Your Impact
You will work with C-suite executives problem-solve on their key issues and provide actionable recommendations leveraging your technology know-how and business sense.
You will play an active role in all aspects of a client project, typically working in teams of 3 to 5 consultants alongside experts and partners of all tenures, including developers, designers, data engineers, agile coaches and others. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations for client presentations. You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and advise on their implementation in collaboration with client team members.
Our consultants receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams. This support includes a partner from your local office assigned to help you guide your career as well as several weeks of formal training.
Additionally, you'll receive guidance and support from your local office or practice in the selection of client projects, helping you to develop your skills and build your network.

Your qualifications and skills

Your Impact
You’ll work in teams of 3–5 consultants, actively participating in all aspects of client engagement.

A Release Management ConsultantatMurex plays a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality software Releases within a complex and dynamic ecosystem.

Manage and coordinate the full MX.3 Software Release Lifecyle by:
- Overseeing the Developers’ daily code integration and ensuring all related preliminary quality tests are well executed and meeting the expected behavior
- Conducting a thorough validation of this code through advanced functional automated tests in collaboration with the Quality Assurance department
- Creating the software version and securing its content and exit criteria to the market through a close collaboration within the Production Chain
- Planning and delivering software patches to address specific Client/Product-reported issues in production environments.
Operate across various platforms and tools for traceability, monitoring, and execution of Release operations
- Communicate progress status and updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels
- Draft and document processes to streamline best practices and to provide training and support materials to peers
- Implement new and improve existing Release Management processes and tools using data and metrics from the ground
- Assess Product and Client requests for new features and bug fixes to enable delivery value while optimizing delivery cost
- Facilitate and enable informed decision-making during critical situations such as client escalations or tooling bottlenecks by coordinating with relevant stakeholders from multiple teams
- Proposing actionable solutions to mitigate Release delivery delays
- Navigate across operational processes and tools to efficiently execute repetitive tasks contributing to consistent and predictable deliverables, matching the company-level SLOs and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields
- 2+ years of work experience in a related area
- Strong interest in operational work, with the ability to execute repetitive tasks to meet SLOs and uphold quality standards
- Experience using data and metrics to determine improvement areas
- Ability to define and implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Excel for data manipulation, conclusion formulation, and graphic visual representation
- Strong team collaboration experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with excellent detail orientation and an ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant process improvement methodologies
- Experience driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Votre mission
- Communiquer l'avancement et signaler les potentiels obstacles aux parties concernées : Senior Management, les équipes Produit et les équipes Projets, via des mises à jour régulières sur l'état d'avancement de la release.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs et les équipes d'intégration pour assurer la mise sur le marché des releases dans les délais convenus.
- Collaborer avec les équipes contrôle qualité pour s’assurer que les releases répondent aux exigences fonctionnelles et aux normes de qualité avant leur livraison aux clients.
- Implémenter et améliorer les processus afin d’optimiser l’exécution des opérations.
- Collaborer avec les équipes Produit et les équipes Clients pour planifier et suivre la mise sur le marché des nouvelles Releases et patchs correctifs du logiciel dans les délais impartis.
- Assurer les mises en production en travaillant avec les différentes parties, équipes produits, développeurs, les équipes contrôle qualité, les équipes services client, ainsi que les équipes de support et de systèmes d’information.
- Identifier et mitiger les risques associés aux mises en production des versions, et mettre en place rapidement des plans de contingence efficaces.
- Rédiger les documents relatifs aux processus pour standardiser les bonnes pratiques et fournir des supports de formation et d'assistance.
Votre profil
- Master en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Première expérience significative dans l'amélioration des processus / produits.
- De solides compétences analytiques et la capacité à influencer et à communiquer efficacement avec des parties prenantes sur un champ international.
- Capacité à penser et à agir rapidement et à gérer des situations difficiles pour respecter les délais.
- Expérience en stratégie, en gestion du changement, en gestion des mises en production pour exécuter des initiatives à la fois stratégiques et opérationnelles.
- À l'aise de travailler avec les membres de l'équipe pour concevoir des processus évolutifs et mettre en œuvre des projets stratégiques.
- Capacité à diriger et à travailler efficacement avec des groupes pluridisciplinaires.

A Release Management ConsultantatMurex plays a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality software Releases within a complex and dynamic ecosystem.
The role sits at the intersection of operations and project management - requiring a proactive mindset and a high interest in problem resolution and continuous improvement.
These consultants are not only responsible for managing the end-to-end release lifecycle, but also for designing its innovations and scaling it to match the evolutive strategy of Murex and the market.
They closely work with Development, Quality Assurance, Product Management, and Client Services teams to ensure that each Release meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and timeliness.
In this role, consultants are expected tonavigate a diverse suite of internal and external tools, orchestrating a wide range of operations such as version creation, test deployments, deployments monitoring, workflow triggering, etc.
Additionally, Release Management consultants directly collaborate with Information System teams to support all executed operations and resolve bottlenecks in systems, tools, and workflows.
