Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) d'Education, à temps partiel ou à temps complet pour compléter son équipe à la rentrée 2025 (fin aout) et qui partage notre engagement envers l'éducation et le bien-être des élèves
Sous l’autorité de la Responsable Vie Scolaire, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
• Assurer le contrôle des accès à l’établissement,
• Assurer la surveillance générale à l’intérieur et aux abords de l’établissement,
• Assurer par sa présence la sécurité des flux des élèves à l’intérieur de l’établissement (restauration, couloirs, salle de classe, cours…),
• Veiller à l’application des règles de sécurité et du règlement intérieur de l’établissement et l’appliquer soi-même,
• Surveiller et prendre en charge un groupe d'élèves à l’intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'établissement (permanence, Devoir Sur Table, cours, self, trajet…),
• Gérer les situations conflictuelles,
• Traiter les tâches administratives courantes liées à la vie éducative (Charlemagne),
• Participer aux évènements de la vie scolaire et à leur organisation,
• Rendre compte de son activité à la responsable de la vie scolaire.
Ces activités sont à réaliser dans un état d’esprit respectueux du caractère propre et du projet éducatif de l'établissement

Under the overall authority of the Assistant Director General for Education and the Director of the Division for Policy and Lifelong Learning Systems, the overall guidance of the Chief of Section for Teacher Development, and the direct supervision of the Senior Project officer in charge of the coordination of the Teacher Task Force Secretariat, the incumbent is responsible for managing, implementing and monitoring progress of the Main Line of Action (MLA) 1 of the International Task Force on Teachers for Education 2030’s Strategic Plan. MLA 1 is focused on Knowledge production and dissemination and its flagship activity is the design, development and production of the Global Report on Teachers.
The incumbent will maintain regular contacts with the Education Sector Divisions, Regional Bureaus, Field Offices, ED Institutes/Centres, other external partners, academic institutions, TTF Members, in particular members of the Editorial Board, maintaining liaison, exchanging information, undertaking joint activities, and promoting cooperation.
Essential Duties- Managing the design and production and be responsible for the technical content of the Global Report on Teachers.
- Contribute to the development of the report, including its analytical framework.
- Develop the draft from an existing outline and expand on the focus areas of the report.
- Identify research gaps, lead the commissioning of background papers and review and provide comments to background papers.
- Select the most appropriate data sources and carry out relevant data analysis when necessary.
- Build and maintain partnerships with multilateral partners (notably UIS, UNICEF, GPE, and the World Bank) and academic institutions, notably in the Global South to ensure alignment with major teacher trends and initiatives.
- Draft major chapters of the report and support its editing process, ensuring its quality.
- Support events, outreach, stakeholder engagement and peer learning mechanisms, with a focus on the use of its data and evidence to support policy and institutional reforms.
- Draft related report products such as the report summary and thematic pull-out products and contribute to the crafting of key messages.
- Plan, strategize and conceptualize dissemination of the report in its original version and in other translation languages.
- Oversee implementation of other Knowledge products of the TTF’s workplan falling under MLA 1.
- Contribute to the design, production and dissemination of the Teacher Policy Development Guide modules.
- Report regularly on achievements, challenges and lessons learnt of the TTF’s strategic Plan MLA 1.
- Ensure alignment of Main Line of Action 1 (Knowledge Production and dissemination) with other actions of the TTF workplan, by regularly exchanging and strategizing with the TTF Secretariat Head, the TTF Secretariat Coordinator and other TTF Main Line of Action leads (Advocacy & Regional and National policy Learning).

