**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
This role reports into the Skincare Senior Education Project Manager& the Consumer Scientific Communication Director(double report)and the position takes place in the Global Education& Scientific Communicationdepartment.
+ Design branded and transversal training tools with the Senior Education Project Manager for each launch and for global tools
+ Development of skincare mobile learnings for the Beauty Advisor mobile app
+ Development of Selling techniques
+ Update of existing tools
+ Direct and permanent contact with the Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Merchandising and Trade Marketing departments
+ Ensure deadlines, delivery and implementation of the assets, and constant optimization of work tools, processes, and communication.
+ Help to plan and organize Train the Trainers sessions (onboarding workshops, seminars, virtual trainings)
**MEDICAL EVENTS**
+ Participate in the organization of medical/PR/Influencer education events, masterclass, and congress activations.
+ Assist in managing logistics and vendor coordination for each event (venues, catering, materials, travel, guests' hospitality.).
+ Contribute to on-site event support and post-event reporting.
TRENDS & SOCIAL MEDIA MONITORING
+ Conduct regular social media monitoring to identify emerging trends, content ideas, campaigns, and key opinion profiles across the beauty, skincare, and health sectors.
Work very closely with IM/PR and marketing teams to ensure message consistency and excellence in execution.
**YOU ARE A COTY FIT**
+ Master student (gap year or end-of-studies) in a business school or university
+ A previous work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education would be a plus
+ Previous work experience in communication, influence and/or PR for a beauty, lifestyle or luxury brand would be a plus (or in a PR/communication/influence agency).
+ Excellent communicator in English (C1) & French (B2) - both verbal & written
+ Creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility, and flexibility
+ Good communication and presentation skills
+ Strong organizational skills; attention to detail is key.

- Surveiller et encadrer les élèves durant le temps scolaire, en dehors des périodes de classe/cours : inter-classes, récréations, cantine, études, sorties scolaires, entrées et sorties de l’école, surveillance de devoir, …

We're looking for a Regional Sales Training Manager who brings more than just expertise in technical and clinical education - we want a strategic thinking, training visionary who can challenge traditional approaches and design learning experiences that truly resonate with adult learners.
Reporting to Global Acute Care & Monitoring Commercial Training, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of our commercial teams across the EMEA Region Lead Market, providing additional support to Western Europe as needed, delivering world-class training to enable personalised patient care anytime, anywhere.

The work location within the EMEA and Western Europe regions is flexible, but candidates must be prepared to travel up to 50%. Significant time may be spent delivering hands-on training at Medtronic corporate offices and Innovation Centers. International travel will be required.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Drive sales excellence within the Acute Care & Monitoring business by collaborating with global and regional training, sales, and marketing to create and deliver clinical and technical training for the Acute Care & Monitoring business. This training will maintain approximately 80% global standardization with 20% tailored customization for the EMEA Region Lead Market.
+ Ensure effective program design and implementation to address the needs of new hires, current employees, leadership, and support functions across the region.
+ Identify knowledge and skill gaps within the field team and propose targeted training events to enhance team capabilities.
+ Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to execute training programs that facilitate successful product launches and achieve sales objectives.
+ Partner closely with regional Commercial Excellence teams and third-party vendors to support initiatives in non-clinical commercial skills as needed.
+ Actively fostering and maintaining networks across business units and functions collaborating closely with key stakeholders ensuring programs are locally relevant, globally consistent and accessible for users.
+ Actively involved in sales training programs with experience coaching and mentoring new or less experienced sellers, leading to measurable positive outcomes.

**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ Successful 5 years combined experience in two or more of the following functions: medical device sales or marketing, clinical expertise (nursing, etc.), training delivery, or other relevant areas, with a strong track record and demonstration of individual and team results.
+ At least 3 years of field sales experience demonstrating strong commercial acumen and in-depth knowledge of the requirements to succeed commercially and support organization structure, processes, and culture.
+ Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills with demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities.
+ Experience in diverse workplace environments, effectively working with notably different learning, thinking and working styles.
+ Proven track record of navigating and collaborating within a global matrix organization.
+ Proven track record of individual and team achievement with a natural drive for results.
+ Experience with project management/project leadership, excellent planning and organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently.

