What You'll Be Doing

• You'll understand the design & implementation, define the testing scope, implement test/coverage plans, and verify the correctness of the product.
• Build and expand most common use cases automated test cases and procedures for complete functional and non-functional test coverage across the many customers of the Ridecell platform.
• Work closely with internal and external customers if required to drive the quality of delivery.
• Ensure quality of unit, integration, and performance tests in a rapid development environment
• Design, develop, maintain and execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end tests.
• Triage issues, bugs and errors found during testing and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, solution architects, and other quality engineers to deliver high quality solutions.

What We Need To See

• BS degree or equivalent with 2+ years of quality engineering experience with complex mobile or web applications and software systems.
• Firm understanding of Mobile, both iOS and Android, QE testing, including building/setting up the Mobile environment for testing and the process to promote the application to Production
• Experience or Knowledge in automated testing initiatives (Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing and Load Testing) of REST API, web application & mobile apps.
• Analyze production issues, identify test gaps across the entire testing stack and make systemic improvements to Automation testing.
• Effectively and proactively communicate project status and key issues to Team Leads and/or Leadership.
• Knowledge on logging & monitoring tools like Splunk, Sumo Logic, Grafana, etc is a plus
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
• High work ethic with open minded positive attitude, and flexibility.
• Must reside in Bordeaux, France.

Dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue de notre plateforme SaaS, nous souhaitons renforcer la fiabilité et la robustesse de notre application en optimisant notre stratégie de tests. Nous recherchons un QA Engineer en stage (4 à 6 mois) ou alternance pour nous accompagner dans l’écriture et l’automatisation des tests, aussi bien au niveau unitaire sur le front-end que sur des tests end-to-end (E2E) avec Playwright .

L’objectif est d’assurer une couverture optimale des fonctionnalités clés et de garantir une expérience utilisateur parfaite. La stack technique :

• Automatiser des tests End-To-End avec Playwright
• Écrire les tests unitaires frontend pour nos composants React
• Identifier et prioriser les bugs , compléter les tests manquants
• Qualifier l’ensemble des fonctionnalités développées
• Coordonner avec toutes les parties prenantes du projet
• Communiquer les résultats et proposer des solutions afin d’améliorer en permanence le processus QA
