Au sein de notre siège social situé à Versailles et en étroite collaboration avec l'Assistante de Direction/Responsable des Services Généraux, vous prenez en charge les missions suivantes :
**Gestion de l'Accueil**
+ Assurer l'accueil téléphonique et le transfert des appels ;
+ Assurer la coordination du courrier, dans la réception et l'envoi au quotidien, dans les adressages ciblés ponctuels (mise sous pli) et dans la diffusion Réseau ;
+ Gérer le stock des fournitures de bureau (consolidation des besoins des salariés puis envoi à l'Attaché(e) de Direction Responsable des Services généraux), gestion des consommables des espaces reprographie, réapprovisionnement de l'Espace Accueil en boissons et autres consommables ;
+ Assure l'accueil des invités/visiteurs et des salariés itinérants ;
+ Est le garant de la procédure d'accueil des visiteurs externes (registre d'accueil et remise de badges) ;
+ Veille à l'état de propreté de l'Espace Accueil et du Showroom en collaboration avec les Services généraux
**Services Généraux**
**Gérer le prestataire externe du parc automobile**
+ Suivre le reporting des commandes et les restitutions, les assurances et les sinistres, les cartes gasoil, les contraventions et l'entretien des véhicules avec le prestataire externe
+ Coordination des contrats de location auto et des reporting kilométriques
+ Garant de l'application de la « car policy » et de la charte automobile
+ Suivi des budgets des prestataires et proposer des optimisations de la flotte actuelle en développant une politique environnementale
+ Gérer la mise en place et le suivi d'outils, de tableaux de bord et statistiques trimestrielles nécessaires à la Direction
+ S'assurer de la communication et du suivi des Avantages en Nature (AVN) auprès du service RH
**Suivi des commerciaux sur le terrain**
+ Contraventions : Scan, enregistrement, envoi e-mails et relances, demande permis, dénonciation Antai, demande des justificatifs de paiement et classement
+ Gestion des Commerciaux : Questions diverses (commandes, sinistres, carrosserie, changement pare-brise, contraventions, conduite accompagnée, avenants contrats, demande des dates de livraisons, demandes des modalités de restitutions livraisons, demandes d'attestation auprès des compagnies d'assurance, demande de carte GR et code ou télépéage)
+ Gestion des livraisons des véhicules :
+ Livraison à Versailles : état des lieux avec le convoyeur, remise du PV de livraison, remise véhicule collaborateurs avec nouvel état des lieux, remise documents administratifs
+ Livraison en concession ou à domicile : transfert e-mail du loueur, mail de communication modalités de restitution/livraisons, envoi des documents par courrier, retour documents de l'ancien véhicule au loueur
**Gestion on et offboarding :**
+ Onboarding :
+ Gestion de toute la logistique (réservation trains, hôtels, taxis, .) lors des sessions de formations pour les nouveaux embauchés
+ Oriente les nouveaux embauchés sur les bons services en fonction des besoins et des questions (création de compte Concur, carte Citi, compte Egencia, .)
+ Offboarding :
+ Gestion des restitutions des véhicules en collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes pour remise du matériel pro et IT - états des lieux avec le convoyeur - renvoi des docs en LRAR
+ Gestion des convoyages : appel pour confirmer la disponibilité de l'ex collaborateur et du convoyeur
**Veiller à la maintenance technique des installations du siège**
+ Organiser la maintenance du siège (climatisation, électricité, plomberie, peinture, cloisons.)
+ Organiser et suivre la propreté et l'entretien des locaux
+ Participer aux réunions avec le propriétaire de l'immeuble
+ Suivre les contrats normes et contrôles techniques ainsi que les mesures de sécurité et de protections des biens et des personnes
+ Suivi des budgets des prestataires
+ Création et suivi des badges des salariés
**Aménager les locaux/bureaux**
+ Assurer les aménagements de bureaux
+ Proposer des améliorations d'aménagement
+ Superviser les travaux d'aménagements en coordination avec les parties prenantes
**Gérer les prestataires externes**
+ RIE : Pointage mensuel des tickets RIE, envoi des menus hebdomadaires, transmission des invités de la semaine et nouveaux arrivants, restitutions des crédits badges pour les collaborateurs en offboarding, pointage mensuel des factures RIE

