To deliver the shift/line objectives by empowering and engage people to develop their capability and ways of working through NCE implementation.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Ensure line (shift) production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements meeting safety, quality, cost, delivery and environmental needs (strive towards Manufacturing Excellence).
- Ensure the identified development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team (incl. Temporary people) as per the agreed plan with Production Manager (proper training inc. equipment, safety procedures, hygiene).
- Coach employees to fulfill and exceed the requirements of the job through Nestlé Continuous Excellence approach.
- Ensure the timely deployment of People development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team as per the agreed plan with PM (proper training inc. equipment, safety procedures, hygiene). Enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel within the shift.
- Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines to ensure sustainable results. Use of Basic Problem Solving tools and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvements.
- Provides appropriate solutions, actions or corrective actions when deviation found in operations.
- Analyses and addresses the equipment breakdown or machines stoppages. Co-ordinates with the Engineering team to solve the problems.
- Optimize the operations, processes and equipment to achieve the best line efficiency and performance, minimize the manufacturing losses. Involve in the design of the lay-out and equipment when necessary.
- Strongly involves in continuous improvement and problem solving activities.
- Controls the cost of production by managing and controlling the materials usage (Yield and Losses), manpower, machine utilization and etc.
- Checks and correctly reports the production outputs, work in processes and materials usage by daily basis. Takes appropriate actions if needed.
- Supports other departments (R&D, QA, Engineer and etc.) for production related activities such as safety audit, manufacturing trials for new product development, quality audit, energy saving projects, investigate the root cause of consumer complaints and etc,
- Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line).
- University Degree with major in technical background, food processing.
- Have experience at the same or related position in manufacturing/MNC/FMCG/F&B companies.
- Good at English communication.
- Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, etc…
- Willing work in shift (8 hours/day, 6 days/week).
- Demonstration of leadership skills in positively confronting inappropriate behavior and using everyday coaching to ensure involvement of the workforce.
- Advanced understanding of skills knowledge and behavioral requirements of positions under their responsibility (e.g. functional, hygiene, safety, technical, etc.)

- Understanding of a union environment is preferred.

ABOUT THE POSITION
At TeamTO, we are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for a new ambitious CG animated show produced in our studios and partnership with international broadcasters :
- Jade Armor(26x22mn) directed by Chloé Miller – Comedy / Action in a Kung Fu environment
- Starting April / May 2021
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all phases of content scripting, production and postproduction.
This position requires previous experience in leading CG animated productions, as well as excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills in English.
This position is based in Paris, from April-May 2021 (long contract)
Fluent English speaker required.
YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:
- Supervising and implementing the production pipeline taking the budget, the schedule and the artistic limitations into account
- Ensuring that all resources (from talent, space, budget etc) are fully optimized
- Overseeing operations, and ensuring that milestones are met as well as client’s artistic expectations
- Collaborating with all key stakeholders namely: Executive Producer, Studio Head, CFO, CTO, as well as Production Managers and Talent Management.
- Liaising with both Producer(s) and Director(s).
- Building the teams in association with the talent manager, managing and coordinating the teams
- Selecting and maintaining relationships with subcontractors during all production phases (post-production, laboratory…)
- Ensuring the production stays on budget by conducting financial monitoring (cost control, billing schedule etc.)

Description du posteDans le cadre d'une prestation d’infogérance en centre de service, nous recherchons un Production Supervisor , basé à Marcq-En-Barœul.
Ce que nous allons accomplir ensemble :
- Planifier et coordonner l’activité des techniciens service desk en fonction des objectifs de qualité, de service et le respect des procédures ainsi que des engagements.
- Assurer la formation de vos collaborateurs aux procédures et au contexte client afin de contribuer à leur montée en compétence.
- Garantir la transmission d'informations grâce à une bonne communication au sein de l’équipe en mettant en place les moyens nécessaires.
- Contrôler et analyser les résultats obtenus (reporting d’activité quotidien, analyse des SLA, point hebdomadaire avec vos homologues, etc.).
- Être force de proposition pour le développement et l’optimisation des activités.
- Vous disposez d'une première expérience dans l’informatique ET vous avez déjà coordonné une équipe de techniciens helpdesk et/ou en centre d'appels.
- Vous faites preuve d’organisation, d’autonomie, d’empathie et vos qualités managériales sont démontrées.
- Votre esprit de synthèse, votre capacité d’anticipation et de décision seront des critères déterminants pour réussir dans ce poste.
- Pour finir, la communication est un de vos points forts et votre pédagogie sera appréciée.
