**Job Description**
Dans le cadre du développement soutenu de nos activités liées au secteur spatial, nous recherchons un(e) **Ingénieur(e) Procédés** **ou Technicien Procédés avec experience en assemblage microélectronique** afin de renforcer notre Département Développement des Procédés d'Assemblage, rattaché à la Division Opérations de la Division Semiconducteurs.
**Missions principales**
Intégré(e) à une équipe de 12 collaborateurs, vous contribuerez activement à l'amélioration continue de nos procédés industriels.
Vous interviendrez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement procédés ainsi qu'avec les départements support, qualité, production, ingénierie produit et projets.
Vos responsabilités incluront notamment :
+ Le développement des procédés d'assemblage et d'inspection en ligne ;
+ La rédaction de plans de développement, incluant des estimations de charge et de délais ;
+ La formalisation de rapports de développement et de validation des procédés ;
+ La rédaction des spécifications de fabrication ;
+ Le rôle de référent(e) technique sur votre périmètre ;
+ La mise en œuvre des actions d'industrialisation ;
+ La sélection, validation et qualification des équipements ;
+ La participation aux phases de conception produit afin de garantir leur fabricabilité ;
+ Le transfert de compétences techniques auprès des équipes support et production.
**Compétences et qualifications requises**
**Expertise technique :**
+ Connaissances avérées dans au moins un des domaines suivants : mesures physiques, mécanique, électronique, matériaux ;
+ Maîtrise de la rédaction de documents techniques, procédures et rapports ;
+ Capacité à transmettre les savoirs et à accompagner les équipes ;
+ Aptitudes analytiques et esprit orienté solutions.
**Qualités personnelles :**
+ Sens du travail en équipe, écoute active et orientation service ;

**Experience / profil recherché :**
+ Experience significative ( environ 4/8 ans) en assemblage microélectronique
+ Profil diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent (BAC +5) en sciences ou ingénierie (génie des matériaux, mécanique, ou mesures physiques) **Ou** diplôme technique BAC +2/3
+ Niveau d'anglais requis : B2 minimum (capacité à rédiger des rapports techniques en anglais).

- Reviewing Client's technical documentation and requirements;
- Providing detailed calculation to validate the preliminary design of the bid stage;
- Ensuring compliance with the required process performances;
- Optimizing the unit design and scheme considering budget and project constrains;
- Preparing detailed technical documentation including process description, heat & material balance, process calculation, control narrative, cause & effect diagram, logic diagrams, alarms and interlocks list, sequence chart, operating and maintenance manuals;
- Providing process support to other disciplines to define p&ids, material selection, equipment list, equipment datasheet, instrument datasheet;
- Supporting the procurement for technical selection of quotations from sub-suppliers;
- Participating to technical meetings with Client, including HAZOP, SIL, FAT of control system and of the skids;
- Providing professional training of Client operators;
- Providing support to the site engineers.

- University Master Degree in Chemical, Environmental or Energy Engineer

Nous recherchons un(e) Process Engineer Operation Support (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos processus industriels.
Missions Principales :La prestation demandée porte sur la réalisation de prestation Process Engineer / Operations support / Ingénieur de procédés dédié au support de la conception/ dépannage /mise à niveau /rétrogradation /modification liées aux activités du département Opérations et Maintenance.
L'objectif du poste est de fournir un support d'ingénierie pour tous les aspects de conception liés aux opérations et aux activités de production/maintenance sur les FPSO. Pour des activités telles que :
Calculs et simulations de procédés- Réaliser des calculs et simulations de procédés (par ex. systèmes de soufflage, pertes de charge dans les circuits, performances des turbines à gaz, etc.) avec des logiciels dédiés (hysys/flarenet/pipesim/olga).
- Support d'ingénierie de procédés dans les demandes de gestion du changement au niveau du siège, en conjonction avec le département HSE.
- Support aux opérations/dépannage de procédés, analyse des causes racines et revues Hazops.
- Liaison avec les fournisseurs pour clarification, assistance et services.
- Examen des procédures d'exploitation et de maintenance du point de vue des procédés.
- Participation en tant que support d'ingénierie aux revues, inspections, etc.
- Analyse des baisses de production, revue et suivi.
- Préparation du tableau de bord des indicateurs de performance opérationnels du siège sur divers projets O&M.
- Développement de nouveaux tableaux de bord d'indicateurs clés de performance.
- Connaissance des équipements pétroliers et gaziers
- Expérience en conception de procédés / ingénierie sur site / opérations / mise en service.
- Maîtrise des outils MS Office obligatoire
- Anglais obligatoire, le portugais est un plus.
- Bosiet & MFC obligatoires
- Fièvre jaune et livret de marin
