultats opérationnels et votre capacité d'embarquement d'équipe (en hiérarchique et/ou en fonctionnel)
-Anglais courant
Une certification Green ou Black Belt peut-être le témoignage de l'excellence de vos méthodes de travail.
Votre leadership naturel et votre capacité à appréhender différents métiers vous permettront de fédérer l'ensemble des acteurs de l'entreprise autour d'un projet dimensionnant pour SHE.

L'étendue du projet nécessitera une étude d'impact d'environ 6 mois puis une mise en œuvre qui mobilisera plus 85 ETP pendant 18 mois.

We are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager with at least 2 successful S / 4HANA Brownfield conversion projects who will join us for a short-term mission. The estimated duration is 125 days, split into two iterations : from September 2025 to April 2026 with 13 days / month workload, and from May to August 2026 with 5 days / month workload.
Challenges of the project :
- Availability of business teams is limited (monthly and yearly closing periods);
- System downtime must not exceed 48 hours;
- High risk due to interfaces (2,000 interfaces : IDocs, web services, RFC, OData);
- A backup & rollback strategy must be defined in case of critical failure;
Technical stack :
- Database : HANA 2.0 SPS05;
- Fiori, CDS Views, OData, ATC;
- Transport strategy, CVI, SUM tool, Maintenance Planner;
- Integration : 2,000 interfaces (IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, OData).
Requirements
Experience & Project Delivery :
- Proven track record as a Senior SAP Project Manager , with at least 2 successful S / 4HANA Brownfield conversion projects completed;
- Ability to lead and coordinate all project phases , from early planning through to go-live and hypercare support;
- Experience in cutover planning , testing , and post-go-live support .
Project Management Skills :
- Strong organizational and leadership skills : demonstrated ability to manage project constraints, mitigate risks, mobilize resources, and align stakeholders;
- Skilled in conducting project meetings and facilitating steering committees;
- Capable of organizing and leading both functional and technical workshops;
- Proficient in drafting clear and actionable meeting minutes and status reports;
Technical & Functional Expertise :
- Understanding of Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) and the Business Partner model;
- Familiarity with Simplification Items , including Material Ledger, Asset Accounting, Global Trade Services (GTS), and Intercompany processes;
- Experience with Custom Code Remediation , including tools such as ATC (ABAP Test Cockpit) and Readiness Check;
- Ability to work with a large number of interfaces , including IDoc, Web services, OData, and RFC (Remote Function Call).
- Experience working closely with Basis and infrastructure partners (e.g., Oxya );
- Active participation in cutover planning in coordination with the Basis team and infrastructure providers.

Role Overview :
The Product Director for Domain Names, Email, and Office Products is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, development, and growth of products related to domain operations, SSL Certificates, DNS, Email solutions, and office productivity tools. + Fluent in French
+ At least 9 years of professional experience in consulting project management, and contract management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA functional integration programs

+ Ability to participate/drive a part of the functional design for one functional domain.
+ ABAP development team project management

+ SAP business process transformation analysis and mining to support the S/4HANA overall project (with SAP Signavio, Celonis.)
+ Knowledge of SAP infrastructure & landscape dependencies is an advantage.
+ Experience with at least one hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure, GCP
+ Experience of SAP RISE - S/4HANA PCE on-boarding project is a plus
+ Practice of S/4HANA project in "clean core" approach, and Agile/devopps for customizations

Position Overview
We are seeking a SAP BW / 4HANA Developer & Administrator with planning expertise to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation data warehouse and business intelligence platform, including integrated planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud and BW / 4HANA planning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
BW / 4HANA Development & Administration
- Design and develop data warehouse models using Advanced DataStore Objects (aDSOs), CompositeProviders, and Open ODS Views
- Create and maintain data extraction processes from SAP and non-SAP source systems
- Implement LSA+ methodology and modern data warehousing architectures
- Develop BEx queries, calculation views, and analytical models for reporting requirements
- Manage system administration including transport management, performance tuning, and capacity planning
Planning & Forecasting Solutions
- Implement integrated planning solutions using BW / 4HANA Planning Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Design planning models, input forms, and approval workflows for financial and operational planning
- Configure planning functions, sequences, and automated calculation routines
- Develop driver-based planning models and scenario planning capabilities
- Integrate planning data with operational reporting and analytics dashboards
Data Integration & Modeling
- Design ETL processes using Data Transfer Process (DTP), transformations, and process chains
- Implement real-time data integration using SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server
- Create hybrid scenarios connecting BW / 4HANA with SAP Analytics Cloud and other cloud services
- Develop data quality checks, validation rules, and error handling mechanisms
- Optimize data models for performance and implement data lifecycle management
Analytics & Reporting
- Build analytical applications using SAP Analytics Cloud with BW / 4HANA connectivity
- Create self-service analytics capabilities and governed data discovery solutions
- Develop mobile-optimized dashboards and responsive planning interfaces
- Implement authorization concepts and row-level security for sensitive data
- Support migration from legacy BW systems to BW / 4HANA platform
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 5+ years experience with SAP BW development and 2+ years with BW / 4HANA specifically
- Strong knowledge of BW / 4HANA objects (aDSOs, CompositeProviders, HANA calculation views)
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud planning and integrated planning scenarios
- Proficiency in ABAP, SQL Script, and HANA modeling techniques
- Knowledge of data extraction methods (extractors, ODP, SLT, Data Services)
- Understanding of LSA+ methodology and modern data warehouse architectures
Planning & Analytics Skills
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Knowledge of planning functions, currency translation, and allocation methods
- Understanding of business intelligence and self-service analytics concepts
- Experience with performance management and KPI framework design
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- SAP certifications (BW / 4HANA Developer, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning)
- Experience with S / 4HANA integration and embedded analytics
- Background in finance, controlling, or business planning processes
