As an R&D Engineer, you will conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of E-mobility products, focusing on user experience and usability of both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. You will leverage these insights for product development and iteration, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Research development trends in the local passenger car and LCV markets in Europe.
- Mine and analyze local user demands and usage habits.
- Analyze local competitive products and market competition patterns.
- Coordinate with development teams to align with domestic and overseas model requirements and organize local market research.
- Investigate the application and development trends of local vehicle configurations.
Your personal qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience in market research or related roles within passenger car OEMs is preferred.
- Sensitivity to market data, familiarity with passenger car research methods and processes.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese and Dutch is a plus.
- Excellent coordination, communication, teamwork skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
