**About the Role:**
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is accountable for candidate sourcing and engagement activity across CBRE Business Lines. Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Lead and working within a flexible structure alongside Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners to deliver recruitment activity to a successful conclusion
Sourcing candidate for existing vacancies and creating pipelines for future requirements against workforce plans through a combination of networking, research and sourcing on various candidate attraction tools and job boards.
Responsible for providing a high-level candidate experience and customer satisfaction, supporting CBRE diversity equity and inclusion initiatives up to day 1, shortlisting, providing candidate feedback, offer negotiation and contract initiation.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Supporting TA Leads and TA Partners to source direct candidates, provide candidate feedback, offer negotiation support as directed and contract initiation in a way that strengthens and conveys a positive CBRE employer brand
+ Work with TA Leads and Partners to understand job requirements to be able to source suitable candidates from various job boards and databases including Avature
+ Act as the candidate's liaison throughout the hiring process ensuring a positive experience up to day 1
+ Develop excellent relationships across the wider TA team, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process
+ Responsible for supporting TA Partners with vacancies as allocated by TA Leads to satisfactory completion
+ Working in collaboration with other members of the Talent Acquisition and People team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruits against requirements from diverse pools of candidates
+ Build Talent Pipelines, responsible for fulfilling recruitment requirements by building an effective diverse talent pool of potential candidates
+ Work collaboratively across the team to improve talent acquisition by identifying and sharing key talent
+ Vacancy positing on various candidate attraction tools and job boards
+ Provide great customer, candidate and stakeholder satisfaction
+ Ensures corporate and legal requirements are met as part of their role and champions the Talent Resourcing Principles
+ Understand and be compliant with latest legislation including GDPR, Data Protection and CBRE policies
+ Promotes CBRE employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent, actively participating across the TA team ensuring best practice is shared and implemented
+ Act as the point of contact for internal and external talent providing customer, candidate and stakeholder satisfaction
+ Update Avature ATS and other reporting systems to enable weekly and monthly TA activity reports
+ Work with agreed Recruitment Agency PSL and manage 3rd party TA suppliers
+ Support reduced and effective external agency usage across CBRE
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Able to work in a matrix organisation
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
+ Strong stakeholder management skills
+ Recruitment experience is essential, preferably within the Engineering or Facilities and Maintenance industry.

    Votre mission

    En tant que Product Owner – Solutions d’évaluation des talents, vous piloterez des projets clés liés à la qualité et à l’évolution de nos outils d’évaluation, à l’amélioration continue de notre Talent Management System et à l’intégration de l’IA générative dans nos solutions.

    Vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe R&D (psychométriciens, data scientists, UX designers) en étroite coordination avec les pôles IT, communication et commercial, pour assurer la cohérence scientifique, technique et fonctionnelle de nos projets.

    Sous la supervision directe du CEO (également directeur R&D), et en binôme avec notre Manager psychométrie (basée à Londres), vous contribuerez au pilotage des projets digitaux.

    Vos responsabilités

    Management et coordination R&D

    • Coanimer l’équipe R&D (Paris, Londres, Bangalore).
    • Organiser les sprints, planifier les projets et structurer les priorités.
    • Produire les comptes rendus et suivre les justificatifs en lien avec le département finances (CIR).
    • Accompagner la montée en compétence de l’équipe, notamment sur l’usage de l’IA générative et des outils digitaux.

    Recettage et évolution de la plateforme

    • Rédiger et valider les cahiers des charges fonctionnels et techniques, notamment pour la refonte des modules existants.
    • Coordonner l’axe R&D du recettage avec l’équipe dédiée.
    • Suivre la mise en œuvre des évolutions avec l’IT, le design et les autres départements concernés.

    Co-supervision scientifique et qualité des données

    • Assurer, avec les psychométriciens, la cohérence et la qualité des tests et modèles prédictifs.
    • Superviser la collecte de données via notre Testing Center et des plateformes externes.
    • Documenter les méthodes d’analyse et les processus de contrôle qualité.

    Projets IA générative

    • Contribuer au développement de modules intégrant l’IA générative.

    Descriptif du poste

    En binôme avec les équipes Herstory (édito et brand content), tu seras en charge des missions suivantes :

    Réfléchir sur les activations talents et concepts créatifs ;

    Identifier, contacter et briefer les talents affinitaires aux projets (créateurs de contenu, journalistes, experts, artistes…) ;

    Gérer le suivi opérationnel des campagnes : planning, échanges, validations, relances, contrats ;

    Profil recherché

    The role

    As an Energy Sourcing Specialist , you will be instrumental in spearheading our energy procurement efforts in France. This encompasses the full lifecycle of energy supply, from strategizing and negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and energy supply contracts to managing e-credits (TIRUERT) and Guarantees of Origin .

    In concrete terms, this means you will:

    • Drive market intelligence : Continuously analyze and stay abreast of local market developments, regulations, grid fees, and energy taxes and report on this regularly.

    • Implement and optimize our energy procurement and risk hedging strategy.

    • Identify and cultivate opportunities for long-term offtake agreements (PPAs) with wind and solar parks.

    • Negotiate and finalize PPAs, with expert support from our central Energy Sourcing team.

    • Manage new and renewed energy supply agreements.

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with energy suppliers, actively monitoring their performance.

    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and construction to understand their requirements and resolve any issues

    • Resolve any operational issues related to contracts, invoices, or metering.

    • Develop and execute the sales strategy for e-credits (TIRUERT) in the French market, managing all associated operational aspects.

    • Procure and manage Guarantees of Origin.

    While your primary scope will be France (one of our main markets), you will also provide vital support in Spain and/or Italy (our newest markets), contributing to our international expansion.

    Who we are looking for