Overview of the functions of the postAs the only specialized organization with a mandate to support educational policy, planning and management, UNESCO's International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP) plays a unique role within the United Nations system. IIEP was established in 1963 as an integral part of UNESCO. It supports ministries of education and their partners around the world in planning and managing education systems through four types of capacity development programmes: training, technical assistance, research and development, and knowledge sharing. IIEP has offices in Paris, Dakar and Buenos Aires. To achieve its goals and objectives, IIEP relies on voluntary contributions from major donors and project funding.
Under the overall authority of the IIEP Director, and under the direct supervision of the Lead of the Education Finance Senior Programme Specialist, the Education Project Officer will be responsible for the implementation of a variety of funded projects and activities that support the capacity of Ministries of Education and other partners to better plan and manage education sectors.
All IIEP’s technical experts provide direct technical support to governments and partners on planning and management, while also contributing to research and analytical work, training programmes and knowledge sharing activities. More specifically, the incumbent will support IIEP activities related to costing, financing and Public Financial Management (PFM) for education, which includes, but is not limited to, i) conducting education cost and funding analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, public expenditure reviews (PER), national education accounts (NEA), and ii) financial costing and programming activities such as simulation models, sectoral medium term expenditure framework (MTEF), costed action or operational plans, sectoral budget programming, PFM diagnostics and support to budget implementation and monitoring.
The candidate should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
1. Analyses of education cost and financing and experience with costing/modeling and programming: Expertise in the utilization of education cost and finance diagnostic tools such as cost-effectiveness analysis, public expenditure reviews (PER), national education accounts (NEA) including quantitative data analysis of costs and financing of education from various sources (public, households, private entities, external donors, and grants). Expertise in using long-term oriented macro-financial simulation models, and mid-term costing and budget programming tools including the costing of operational plans, preparation of medium-term expenditure frameworks, results-based budgeting, programme-based budgeting.
2. Public Financial Management (PFM) in the Education Sector and Capacity Building of Ministries of Education for the Implementation of Integrated Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation Tools and Processes in the Context of Results-Based Budgeting: Expertise in technical support and advice to Ministries of Education on key PFM reforms aimed at improving the volume, equity and efficiency of public spending and to enhance overall sectoral financial governance. Expertise in public finance and/or public financial management, including the use of financial governance diagnostic tools such as Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA), Public Expenditure Reviews (PER), Public Expenditure Monitoring Surveys (PETS), etc. Expertise in policy advice and support to managers and ministries on public financial management issues relevant to the education sector.
The incumbents will support the implementation of a portfolio of technical cooperation, research and development and training activities related to education financing, costing and budgeting. In particular, the incumbents will be responsible for:
- Support the implementation of a portfolio of projects in educational planning and management, and/or the implementation of reforms in the educational sector with a strong focus on education financing and budgeting.
- Contribute to the identification of strategic priorities and provide technical inputs on IIEP’s core technical offer to countries in support of their planning and implementation management capacities.
- Support regular consultation across IIEP’s Offices and with IIEP partners (Member States, Donors, external institutes, etc.) about IIEP’s country facing research and development, capacity development and technical cooperation activities, by adopting a problem-driven and collaborative approaches to improving IIEP’s line of activities in education finance.

Professional experience

We're looking for an intern to join our Global Education Team based in Paris. As part of the team, this person will support the daily work of the Makeup Global Senior Education Project Manager.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Your main focus:
+ Design Makeup training tools for each launch.
+ Create mobile learnings for the Beauty Advisor mobile application.
+ Ensure deadlines, delivery and implementation of the assets, and constant optimization of work tools, processes, and communication.
+ Help to plan and organize Train the Trainers sessions (onboarding workshops, international seminars, virtual trainings).
+ Work in synergy with other Global Makeup 360 teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Digital and Trade Marketing).

Overview
Gemini Adoption Sales Representative for Higher Education, you will contribute in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy to drive the adoption of Gemini. You will manage a defined portfolio of universities and colleges within the territory, acting as their primary-point of-contact and trusted advisor. You will build ecosystem partnerships in the sector that will aid the Gemini expansion.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the GTM strategy for Gemini in Higher Education in a specific market. Own the key results for adoption within the assigned accounts, focusing on programs, including delivering training to support Gemini adoption across users.
- Identify and engage directly with key stakeholders at the academic institutions in the territory. Act as a trusted advisor, helping faculty and departments build and execute road maps for integrating AI into their teaching and research.
- Identify sector stakeholders that could be enablers to Gemini adoption in the Higher Education sector. Be a thought leader across the sector.
- Synthesize and relay feedback from customers to help influence the future road map for Gemini in Education. Manage records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with teams across Google to ensure you have an aligned One-Google strategy to support universities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in education technology, or selling enterprise software, account management, or a related field.
- Experience presenting to and building relationships with various stakeholders at academic institutions or enterprises.
- Ability to communicate in French and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other transformative technologies along with supporting technology adoption and change-management initiatives with customers.
- Experience in executing go-to-market strategies and meeting or exceeding goals.
- Experience in building thought leadership programs in the education space.
- Understanding of the Higher Education sector, including its unique challenges and decision-making processes.
- Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

