As a Medical Marketer for the France market, you will play a key role in shaping and executing healthcare professional strategies for our OTC brands. You’ll collaborate closely with brand, regulatory, and agency teams to translate scientific insights into impactful content and campaigns, supporting both detailing and broader HCP activation. Your work will help ensure our brands are both medically robust and commercially effective across the region.

• HCP branded strategy & content creation :
  • Work collaboratively with the brand team to provide strategic scientific input into brand plans to drive strategic positioning, activation plan and key marketing messages
  • Leverage medical insight and provide proactive vision of competitor data and consumer healthcare landscape to brand team when relevant
  • Scientific Literature vigilance for the Fr products, incl. follow-up of new guidelines on related pathologies.
  • Work closely and proactively with local Regulatory team to find new claims to support brand strategies
  • Translation of HCP and patients’ content into French (detailing, story boards, POSM…)
• Detailing responsibilities :
  • Support brand team in building detailing with strong and relevant studies, data points and insights
  • Train HQ and detailing team on branded assets, regularly and in line with business objectives
• HCP activation :
  • Support brand teams and agency in building strong HCP communication strategic plans (messages, touchpoint, etc.)
  • Attend branded/sponsored conferences and seminar and provide summary to the teams
  • Track and analyse results to provide improvement recommendations

• Mandatory fluency in French & English with strong writing and presentation abilities
• Strong scientific background (preferably in pharmacy) with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic messaging
• Solid understanding of the consumer healthcare/OTC landscape in France
• Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks, including NèreS, ANSM, HAS, DGS, French Minister of Heath codes of practice
• Experience developing HCP communication strategies and content, including detailing aids, storyboards, and patient materials
• Proven ability to collaborate with regulatory teams to align claims with brand positioning and ensure compliance
• Effective project manager, comfortable working cross-functionally with brand, medical, regulatory, and agency teams
• Experience training internal teams on scientific content and branded materials
• Analytical and proactive, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
• Confident working independently and attending scientific events to gather insights and share summaries with key stakeholders

Overview

We are seeking a Medical Physicist primarily located at the Oncology Paris Cancer Center, a community-based center treating an average of 40 patients per day. The center has active PSI and HDR programs, with more than 300 HDR treatments per year. The Paris radiation therapy team includes one Radiation Oncologist, one Chief Medical Physicist, two site Medical Physicists (shared across the region), two Dosimetrists, three Radiation Therapists, and one CT Technologist. The center is part of a network POD with two nearby centers located in Mt Pleasant and Greenville in the North East Texas region. Periodic travel to the other two sites is required based on POD dynamics and staff coverage.

The essential responsibilities beyond daily clinical tasks include:

• Periodic evaluation of all equipment for continued utility, appropriateness, reliable performance, and condition to make recommendations on practical life span, obsolescence, and replacement
• Contribute to the design and implementation of all aspects of the quality management program that includes the use of external beam radiotherapy equipment as well as the review and proposal of changes to procedures followed by radiation therapy staff
• Assist in the management of radiation oncology information systems, including development of usage protocols, maintenance, and data storage
• Radiation safety duties for the practice, including assisting with employee monitoring, reports, and regulatory issues
• Lead or participate in clinical projects to improve department processes or patient treatments

• Eclipse, and Oncentra treatment planning systems
• HDR planning and treatment
• ARIA ROIS and Mosiaq ROIS
• SBRT and SRS procedures

The ideal candidate will have

• CAMPEP Accredited Program in Medical Physics
• Valid Texas Medical Board license
• American Board of Radiology certification or board eligible
• two years of experience as a certified medical physicist
• Working knowledge of SRS, SBRT, and HDR
• Experience with Varian linear accelerators
• Experience with Eclipse Planning system
• Experience with Oncentra Planning system
• Strong organization and oral / written communication skills

We have an exciting opportunity for GMC Specialist Registered Consultant in Medical Oncology to join the group.

We are a partnership of currently 55 Consultants, which, under contract, provides specialist medical services to the Guernsey Health Service with a health care model that is different and separate from the NHS. As well as providing contract care the MSG consultants also provide private care which is remunerated separately, but is carried out in both MSG and PEH facilities as there are no other private facilities on island. MSG administration and secretarial staff also support a consultant private practice. Tertiary care services are supplied by hospitals on the UK Mainland, mainly Southampton University Hospital, usually through contracted services.

We are looking to appoint a consultant medical oncologist to join a team of three medical oncologists providing expert cancer care, based within the Bulstrode Oncology Unit at the PEH in the Bailiwick of Guernsey (65,000 people approx.). This is a replacement full-time substantive post. Desirable site-specific interests for the post include urological and gynaecological cancers but other interests would be considered. The consultants are supported by an excellent team of specialist nursing staff.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates clinical excellency, is a good communicator and shares the values we place on long term partnerships.
