**Your Career**
The role of Consulting Director in Unit 42 is a senior-level consulting position. The individual will be responsible for the day to day delivery of our threat-led and technology driven cyber security consulting services through leading and directly overseeing a team of Consultants. This person will have experience in developing teams and working with sales and domain leaders.
The Consulting Director will work with a dedicated Regional Business Development Manager (BDM) and Customer Success Manager (CSM) to deliver pitches and prepare proposals to win new business and manage client relationships.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about cyber security and making a difference. You will be a continuous learner and have a sound knowledge of emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.
The individual serves as a trusted advisor to clients, is dedicated to delivering technical consulting services to an exceptional standard, thrives in a fast paced team environment, and advocates for innovative approaches to deliver the best outcomes for our cross-sector clients.
**Your Impact**
+ Oversee the delivery of our proactive consulting services, ensuring their consistency, quality and highest level of customer service
+ Provide hands-on, expert-level proactive Security Operations Center (SOC) assessment and transformation services to clients and deliver findings to CxO and/or Board of Directors
+ Work with the BDM and CSM to perform pipeline generation activities
+ Lead scoping and services overview conversations with clients for prospective engagements in area of expertise, presenting with credibility and authority, clearly articulating various approaches and methodologies to audiences ranging from highly technical to executive personnel
+ Partner with the Unit 42 executive team and service line leaders to develop and execute strategy for the Unit 42 proactive services practice
+ Drive innovation in Unit 42's proactive offerings, by leading and managing the consulting team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new capabilities and services to market that leverage Palo Alto Networks products
+ Manage the productivity of a team through attainment of utilisation targets
+ Collaborate with peers and leaders across Unit 42 to drive operational and practice development goals
+ Recruit and onboard world class talent to support our growth goals
+ Support the professional growth and development of our consultants through training and technical enablement

**Your Experience**
+ 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering a wide range of cybersecurity consulting services, including at least 4 of the following 8 for global enterprise customers
+ Security operations (highly preferred for this position)
+ Application security (including AI)
+ Cloud security
+ Red & purple teaming
+ Cybersecurity risk assessments
+ Cybersecurity strategy & transformations
+ Cyber crisis management
+ Zero Trust
+ Experience as a senior-level team leader including overseeing other principal, senior, and mid-level analyst/consultant teams
+ Able to split your time across commercial support, client delivery, team leadership, individual mentoring, and technical expertise and skills maintenance activities
+ Strong presentation, communication, and presentation skills with verifiable industry experience communicating at CxO and/or Board of Directors level

Basic Qualifications
- Multiple years of project experience in delivering large-scale migration programs with hands-on expertise in two or more of the following domains: migration strategy design, migration business case creation, application portfolio analysis, application assessment, migration process design, migration tool implementation, migration execution, or operational integration.
- Proven track record as a migration or modernization specialist in customer-facing roles.

Les missions de l’équipe que vous intégreriez

Suite à l’enrichissement de l’offre fonctionnelle de notre plateforme et en pleine phase de déploiement d’une nouvelle version, nous souhaitons renforcer le dispositif de l’équipe Customer Success dont les principales missions sont aujourd’hui les suivantes :

  • Assistance et support de niveau 1 aux clients et utilisateurs des solutions (mails, chats, téléphone)
  • Copilotage et onboarding des solutions auprès des clients et des projets

Ce niveau d’accompagnement est variable selon les contrats (configuration et administration fonctionnelle complète ou accompagnement de prise en main, animation de formations, rédaction de documentation)

  • Suivi des contrats et de la facturation des projets
  • Suivi du feedback projets, utilisateurs et clients

En transverse et en coordination avec les équipes commerciales et produit :

  • Remontée des suggestions d’évolutions fonctionnelles – détection des tendances ou des demandes récurrentes
  • Analyse et cadrage de besoins spécifiques / traduction des exigences du marché et des besoins clients aux équipes produit
  • Participation à la réalisation d’offres spécifiques ou complexes (analyse et estimation des temps passés, démonstrations avancées)

Le poste que nous proposons

En collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe et en coordination transverse avec les équipes Développement et Commerce, vous serez amené à effectuer les missions suivantes :

  • Accompagner les clients dans la mise en œuvre des différents modules et solutions dans un contexte intra entreprise ou dans une dynamique projet (parties prenantes variées) : Gestion documentaire et suivi des avis et visas, Gestion du Bim, Gestion du suivi des Appels d’offres, Gestion de la facturation des projets, Gestion du suivi terrain.

Liste des missions détaillées qui feront entre autres votre quotidien : analyse des besoins, ateliers de cadrage, configuration et suivi de l’implémentation, animation des formations utilisateurs, réalisation d’exports BI personnalisés, rédaction de procédure ou de documentation fonctionnelle, suivi du feedback.