France Nature Environnement regroupe plus de 6200 associations et 1 million de bénévoles, partout en France, dans l’hexagone et en outre‑mer. La fédération conjugue depuis plus de 50 ans des actions de terrain, une expertise reconnue et de nombreux combats juridiques pour l’environnement.
Dans le cadre d’un remplacement pour arrêt maladie, nous recherchons un·e Directeur·trice du Lien fédéral, Vie associative et Education.
Les enjeux du posteEn lien avec le Bureau de l’association et la Directrice générale, la direction Lien fédéral, Vie associative et Education (LFVAE) définit et déploie la stratégie de développement du réseau et des territoires de la fédération et travaille pour :
- Assurer, l’animation du lien fédéral et la gestion au quotidien des relations avec les associations adhérentes et affiliées
- Contribuer au renforcement des relations fédérales en développant une dynamique de communication et mobilisation interne au mouvement FNE
- Faciliter le traitement des demandes des associations territoriales, nationales et correspondantes portant sur des sujets de vie associative, de professionnalisation et de financement associatif
- Contribuer à l’émergence de projets fédéraux transversaux (notamment les programmes pluri-annuels) en lien avec les différents Pôles et services et en adéquation avec le plan stratégique de la fédération
Membre de l’équipe de direction (composé de 7 personnes), le·la Directeur·trice LFVAE est placé·e sous l’autorité hiérarchique de la Directrice générale. Il·elle travaille étroitement avec les membres du Bureau de l’association. Il·elle encadre une équipe de 4 personnes.
Vos missions et responsabilités- Définir et déployer la stratégie de développement du réseau fédéral et des territoires en lien avec le plan stratégique de la fédération
- Piloter l’organisation des évènements statutaires et fédéraux
- Piloter l’amélioration de l’offre de FNE auprès de ses membres
- Développer et animer des dispositifs de capitalisation des expériences et pratiques sur des sujets de la vie associative, de professionnalisation et de financement associatif
- Appuyer les instances en charge des relations / de la médiation entre les membres du mouvement FNE
- Elaborer et gérer le budget annuel de la direction LFVAE, et assurer les relations avec les financeurs externes
De formation supérieure bac +5, en management des organisations, école de commerce, marketing ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
- Une expérience effective et significative dans le secteur associatif d’au moins 5 années, sur des missions d’animation et de coordination, est indispensable et idéalement au sein d’une association tête de réseau
- Maitriser le travail en équipe et en réseau et le travail avec des bénévoles dirigeants ; bonne maitrise des jeux d’acteurs (en interne comme en externe) et des techniques d’animation
- Maîtriser les compétences managériales (directe et fonctionnelle) et de la gestion / suivi de projets
- Une connaissance des enjeux de professionnalisation des associations en général
- Bonne connaissance du cadre réglementaire du fonctionnement d’une association
- Une forte sensibilité aux enjeux de protection de la nature et de l’environnement
- Bonne maîtrise des outils numériques (Office 365, …)
- Anglais professionnel requis.
Aptitudes :
- Aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle (goût pour l’échange, savoir expliquer et convaincre), esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Sens de la diplomatie et du relationnel, capacité à négocier et à gérer la contradiction et les dossiers complexes
- Très bonne connaissance du fonctionnement du secteur associatif et du travail bénévole et salarié dans ce secteur, des connaissances dans le domaine environnemental est un plus mais n’est pas obligatoire
- Maitriser la capacité à établir ou maintenir le dialogue permanent avec les représentant.es des membres, l’équipe salariée, à avoir des interlocuteurs-trices multiples, avec des niveaux de responsabilités très diverses
- Être force de proposition, initier des projets de collaboration, dynamiser les relations dans leur ensemble, préparer et animer des réunions
- Être réactif-ive et capable de mener de front plusieurs dossiers