LE POSTE & CONTEXTE
Ce poste est un remplacement stratégique au sein de notre équipe Revenue dédiée au Marché de l'Éducation. Le périmètre du poste est très complet et mêle stratégie et opérationnel. Vous serez autonome sur l’ensemble du périmètre.
Notre activité Éducation est internationale , avec des marchés prioritaires en France, Allemagne, USA et Europe du Sud . Votre rôle : structurer une activité marketing à fort impact pour accompagner notre croissance (+30 %/an sur ce marché) et asseoir notre position de leader en robotique éducative.
Vous serez responsable de deux volets majeurs :
- L'organisation et la performance de nos événements (salons, portes ouvertes, conférences)
- La production et la diffusion de contenus engageants, utiles et différenciants pour nos cibles
Votre objectif : générer des leads qualifiés, nourrir l’intérêt de notre communauté, et renforcer la visibilité de Niryo sur ses marchés prioritaires.
Vos priorités à 6 mois:
- Être autonome dans la production de contenus et dans l’organisation d’événements
- Générer des Leads qualifiés par les canaux salons et campagnes
- Mettre en place un reporting régulier de la performance (KPIs marketing)
- Monter en compétence sur l’écosystème Éducation & robotique
VOS MISSIONS:
Marketing opérationnel & événementiel
- Organiser notre participation à des salons, conférences, journées portes ouvertes (France, USA, Europe)
- Assurer la logistique, le suivi des leads, et le reporting des événements
- Coordonner les prestataires (design, impression, logistique…)
Production de contenu & animation des canaux
- Piloter les plannings éditoriaux : blog, newsletters, webinaires, campagnes de nurturing
- Créer ou faire produire des contenus à forte valeur pédagogique (articles, interviews, témoignages, vidéos)
- Travailler les séquences outbound en lien avec les équipes sales
- Animer la communauté éducative autour de Niryo
Analyse & optimisation
- Suivre la performance des campagnes (taux d’ouverture, clics, leads générés, conversion)
- Suivre les KPIs digitaux et proposer des recommandations d’amélioration continue
- Contribuer à la stratégie marketing en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de visibilité ou de partenariat
VOTRE EQUIPE:
Vous intégrerez l'équipe Revenue et serez rattaché(e) au Head of Revenue Education.
Vous travaillerez en lien étroit avec l’équipe commerciale, nos partenaires internationaux, et les équipes produit.
VOTRE PROFIL
Les indispensables :
- Vous avez minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions marketing généralistes (opérationnel, contenu, digital ou communication) dans un environnement tech
- Vous avez de très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles en français et en anglais et savez adapter vos contenus (Post, newsletter, articles, landing pages…) en fonction de la cible
- Vous savez organiser un événement de A à Z , avec méthode et rigueur
- Vous savez suivre et analyser les KPIs marketing , : vous mesurez vos actions et raisonnez ROI
- Vous parlez couramment anglais pour vous coordonner avec nos partenaires internationaux et pitcher notre offre Education lors des évènements.
Ce serait un plus:
- Connaissance de l'ecosystème EdTech ou robotique
- Une expérience professionnelle ou académique à l'étranger

Vous cherchez un environnement très structuré, avec des profils seniors pour vous guider au quotidien sur le métier marketing
Vous n’êtes pas mobile pour participer à des salons et événements pro en France et à l’international
Vous avez du mal à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle
Vous ne pouvez pas être basé.e sur sit e ou recherchez plus d’1 jour de télétravail par semaine.

Les étapes du process de recrutement seront:
- 1er échange en visio pour valider les critères indispensables et s’assurer de l’alignement entre ce que nous avons à offrir et vos attentes.
- Un cas pratique avec notre Head of Revenue pour évaluer vos compétences métiers ainsi que les attentes du poste.
- Entretiens sur site Culture fit et découverte de notre environnement de travail avec notre Head of People & notre CEO.
- Echange avec les équipes Revenue (Sales, Customer Success)
- Prise de références