  • Assurer le support utilisateur , principalement à distance (téléphone, visio ou helpdesk), en apportant des réponses techniques et fonctionnelles claires et efficaces.
  • Configurer et adapter les solutions digitales selon les spécificités des projets clients, en lien avec les équipes produit et R&D.
  • Participer à la promotion des solutions et services dans un contexte d’upselling sur les projets dont vous aurez la charge du suivi.
  • Faire remonter les besoins terrain auprès des équipes produit pour faire évoluer l’offre en adéquation avec les usages métiers. Être la voix de vos clients.

Le profil que nous recherchons

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) en sciences de la documentation ou de l’information numérique, digitalisation de la relation client, management de l’innovation ou informatique,
  • Vous avez une première expérience dans le déploiement de solutions logicielles ou dans le support et le conseil IT et êtes à l’aise avec les solutions de type Ticketing et CRM.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Excel, et avez des connaissances en bases de données et structuration des données dans le but de concevoir des rapports grâce à des solutions de type BIPublisher, My Report, Jasper etc.
  • Vous avez une bonne appréciation des métiers et rôles des intervenants du secteur de la construction ainsi qu’une connaissance des enjeux numériques du secteur
  • Vous avez une écoute active, le sens de la pédagogie et de la diplomatie pour faire face à une situation de stress ou d’urgence
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent sens de la communication à l’écrit comme à l’oral, d’une forte orientation client, et êtes animé par l’esprit d’équipe
  • Vous avez un goût prononcé pour l’innovation, les environnements agiles et les technologies SaaS.
  • Vous maîtrisez l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral pour gérer le support client et animer démonstrations ou formations à un public anglophone.

Votre profil : 

Diplômé d'une grande école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou d’université, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle de 5 ans en architecture des systèmes d’information, que vous avez mise à profit sur de grands programmes de transformation. Vous avez développé une expertise d’au moins 2 ans dans le cadrage et la mise en place d’une solution e-commerce B2B ou B2C telle que Salesforce CC, Magento, SAP Hybris ou Oracle CX Commerce…, pour laquelle vous avez démontré votre maitrise des dimensions fonctionnelles et technologiques.

Vous possédez de solides connaissances dans la conception d’architectures e-commerce résilientes et performantes :

  • Traduction des besoins fonctionnels en besoins techniques,
  • Connaissance des principaux modules des architectures e-commerce et leur positionnement au sein du Système d’Informations,
  • Analyse de l’impact de la mise en place de nouveaux composants sur une architecture existante,
  • Rédaction de cartographies applicatives et techniques,
  • Définition de chemins de migration vers une architecture cible,
  • Maitrise des patterns d’architecture d’intégration vous permettant de préconiser les solutions les plus adaptées : flux synchrones/asynchrones, architectures orientées services, architectures orientées événements, apisation du système d’informations, positionnement des solutions d’API Management, architecture micro-services…,
  • Connaissance des principales solutions d’intégration : ESB, ETL, iPaaS, et leurs équivalents chez les principaux acteurs Cloud,
  • Certifications ou bonne connaissance des plateformes des principaux fournisseurs cloud (AWS, MS Azure, GCP)
  • Prise en compte des contraintes liées aux projets Cloud et hybrides, vous permettant de garantir la robustesse des solutions préconisées.

Overview:
Mastercard Services is responsible for acquiring, engaging and retaining customers by accompanying our clients with consulting, marketing services, data analytics, services to fight against fraud & risks and solutions around cybersecurity. Our team also proposes means to improve the digital payments experience while providing value added services and using expertise, data-driven insights and execution.
Role Description and Major Responsibilities
- Develop business in Consulting & Security on specific accounts (Financial Institutions & large Fintechs) in France in a team work with Account & BD Managers.
- Lead sales calls and new client development across all lines of Services Business for an assigned set of accounts in France
- Deliver against sales targets for existing accounts and/or contribute to Mastercard deal bids
- Capture senior and mid-level clients' implicit business needs in addition to articulated requests, and identify most critical aspects of the problem
- Translate objectives into key hypotheses and structure work for large/complex projects or ill-defined problems
- Contribute to formal and informal pitches, from "storyboarding" through face-to-face presentation
- Create succinct, persuasive written materials tailored to the "level" of the audience
- Contribute to project delivery, quickly identifying shortcomings in projects and take remedial action
- Manage complete capture of assignment knowledge and drive to ensure it is available firm-wide (knowledge management)
- Contribute as a thought leader to the development of intellectual capital, point of views, articles, and blogs
- Leverage deep knowledge of all the Mastercard Services capabilities and how they fit together to offer new innovative solutions

Education Needed
- Undergraduate degree required
- Experience in Business Development in Payments, Services, Security
- Experience in top management consulting firms and in relevant industry
- Financial Services or Security Solutions Background
- Proficiency in written and verbal French and English
- Knowledge of payments market, trends and opportunities is an advantage
- Demonstrates the ability to initiate, develop, and close a sale
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills, including ability to frame the customer's opportunity in financial terms (i.e. value quantification)
- Ability to think from the perspective of the customer
- Ability to gain consensus with others and coordinate team of consultants and subject matter experts around goal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended
