Fondées par le neuropsychologue Hervé Glasel en 2010, les écoles CERENE sont dédiées aux enfants ayant des troubles des apprentissages tels que dyslexie, dyspraxie, dysorthographie, dyscalculie, dysphasie, les troubles de l’attention et les troubles exécutifs.
Les équipes expertes des écoles CERENE proposent un rythme et une pédagogie spécifiquement conçus pour s’adapter aux enfants présentant ces troubles.
Sur quatre sites parisiens, un marseillais et un lyonnais, nos établissements accueillent aujourd’hui dans la bienveillance 380 élèves, du CE à la 3ème, répartis en classes de 12 élèves en primaire et 15 au collège, dont l’objectif est la prise en mains d’outils de contournement, un retour à la confiance en soi et à l’autonomie, pour une réintégration en dispositif classique, à l’aide d’un encadrement pluridisciplinaire (enseignants et paramédicaux).
Le CERENE recherche un assistant d’éducation pour son établissemebt à Rueil Malmaisonpour un CDI . Vous assisterez le Cadre de Vie Scolaire et aurez pour missions principales :

• Surveiller et encadrer les élèves durant le temps scolaire, en dehors des périodes de classe/cours : inter-classes, récréations, cantine, études, sorties scolaires, entrées et sorties de l’école, surveillance de devoir, …
• Assurer la sécurité des élèves sous sa responsabilité et veiller au respect des droits et de la personne de chaque élève, en dehors des temps de classe,
• Surveiller le bon fonctionnement des équipements scolaires et péri-scolaires afin de garantir la sécurité et le confort des élèves et de l’équipe éducative,
• Assurer les missions de contrôle d’assiduité et de maintien de la discipline,
• Respecter et faire respecter le règlement intérieur,
• Réaliser à la demande du CVS des tâches administratives

We're looking for an intern to join our Global Education Team based in Paris. As part of the team, this person will support the daily work of the Makeup Global Senior Education Project Manager.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Your main focus:
+ Design Makeup training tools for each launch.
+ Create mobile learnings for the Beauty Advisor mobile application.
+ Ensure deadlines, delivery and implementation of the assets, and constant optimization of work tools, processes, and communication.
+ Help to plan and organize Train the Trainers sessions (onboarding workshops, international seminars, virtual trainings).

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Drive sales excellence within the Acute Care & Monitoring business by collaborating with global and regional training, sales, and marketing to create and deliver clinical and technical training for the Acute Care & Monitoring business. This training will maintain approximately 80% global standardization with 20% tailored customization for the EMEA Region Lead Market.
+ Ensure effective program design and implementation to address the needs of new hires, current employees, leadership, and support functions across the region.
+ Identify knowledge and skill gaps within the field team and propose targeted training events to enhance team capabilities.
+ Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to execute training programs that facilitate successful product launches and achieve sales objectives.
+ Partner closely with regional Commercial Excellence teams and third-party vendors to support initiatives in non-clinical commercial skills as needed.
+ Actively fostering and maintaining networks across business units and functions collaborating closely with key stakeholders ensuring programs are locally relevant, globally consistent and accessible for users.
+ Actively involved in sales training programs with experience coaching and mentoring new or less experienced sellers, leading to measurable positive outcomes.
+ Demonstrate leadership in driving change, creativity, and innovation in current or past roles.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ Successful 5 years combined experience in two or more of the following functions: medical device sales or marketing, clinical expertise (nursing, etc.), training delivery, or other relevant areas, with a strong track record and demonstration of individual and team results.
+ At least 3 years of field sales experience demonstrating strong commercial acumen and in-depth knowledge of the requirements to succeed commercially and support organization structure, processes, and culture.
+ Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills with demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities.
+ Experience in diverse workplace environments, effectively working with notably different learning, thinking and working styles.
+ Proven track record of navigating and collaborating within a global matrix organization.
+ Proven track record of individual and team achievement with a natural drive for results.
+ Experience with project management/project leadership, excellent planning and organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English is required.

+ Understanding of broader Medtronic business unit portfolios and processes
+ Learning Design and Training Administration experience, an interest and skill in creating learning resources, administering LMS systems and effectively managing records and documentation.
