**Missions :**
Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Responsable Maintenance du site, vos principales missions seront de :
+ Réaliser la maintenance curative des équipements (diagnostic et intervention) ;
+ Réaliser la maintenance améliorative (Proposer des solutions pour optimiser la sécurité et la performance des machines) ;
+ Travailler sur la réalisation de vos objectifs annuels en termes de performance des équipements et personnelle ;
+ Utiliser et actualiser les données techniques de la GMAO ;
+ Apporter un appui technique aux équipes de production ;
+ Réaliser la maintenance préventive du parc machines suivant échéancier établi ;
+ Participer à la gestion des stocks de pièces détachées : approvisionnement et optimisation des coûts.

**Profil recherché :**
De formation Bac technique avec expérience ou BTS Maintenance, vous avez une solide expérience sur un poste opérationnel en maintenance industrielle.
Vous avez des connaissances techniques en automatismes, mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique, électricité industrielle. Vous maitrisez les process, et savez travailler avec une GMAO.
Vous êtes capable de raisonner avec méthode, aimez le travail en équipe et avez une bonne capacité d'adaptation et de communication.
Travail au sein d'une équipe maintenance soudée et compétente et d'une entreprise qui a à cœur de faire progresser et monter en compétences son personnel.

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

Summary:

As part of a dedicated team, the O&M technician will work on a day shift basis and be responsible for safely and successfully operating and monitoring the electrical, mechanical, instrument and process equipment at a brand-new Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located within the site of an internationally recognised customer

The O&M technician will be expected to monitor and control the plant and implement any necessary operational changes. The Operator would also prepare plant for Planned Maintenance tasks as required. The Water Treatment Plant Operator will also be expected to maintain analytical data into a computer-based system to record plant performance.

In addition, the O&M technician is expected to be able to carry out first line preventative maintenance activities on the equipment with the support of a Computerised Maintenance Management System. This can include tasks such as cleaning of process instruments on a regular basis, changing over duty pumps and equipment as necessary and ensuring the process assets are in as good condition as possible.

All necessary training will be provided. Most work will be dayshift Monday – Friday but it is expected that the operator will work outside these hours if required. As part of this role, the applicant will also provide on call plant cover responding to any alarms and attending site, if necessary, out of hours

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work within the client and Company Quality, Health & Safety & Environment (QHSE) systems
• Visible ownership on HSE issues at all levels both in the client organisation and internally.
• Promptly raise any issues which could affect both the client and internally.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer personnel, Company employees and sub-contractor staff.
• Innovate in the workplace to deliver Continuous improvement and exploit opportunities.
• Identity faults, identify solutions & carry out basic repairs.
• Gather all systems information and complete plant logs to understand the function and operation of the WWTP on site.
• Carry out laboratory water analysis and promptly report any deviations to Site Management and Technical Team
• Utilising plant information, identify any changes in system performance and/or potential operational problems and evaluate and make initial recommendations to return plant to its optimum operating condition.
• Development and maintenance of good housekeeping practices
• To work unsupervised with a proactive attitude
• Develop good team working behaviours with the client and other Company staff
• Undergo training as required and identify training needs

• Take on additional responsibilities as the company may reasonably require.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Ability and knowledge to complete basic repairs and maintenance on process equipment

Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.

Summary:

The Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining the mechanical equipment, electrical, instrument and process assets associated with the effluent treatment plant on a client site. The Technician will take on an active role in utilising a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for onsite Maintenance.

The ETP O&M Technician will be expected to monitor the plant and implement any operational changes that are required. The Technician will also prepare plant for Planned & Corrective Maintenance tasks as required. The ETP O&M Technician will also be expected to carry out the required analytical testing & input this data onto a computer-based system to monitor and record plant performance training will be given.

In addition, the ETP O&M Technician will carry out more complex maintenance of equipment, such as cleaning / calibration of process instruments, servicing pumps, replacing valves as necessary and generally ensuring the process assets are maintained in as good condition as possible.

The role also requires that the assets are operated at optimum performance at all times and the Technician will form part of a team framework to assist in this task.

The role requirements are the safe & seamless operation of the ETP in accordance with the regulatory consent and without interruption to the customer’s production activities.

The job will involve working on a standby rota for responding to plant alarms and process monitoring out of normal working hours and weekends.

Full process training will be provided to the Technician, but it is expected that the candidate will already have demonstratable experience in operating and maintaining industrial equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work within the client and NSI HSE systems.
  • Visible ownership on HSE issues at all levels both in the client organisation and within NSI.
  • Procure external supplies / services.
  • Promptly raise any issues which could affect both the client and NSI.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer personnel, NSI colleagues and sub-contractor staff.
  • Proactively managing external relationships with the client, sub-contractors and regulators (if required).
  • Innovate in the workplace to bring improvement and opportunity.
  • Identify faults, evaluate solutions and implement agreed actions.
  • Gather all systems information and complete plant logs to understand the function and operation of the ETP on the site.
  • Utilising plant information, identify any changes in system performance and/or potential operational problems. Make recommendations to return plant to its optimum condition.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices.
  • 5S Standards and maintain.
  • To work unsupervised with a proactive attitude.
  • Develop good team working behaviours with the client and other NSI staff.
  • Undergo training as required.

Required Skills/Qualifications (Essential):

  • NVQ Level 2 (Process Operations) or equivalent. Optionally the candidate can demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience in operating and maintaining process equipment in an Industrial environment.

  • Ability and knowledge to complete repairs and maintain plant.
