Meridiam is seeking to recruit a Junior KYC Analyst to join and support the Security & Compliance team based in Paris. The selected candidate will contribute to running the global KYC process in accordance with Meridiam's obligations as a regulated company.

They will work under the guidance and supervision of the Security Director, in coordination with the compliance team, on the following tasks:

  1. Use of KYC compliance, reputation, and ESG databases
  2. Control of legal documentation regarding Meridiam partners and counterparts
  3. Integrity and reputation investigation on structure charts and ultimate beneficiaries
  4. Support the compliance and audit team in ISO 9001 and ISO 37001 processes
  5. Liaise with development teams to support compliance efforts
  6. Report to the Security Director

Requirements:

  • A legal education in contract law and/or compliance
  • A strong interest in information research within compliance, integrity, and reputation fields
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Willingness to undergo training in internal procedures and commit to a long-term position
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Personal interest in KYC and integrity topics
  • Fluent in English

Position Overview
The Junior Business Analyst will be a key contributor within the Business Analysis team, supporting client project delivery, product enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration between Support, QA, and Engineering.   • Act as a key liaison for EMEA-based clients , helping clarify needs and ensuring follow-through with the Toronto-based project team .

  • Support investigation of production issues and help with incident summaries and client communication.

  • Prepare clear documentation, including workflows, release notes, and internal reporting.

  • Collaborate with the Support team occasionally on weekend shifts when additional coverage is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2 or more years of experience in a Business Analyst, Support Analyst, or related role (internships included).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and follow through on responsibilities.

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional, international teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA , Confluence , and basic SQL .

Who you are:

You will integrate the consolidation department within the group's financial department. Reporting to the consolidation manager, you will be in charge of the group's consolidation operations, you will participate in the group's closing process (monthly reporting and publication of half-yearly and annual accounts) and you will be involved in the IFRS analyzes of the group's operations.

You will be in direct contact with the various financial managers of subsidiaries around the world, other functions of the group's financial management as well as operational staff.

What you’ll do:

As a Junior Consolidator at Eutelsat Group, you will play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the subsidiaries in their preparation of financial reporting packages.
  • Manage the daily tasks of consolidation operation and organizes monthly reporting within OneStream (reporting schedule, quality reviews, monthly analyzes of entities).
  • Produce half-yearly and yearly group consolidation accounts.
  • Have contacts with external auditors for half-year and annual work.
  • Produce monthly reports such as cash reporting and cash forecast and budgets in coordination with controlling, treasury and accounting.
  • Contribute to process improvement and transversal projects.

What you'll need:

  • Fluent English (both oral and written) is essential.
  • ESC / DSCG (Bac +5) with 1 to 2 years of experience in an audit firm or in a corporate consolidation department.

The role of a Junior Marketing Analyst at Canonical

Canonical has provided developers with open source since 2004, helping them build innovations such as public cloud, machine learning, robotics or blockchain. We're on the look out for a marketing data analyst to join our team and execute on our growth hacking strategy.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, technology marketing and the use of technology in marketing. You will prefer to work in an environment that has emphasis on ownership of campaigns, collaboration, learning, curiosity and a drive to continually improve oneself / the team / the organisation. You will also love to problem solve, get hands-on, experiment, measure and use automation to make daily life easier.

The Marketing team at Canonical drives commercial outcomes for the company across its portfolio of products and grows the addressable market through digital marketing campaigns, lifecycle management, events, partnerships and community development. If these things are important to you and you're motivated by driving growth, delighting customers and filling the sales funnel, we want to talk with you.

This role sits in the Marketing team reporting to the Growth Engineering Manager.

Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.

What your day will look like

  • Utilise advanced data analytics to grow Canonical's product adoption and market penetration
  • Focus on quantitative and qualitative data analytics to find insights and meaningful business outcomes
  • Design and conduct experiments with data, visualisation and insights into Canonical's target audiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholder teams (Product Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, RevOps, etc) to improve the data and tool ecosystem
  • Put in place and maintain systems to ensure teams across the company have self-service access to data dashboards

What we are looking for in you?

  • Background in data science, mathematics, actuarial science, or engineering
  • Knowledge in advanced statistics, data sciences, coding/scripting languages (Python, JS, etc), and databases (SQL, etc)
  • Strength in data analytics and visualisation (Looker Studio, Tableau, Apache Superset, etc)
  • Ability to translate business questions to key research objectives
  • Ability to identify the best methodology to execute research, synthesise and analyse findings
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Willingness to examine the status quo and resilient in the face of challenges

Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills.
