En tant que Représentant Commercial, vous serez responsable de la vente de pneus neufs, rechapés et de solutions auprès de concessionnaires et distributeurs de votre secteur. **Vos missions :**
+ Définir et atteindre des objectifs de vente (volume, chiffre d'affaires, mix produits).
+ Promouvoir la proposition de valeur et les avantages concurrentiels de l'entreprise.
+ Négocier conditions commerciales et accompagner les partenaires distributeurs.
+ Prospecter et suivre les flottes indirectes, avec le soutien des concessionnaires partenaires.
+ Collecter des informations sur le marché et analyser la performance des produits (coût/km, audits).
+ Former et accompagner les partenaires et clients sur nos outils et solutions (TireOptix, MyService, etc.).
+ Soutenir les Key Account Managers (KAM) dans la gestion des grandes flottes.
**Profil recherché :**
+ Formation : niveau Bac +3 minimum.
+ Expérience confirmée en vente B2B, idéalement dans le secteur des poids lourds ou des pièces industrielles.
+ Solides compétences en négociation et en gestion de comptes clients.
+ Maîtrise des outils CRM (type Salesforce) et des outils digitaux de suivi.
+ Connaissance de l'anglais à un niveau conversationnel.

+ Consultation and support for field sales representative to explore the best solution for selling service agreement at point of sales and for all financial deals

+ Provide accurate service forecast to the leadership team and national and district sales managers
+ Connect with Inside Sales colleagues in other markets to share best practices and adopt new/ efficient ways to sell services

Poste basé en télétravail, rattaché à notre siège basé à Courbevoie (92), il couvre l'entièreté de la région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA).

Rôles and Responsabilités
  • Il doit assurer les ventes sur les clients dont il a la charge de façon à réaliser et dépasser les objectifs fixés sur son périmètre comportant les métriques suivantes :

Dans le cadre de sa croissance, ARROW ECS France renforce ses équipes et recherche un :

Field Sales Representative (commission)- PACA

Poste basé en télétravail, rattaché à notre siège basé à Courbevoie (92), il couvre l'entièreté de la région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA).

Rôles and Responsabilités
  • Il doit assurer les ventes sur les clients dont il a la charge de façon à réaliser et dépasser les objectifs fixés sur son périmètre comportant les métriques suivantes :
  • Une liste de comptes nommés
  • Respect de la marge via un contrôle du %
  • Axes de développement Cloud et Services
  • Il représente ARROW ECS chez ses clients/son territoire et accompagne ses clients dans la résolution des litiges
  • Il doit maintenir / renforcer la satisfaction client.


Organisation & position
  • Reporte au Directeur des Ventes Région.
  • Collabore avec les commerciaux sédentaires Brand ou Coverage au quotidien. Collabore avec le Customer service notamment pour la gestion des claims.
  • Collabore avec la Finance pour la gestion des Encours et des échéances de règlements dépassées.


Missions
  • Assure la promotion des offres et services du groupe Arrow
  • Négocie le Contrat de Développement dont les remises de fin d'année (CBP)
  • Garant des conditions négociées frontales et marges arrière
  • Gestion des encours et retards de règlement
  • Validation des exclusions (cotation à faible marge)
  • Suivi des remises de fin d'année (Rebates, marges arrière)
  • Coordonne les actions de développement Brands
  • Etablit des tableaux de bords pour le portefeuille de cotations et la facturation consolidée soit mensuel, soit trimestriel (Reporting Clients)
  • Assure le relais des opérations marketing
  • Assure la synergie entre les différentes marques au portefeuille (cross/up selling).


Outils & process
  • Visibilité du travail réalisé via rapport d'activité hebdomadaire
  • Pipeline process : Mise à jour régulière et échanges avec les organisations Brands
  • Calendrier : Mise à jour régulière
  • Suivi des résultats : report consolidant facturation/backlog/portefeuille de cotations et analyse des MustWinDeals pour engager un résultat vs objectif


Compétences
  • Maîtrise les process constructeurs/éditeurs et les programmes partenaire
  • Très bonne connaissance des offres constructeurs/éditeurs, ainsi que leurs stratégies et position marché
  • Participe aux formations commerciales internes/externes.


Expérience professionnelle requise :

Niveau d'études : BAC +5

**Your Impact**
+ As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Palo Alto Networks Products and Solutions through Channel Partners and interacting directly with customers in your region
+ Your consultative selling experience will identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and our customers
+ Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position the portfolio of Palo Alto Networks solutions
+ Create clear goals and complete accurate forecasting through developing a detailed territory plan
+ Leverage prospect stories to create a compelling value proposition with insights into value for that specific account
+ Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect Palo Alto Networks products and services
+ Travel as necessary within your territory, and to company-wide meetings
**Your Experience**
+ Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry
+ Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
+ Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
+ Identifies problems, reviews data, determines the root causes, and provides scalable solutions
+ Cultivate relationships with our channel partners to bring channel-centric go-to-market approach for our customers
+ Demonstrates in depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and the ability to follow a structured sales process
+ Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving by understanding the bigger picture, and considering complex interrelationships and outcomes
+ Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
