**Your day at NTT DATA**
As a Services Architect at NTT DATA, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Managed Services solutions that span multiple technology domains. Your day will involve collaborating with clients, as well as our sales and delivery teams, to co-create value-driven designs, ensuring they are competitive, innovative, secure, and viable over multi-year periods. Your expertise in both solution design and sales will be key in closing opportunities with decision-makers.
You'll design complex managed service solutions to meet client needs, integrating technology and service design across various domains. Your Responsibilities will include conducting sales presentations, and product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure supportable service designs. You will validate new design features and delivery models or recommend improvements to existing services.
Your role involves developing service design deliverables, obtaining sign-off from technical, service, and costing stakeholders, and providing solutions that are commercially competitive while mitigating risk. You will map client requirements to our service elements and coordinate the development of end-to-end solutions covering cloud services, technology architectures, SIAM, SLA, and ITSM practices.
By executing a consulting approach, you'll create consolidated statements of requirements, transition documents, and costings based on client needs, bridging the gap between current and desired states. You will assist sales teams in presenting architecture solutions focused on cost savings and uncovering growth opportunities. You'll also share client outcomes and market conditions with global stakeholders to evolve and innovate our service strategies.
Part of your role will also involve engaging with vendor management, ensuring a smooth transition to service delivery teams, and assisting with commercial model discussions. Your analytical skills will help discover and analyze DATA inputs, ensuring all service costs are accurately populated to reflect the delivery of the service over the contract term.
**To thrive in this role, you need to have:**
+ Deep knowledge of Managed Services, including cloud, global, and distributed delivery models.
+ Certification in TOGAF advantageous.
+ Strong proficiency in Application and Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services.
+ Experience with costing models in collaboration with sales and finance teams.
+ Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in technology such as devSecOps, Cloud Native Services, and Intelligent Automation.
+ Proven track record of designing managed services solutions for large enterprises.
+ Strong analytical abilities to evaluate and interpret diverse information.
+ Ability to communicate improvements and the value of solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
+ Capability to facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to discover requirements and present solutions.
+ Collaborative team member who contributes to team success within a matrixed organization.
+ Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.

**Your day at NTT DATA**
As a Collaboration Client Partner at NTT DATA, you will be our seasoned subject matter expert and a key player driving quota-bearing sales. Your primary responsibility will involve partnering with service teams to identify, develop, and manage service and outsourcing deals. Acting as the client's trusted advisor, you will use your consulting-led sales skills to engage with decision-makers and close opportunities.
You will work directly with clients at various levels, alongside internal sales expert teams and post-sale delivery teams, to ensure the client's needs are met. Your role includes building deep, long-term relationships with clients to convert them to managed services clients, leading to multi-year renewals. You will champion our solutions, ensuring they align with the client's business outcomes and drive additional sales opportunities.
A significant part of your day will be spent on client engagement activities, understanding their needs, and working with internal teams to ensure those needs are met. Whether you are guiding stakeholders through complex multi-product/multi-vendor solutions or ensuring our delivery teams understand client requirements, your focus on client satisfaction will pave the way for future opportunities.
Leveraging your expertise, you will also drive the drafting and implementation of managed service deals, including commercial modeling and negotiation of contractual terms. Your role extends to supporting the sales process from pipeline management to final closure, ensuring we deliver on time and exceed client expectations.
You will help create and support commercial solutions, design deals that meet both client and organizational needs, and ensure a win/win outcome. By maintaining high service knowledge and industry insights, you will have meaningful conversations with clients and contribute to our internal knowledge base, sharing best practices and client challenges.
**To thrive in this role, you need to have:**
+ Demonstrated experience in selling complex managed services solutions to large enterprise accounts, involving C-suite engagements.
+ Proven track record in structuring large, multi-year profitable contracts.
+ Experience managing the entire sales process, including contracting and understanding legal implications.
+ Deep Knowledge of cloud infrastructure principles, video conferencing platforms, and platform-delivered services.
+ Conversant with a business outcome-led approach to sales and basic cybersecurity principles.
+ Financial acumen to discuss metrics, revenue, and expense control.
+ Strong relationships with clients at all levels, with expertise in networking with senior internal and external stakeholders.
+ Client-centricity with robust problem-solving, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to independently identify and qualify opportunities paired with an entrepreneurial mindset.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or sales field.

**Your day at NTT DATA**
As a Collaboration Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, your day revolves around ensuring our clients' Collaboration and Communication systems function smoothly. You'll proactively monitor work queues, identify and investigate issues, and resolve technical incidents to maintain client satisfaction. Your role includes providing second-level support for incidents and requests of medium complexity, with a keen eye on preventing breaches of our service level agreements (SLAs).
You'll be responsible for capturing all required and relevant information for immediate resolution, communicating with other teams and clients for extended support, and ensuring continuous service by following through on shift handovers. Your ability to plan and execute standard requests and changes with clear identification of risks and mitigation plans will be crucial. You will also support automation initiatives by working with our automation partners to optimize efforts and automate routine tasks.
Coaching and mentoring will become part of your daily routine as you help the L1 teams enhance their technical and behavioural skills. Establishing effective monitoring setups for client infrastructure, auditing and analysing incident/request tickets, and producing trend reports for automation opportunities are key Responsibilities. You'll also lead initial client escalations and ensure all changes are recorded and approved to maintain compliance and client satisfaction.
Your role doesn't stop at issue resolution; you'll also be identifying opportunities to optimize work processes and reduce incidents. Whether it's updating existing knowledge articles, creating new ones, or finding ways to automate routine tasks, you'll actively contribute to enhancing service delivery. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and keep a positive outlook will be key to your success.
**To thrive in this role, you need to have:**
+ A moderate knowledge of voice, video, and other collaboration modalities.
+ A moderate level of knowledge of Collaboration Applications such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex. Or a moderate level of knowledge of Contact Centres like dynamics 365, Genesys Pure Cloud, Nice CX 1, Cisco Webex Contact Centre.
+ A moderate level of knowledge of Cloud Voice or other carrier based PSTN/SIP technologies.
+ Experience in managed services and using ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
+ The ability to communicate and work effectively across different cultures and social groups.
+ An ability to take technical command of complex Incidents, effectively communicating to a range or internal and external stakeholders.
+ Competence in planning activities and projects well in advance and adapting to changing circumstances.
+ The ability to maintain a positive outlook and work well under pressure.
