• Troubleshooting and diagnostics across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Participate in and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems, motor controls, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Perform and document preventative and predictive maintenance routines with accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Visually inspects and test machinery and equipment.
• Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variation with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
• Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
• Cleans and lubricates shats, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery.

Orakl Oncology works on a large cohort of patient-derived organoids (PDO) to predict clinical outcomes of patients and derisk clinical trials. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lab Technician to help us scale our cell culture and experimental platforms. In this position, you will:

1. Work on the expansion of the Orakl biobank: you will work on patient specimens and organoid cell lines to increase the amount of data collected, thus improving our understanding of cancer.
2. Contribute to the core experimental procedures at Orakl: by helping our scientists and engineers and contributing to our research work, including 3D cell culture and drug screening experimentations on proprietary protocols.
3. Participate to make the lab run smoothly: you will be involved in the laboratory maintenance and traceability of the lab activities and you will need to anticipate the needs for consumables and reagents.

1. BSc (or equivalent degree such as BTS, DUT, Licence) in cellular biology, biotechnology or any related discipline.
2. Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, 3D cell culture and preferably organoid culture.

Missions principales :

• Assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations de production.
• Assurer le diagnostic des équipements et remédier aux défauts constatés (maintenance curative).
• Effectuer des interventions de maintenance préventives sur les lignes de production automatisées (mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques) suivant un planning défini par votre hiérarchique.

Profil souhaité :

3. Propose des améliorations pour diminuer l’entretien subi et augmenter la fiabilité des installations,
4. Propose les mises à jour des plans de maintenance préventive en fonction du retour d’expérience,
5. Renseigne les supports d’information relatifs aux indicateurs requis par le management.

Assure la coordination avec la fabrication, ses homologues et les prestataires :

1. Maintient un contact régulier avec la fabrication et les prestataires,
2. Participe à l’ordonnancement du service et planifie formellement les travaux de son secteur,
3. Anticipe et prépare les arrêts techniques,
4. Coordonne ses activités avec ses homologues du service,
5. Fait réaliser les chiffrages, pilote et surveille les prestataires.

Qualité / Hygiène / Sécurité / Environnement et sécurité des aliments

1. Applique l’ensemble des règles du domaines HSE et de sécurité des aliments,
2. Anime et contrôle l’application des règles assumées par les équipes des prestataires,
3. Assure la réalisation et l’enregistrement des contrôles et essais périodiques qui lui sont confiés,

Formations initiales et Profil :

Technicien de niveau BTS / IUT de type mécanique ou equivalent et présentant une première expérience en service technique en industrie.
