Votre futur rôle :
Relevez un nouveau défi et mettez à profit votre expertise en gestion de plannings projets dans un domaine de pointe. Vous travaillerez avec une équipe collaborative, dynamique et orientée résultats, et vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le pilotage des délais, la gestion des priorités et l'optimisation des processus pour garantir le succès des projets Tramways.
Au quotidien, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projets multidisciplinaires (ingénierie, production, contrôle de projet, gestion des risques), animerez des réunions pour structurer et suivre les plannings, et apporterez des recommandations stratégiques pour relever les défis liés aux délais. Vous serez également en charge de la communication efficace des informations liées aux plannings à toutes les parties prenantes.
Vous vous occuperez plus particulièrement de la création et de la mise à jour des plannings projets, mais aussi de l'analyse des écarts et des chemins critiques pour anticiper et résoudre les problématiques. Nous ferons appel à vous pour :
- Établir et gérer les plannings projets, y compris la référence initiale et ses mises à jour régulières.
- Analyser les écarts et proposer des plans d'actions pour respecter les délais.
- Définir des stratégies de développement basées sur les analyses des gaps.
- Fédérer et coordonner les équipes multi-métiers autour des objectifs communs.
- Assurer la communication des impacts planning auprès des parties prenantes avant toute prise de décision.
- Collaborer avec le project manager et le contrôleur projet pour évaluer l'impact des hypothèses planning sur les coûts.
- Identifier et communiquer les risques et opportunités liés aux écarts actuels ou futurs des plannings.
- Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus de planification.
Votre profil :

The Project Planner is responsible for the project planning and scheduling of project execution deliverables reflecting the designated scope and level of detail for full-phase contract execution trough close-out. This includes establishment of schedules, monitoring of progress compared to schedule commitments, management of the project float, proactive identification of risks and opportunities, and recommendation of actions to drive on-time performance with the goal to complete the project on time
Main Duties- Support the Project Manager and the Project Lead Planner in all project planning related matters.
- Establish, implement and maintain the required Subproject reporting procedures.
- Identification of schedule risk and opportunities, Critical Paths analysis and the Project Float identification.
- Assist the Project Manager in the development of the project risk and opportunity identification, flagging any risk or opportunity in a transparent manner, proposing and supporting solutions to mitigate these risks and/or transform the opportunities into margin and cash.
- Analyze progress, identify deviation from original plan, propose possible mitigation actions and manage interface issues that may rise.
- Schedule update by collecting all input from other participants and scope owners.
- Develop project control schedule based on contract requirements in co-operation with all involved scope owner parties.
- Implement a comprehensive Progress Reporting System to provide the Project Manager and Product Line Management with all necessary planning information to be used as a basis for decisions (i.e. Target, Actual & Forecast).
- Include into the Master Time any contractual dates related to claims, payments, subcontracts, orders, etc…
- Responsibilities:
- Manages the schedule and generate action plans enabling the Project team to keep the Project Schedule under control and in line with the approved project baseline.
- Establish related part of the overall Master Time Schedules (MTS) and ensure alignment of it with the time schedules of the other products and sub-projects.
- Monthly Progress and Efficiency control and reporting for the Subproject part of the project.
- Inform the Project Manager and the Project Lead Planner (if any) if deviations from planned values have been identified and propose recovery plans. Implement when validated, any action required for the above objective to be met for the project benefit, even if this implies additional impacts to one of the GE parties involved.
- Educate and train, as appropriate, Project Team Members with Schedule Requirements.
- Continuously propose to the risk & opportunities process, detecting for R&O to the project, identifying mitigation plan or action plans, and implementing them once validated.

Education
- Certified Engineer or Bachelor's degree is expected.

**About the role:**
Reporting to the **Director of Customer Experience** , the **Commissioning Project & Planning Coordinator** will play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer journey through equipment installation and startup activities, helping customers achieve their water quality objectives. This is a **newly created position in Europe** , designed to close a critical process gap that has been impacting customer experience and delaying equipment startup. The role requires a high level of autonomy, strong project management skills, and the ability to operate as a "team of one" while defining processes and building structure. The position can be based in **Spain or France** . Occasional business travel is required, though not frequent. Working language will be **English** , and knowledge of an additional European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) will be considered a plus, as the role covers multiple countries.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by reviewing contracts and specifications to understand their needs.

The European Space Agency's Strategic Foresight & Planning Office supports the definition of the ESA-wide strategy and is responsible for:
- Ensuring the availability of futures intelligence by analysing internal and external factors that may impact ESA and the European space sector;
- Developing strategic foresight capabilities tailored to ESA's needs and the specificities of the space sector;
- Designing and delivering strategic foresight projects that assess the implications of multiple possible futures for ESA's strategies, programmes, and policies, helping to identify blind spots, emerging threats and opportunities, and to enhance resilience at programme and Agency level;
- Supporting the formulation of ESA's strategic plans by identifying key challenges and strategic options, and helping to define mid- and long-term goals and objectives at both Agency and directorate levels;

Organizational Setting
The Department of Nuclear Sciences and Applications implements the IAEA's Major Programme 2, "Nuclear Techniques for Development and Environmental Protection". This Major Programme comprises individual programmes on food and agriculture, human health, water resources, environment and radiation technologies. These programmes are supported by laboratories in Seibersdorf, Monaco and Vienna. The Major Programme's objective is to enhance the capacity of Member States to meet basic human needs and to assess and manage the marine and terrestrial environments through the use of nuclear and isotopic techniques in sustainable development programmes.
The IAEA Marine Environment Laboratories consists of three laboratories, which are located in Monaco. The Division supports Member States in enhancing their capacity to use nuclear and isotopic techniques to understand marine and atmospheric environmental processes and dynamics, and to identify and address environmental problems caused by radioactive and non-radioactive pollutants and climate change.
The Radiometrics Laboratory has expertise in the fields of marine radioactivity measurements, development of radioanalytical methods, low-level counting, modelling of dispersion, environmental and radiological assessments, marine database management, and radiotracer applications in oceanographic, pollution and climate studies. It collaborates with Member States to assist them in their development and to implement capacity building technical cooperation projects. It also helps them to prepare for emergency situations, carries out missions at sea, supports analytical quality in Member States laboratories and provides training.
Main Purpose
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical input and expertise for the implementation of the ALPS Additional Measures project, including coordination of international travel arrangements, management of sample shipments to laboratories worldwide, and assistance in the preparation and coordination of project meetings, reports, and related activities.
Functions / Key Results Expected
- Coordinate and manage comprehensive travel arrangements for non-staff participants including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, visa processing, and ground transportation for international project activities and meetings.
- Oversee the logistics of sample shipments to partner laboratories worldwide, ensuring proper packaging, documentation, regulatory compliance, customs clearance, and tracking throughout the shipping process.
- Provide technical input and expertise for project meetings, workshops, and conferences including participant registration, venue coordination, materials preparation, and meeting logistics management.
- Assist in the preparation, compilation, and formatting of project reports, technical documents, meeting minutes, and correspondence in accordance with IAEA standards and guidelines.
- Serve as the focal point of contact for project stakeholders, managing communications, scheduling, and coordination between participants, laboratories, and IAEA staff.
- Provide problem-solving support for logistical challenges and administrative issues that may arise during project implementation.
