Le groupe RMC BFM, 3ème groupe média privé français, s'appuie sur une offre éditoriale qui allie qualité de l'information en continu nationale comme régionale et richesse de divertissement. NextProd gère l'ensemble de la production pour les chaines TV et radios du groupe : BFMTV, BFM BUSINESS, BFM en régions, RMC DECOUVERTE, RMC STORY, RMC SPORT.
Missions principales :
1 - Reporting de l’activité vidéo sur les différentes plateformes sociales
- Suivi des volumes de vidéos produites et des vidéos publiées
- Suivi des performances : VV à 1min, rétention etc…
- Suivi du CA généré sur chaque plateforme
2 – Recommandations éditoriales et de distribution
- Modifications des formats en fonction des performances pour chaque plateforme
- Modification des accroches, des descriptions, des vignettes etc…
- Recommandations de nouveaux formats : nouvelles thématiques, avec et sans intro, avec ou sans ST, etc…
- Veille concurrentielle sur les plateformes
3 – Gestion des réclamations sur les droits d’exploitation
- Défensif : gestion des réclamations de monétisation réalisées sur les vidéos publiées par les comptes Entertainment
- Offensif : mise en place de la protection des droits d’exploitation de nos programmes
4 – Gestion des partenaires externes et de leurs performances
- Livraison des contenus aux partenaires externes
- Suivi des performances des partenaires
- Gestion de la relation contractuelle avec les partenaires
5 – Gestion opérationnelle des droits d’exploitation de nos contenus
- Mise en place du calendrier d’exploitation avec durée d’exploitation & date de fin d’exploitation
- Mise en place d’un document partagé – avec les acquisitions – pour préciser les règles d’exploitation des contenus
- Durée max des clips
- Plateformes autorisées
6 – Gestion des campagnes payantes
- Création des campagnes d’acquisitions pour l’ensemble de l’activité: notoriété, acquisition, etc…
- Recommandations sur les leviers à activer en fonction des objectifs: Google Ads, Meta, etc…
- Mise en place des éléments de tracking nécessaires à la bonne exécution de la campagne
- Création et maintien des fichiers de suivi
- Bilans des campagnes et bonnes pratiques à en tirer

- Analyser les performances de l'activité sociale sur l'ensemble des plateformes : Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitch, etc.
- Assurer le suivi des tableaux de bords pour toutes les marques du groupe
- Assister à l'élaboration des bilans et recommandations auprès des rédactions: best practices, A/B testing, formats, etc.
- Assistez à la monétisation de l'activité social media de l'ensemble des marques du groupe
- Réaliser une veille marketing sur les nouveaux usages et nouveaux formats sociaux et vidéos
Etudiant(e) en Bac/5 (Université, Ecole de commerce/communication/marketing digital)
Vous avez une forte appétence pour le digital, particulièrement les réseaux sociaux et une appétence pour l'actualité/les médias.
Vous êtes curieux et avez une bonne connaissance des réseaux sociaux et appréciez travailler avec des personnes de profils variés (journalistes, graphistes, community managers, chefs de produit etc.)
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les chiffres et possédez un fort esprit d'analyse. Vous êtes rigoureux(-se), organisé(e) et êtes force de proposition au quotidien.

Your MissionsYou will support our Marketing & Communication Lead regarding social media tasks:
- Support our Marketing and Communication team in creating and drafting engaging, trend-conscious content for our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)
- Actively contribute to the development and execution of our social media strategy
- Be the face and voice of the brand in select video content (reels, stories, interviews, etc.)
- Monitor trends and stay ahead of social media innovations
- Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations to boost engagement and reach
- Actively engage in local communities, reach out to key opinion leaders and contribute to selecting the right partners for Dance in Paris
- Actively contribute to Community management — responding to messages across all our social accounts
Who You Are
- Extroverted, sociable, confident in front of a camera and with people
- Educational background or strong interest in Fashion, Lifestyle, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Journalism
- Sharp eye for aesthetics and understanding of social media visual codes
- Comfortable using content creation tools (e.g., Canva,…)
- A strong communicator
- Native French speaker – English is a strong plus
- Autonomous and proactive, able to work efficiently with remote guidance
- Creatively driven, curious, and passionate about lifetstyle, community, and/or mobility
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