+ Suivi des budgets des prestataires
+ Proposer des améliorations et des optimisations de coûts chaque année dans le plan prévisionnel et stratégique
**Assistanat de services**
+ Organiser des réunions, formations internes (réservation salles, repas, hôtel, taxis, etc.)
+ Organisation des animations/évènements internes à destination des collaborateurs
+ Soutien ponctuel des équipes en fonction des urgences

+ On the later stages of development, proactively reaching out to clients to deliver demos and train them on our various offerings. The AWS Security Assurance Services team works with our largest enterprise customers to operationalize the shared responsibility model as they migrate to the cloud. Are you a Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance leader who can build a team that addresses the challenges of migrating systems and workloads to the cloud? Are you skilled at helping executives address their enterprise risk management requirements using highly scalable computing architectures?
The AWS Security Assurance Service team, within GSS, is seeking a talented Practice Manager to help the expansion of the Security Assurance practice and educate our customers on how our product-led, people-powered services help operate their business securely on AWS while also demonstrating assurance that compliance objectives can be achieved. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute at the intersection of cloud, cyber security, and compliance. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple lines of business and learn from (and contribute to) a variety of security and compliance use cases.
This is a customer facing role where success is measured by developing a high performing team of consultants who help enable our customers in moving their workloads and regulated data into the cloud by addressing specific risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements. You will be expected to also support our Business Development team,
positioning the value and applicability of your team into customer projects and long-term relationships.
We are looking for an innovative security and compliance leader who enjoys establishing team and project strategy and then drives consensus across the team to achieve a vision.
Key job responsibilities
Expertise - Builds technical teams that deliver on innovative governance, risk, compliance and security objectives
Solutions - Builds a technical team that can define security, compliance and risk management approaches to customers that help the customer understand how to move sensitive workloads onto the cloud faster.
Delivery - Engagements will require working to resolve security assurance questions and to understand how to manage risk and achieve security and compliance objectives while operating in the AWS Cloud through deep dive discussions, strategic presentations/recommendations, and hands on demonstrations of automating compliance in the AWS environment.
Insights - Lead efforts with AWS engineering, support, and business teams to convey partner and customer feedback as input to AWS technology roadmaps.
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
Relationships - Build long-lasting customer relationships with strategic stakeholders, supporting the Business Development and Customer Success efforts of AWS Security Assurance Services.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in an internal or external IT security audit or compliance assessment role.
- Candidate must possess at least one of the following security certifications CISSP, CISM, PCI-QSA certifications, or Certified ISO27001 Lead Implementer
- 8+ years of experience assessing/auditing customers on meeting PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP, GDPR, FISMA or NIST/DoD standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Security, Business or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building common compliance framework controls as well as mapping between different compliance requirements
- Experience automating assessments in enterprise or cloud environments
- Experience assessing security controls for enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated breadth of security expertise in various sub domains such as encryption, identity, incident response, etc.
- - Hands-on technical expertise in technology automation, implementation, integration, and/or deployment
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and risk reporting for executive leadership
- Proven background in clearly writing complex technical documents that can be presented across a varied enterprise corporate audience

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in leading teams within IT security, compliance and risk management, data privacy, or security controls.
- 3+ years' experience advising customers on architectures meeting NIST-based industry standards such as NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, and CMMC.
- 3+ years' experience with enterprise risk management methods
- 3+ years' experience assessing the security posture and producing evidence of control effectiveness in cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, Information Security or equivalent experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in performing security assessments and information system audits of network, operating systems, application security, as well as auditing IT processes.
- Experience with Agile, CI/CD, DevOps approach and how they impact risk management and compliance.
- Audit certification such as Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)CMMC certification such as CMMC CCP
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Use of attack and threat modeling techniques to inform enterprise risk
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, Information Security or equivalent experience.
