Overview

Objectif de la mission

Définir et piloter la stratégie réglementaire régionale pour les marchés Core EU+.

Superviser les processus d’enregistrement en veillant à la conformité des dossiers avec les exigences réglementaires locales.

Assurer l’interface principale avec les équipes Affaires Réglementaires Locales (LRA).

Consolider et valider les exigences réglementaires régionales, et conseiller le Global Regulatory Leader (GRL) sur les réglementations nationales.

Activités principales
  • Participer à la préparation des dossiers réglementaires en collaboration avec le GRL et le Submission Manager.
  • Contribuer à la rédaction des réponses aux questions des autorités de santé.
  • Fournir des explications détaillées sur les demandes ou positions des autorités.
  • Veiller à la mise à jour des bases de données réglementaires.
  • Suivre les procédures d’enregistrement et assurer le Life Cycle Management (LCM) des produits concernés.
Profil recherché
  • Pharmacien(ne) diplômé(e) avec une première expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans les affaires réglementaires européennes (profil junior accepté).
  • Bonne connaissance des exigences réglementaires des marchés EU+, notamment en matière de soumissions et de gestion de cycle de vie.
  • Capacité à travailler en transversal avec des interlocuteurs internationaux.

In this role, you will:

HR Strategy & Leadership

· Support and guide HR strategies that align with both business objectives and French legal requirements.

Social Dialogue & Legal Compliance

As a Regional Sales Director you play an important role in meeting our partner acquisition and revenue growth objectives, strengthening, and developing our market share in Europe (and France mainly).

You will work together with the best European unified communication specialist towards our goal: be the leader in the UCaaS business market.

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales target within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our partner base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
  • Understand our partner business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Who are you?

  • Proven track records of sales executive experience
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability toposition productsagainst competitors
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals
  • Positive attitude and smiling are a must
  • Native French speaker. English full professional proficiency
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same positionwithin the telecommunication industry, specifically in UCaaS /CCaaS
