Au département Professional Services France vous êtes le garant de la réussite des projets de déploiement: mise en œuvre technique, adhésion des équipes de développement et satisfaction client.
Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :
- Comprendre le contexte et les besoins du clientafin de proposer l’accompagnement optimal
- Accompagner la mise en place du plan de gestion du changement (communication, formation, accompagnement.)
- Mettre en œuvre la configuration technique de la plate-forme et l’intégrer dans l’environnement client
- Présenter les résultats des analyses qualité et proposer des plans d'amélioration
- Construire et maintenir dans le temps une relation solide avec les clients
- Soutenir les opérations de vente et anticiper de nouveaux besoins
- Contribuer à l'amélioration des produits en remontant des informations terrain à la R&D
Ce poste vous permettra de valoriser votre expérience en devenant force de proposition auprès de nos clients sur des problématiques techniques mais aussi organisationnelles. Il vous permettra de contribuer à une grande variété de missions et d’intervenir sur des projets de déploiement à dimension internationale.
Compétences et expérience souhaitées:
- 3 à 5 ans dans le développement et la conception logicielle sur une des technologies suivantes : stack JAVA et idéalement Python
- Une solide connaissance pratique des SGBD relationnelles, Oracle ou MSSQL, et leur langage SQL
- Une bonne compréhension des problématiques de développement et de maintenance d’applications
- Capacité à gérer en parallèle différents contextes clients / projets
- Excellente connaissance, écrite et orale, de la langue anglaise pour pouvoir travailler avec l’ensemble de nos filiales (Europe, Us, Inde)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field with 5+ years industry experience building Data & AI/ML business applications
- Strong software development skills in multiple languages, such as Python, Java, SQL, and R, with extensive ETL and data management experience

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive (PAE) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging new and existing customers in transformative programs or projects involving GenAI/Agentic AI, IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. You'll work closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and business growth. As ProServe’s customer facing relationship owner you’ll be primarily focused on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers by building trust, identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, and creating proposals and securing customer signoff of SOW’s. Following project launch, you will stay connected with the customer to ensure we are delivering the agreed customer business outcomes (CBO) as outlined in the SOW.
Your experience in selling consulting services within the technology/consulting sector, will equip you with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers. You will demonstrate proficiency in business development, executing sales methodologies (MEDDPICC) and managing CRM systems coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. PAEs performance will be measured against key metrics including but not limited to Revenue, Billable Bookings, Partner Subcontracting and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.
Key job responsibilities
As an experienced services sales professional, you will be responsible for:
- Leading business development efforts by engaging customers and driving high-value engagements building large program or project
- Collaborating with Amazon Global Sales (AGS) representatives to ensure a coordinated approach for key accounts
- Creating services proposals, securing customer sign-off on Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure successful project delivery
- Monitoring ongoing projects to ensure delivery of agreed CBOs and maximize revenue potential
- Advocating for customers while balancing AWS business objectives

Key job responsibilities
- Strategic Direction And Development
- Define and develop overall strategic direction for AWS customers and internal AWS teams designing, building, optimizing, transforming, or otherwise migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.
- Partner with AWS Account Manager and ProServe Sales on accelerating innovation, account strategy, and technical execution, aligning to increase business value through cloud adoption, covering people, processes, and technology aspects.
- Engage with C-level executives to guide their strategic technology initiatives and support their data transformation journeys.
- Participate in deep architectural discussions to design and architect scalable solutions on AWS to integrate data from multiple supply chain systems including WMS, TMS, ERP, and IoT devices.
- Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customer organizations to enable them to become cloud advocates.
- Design enterprise-scale, globally distributed, highly available solutions using our Compute, Container, Serverless, Storage, Analytics, Database, and Network Services.
- Act as technical focal point within the Energy & Utilities organization for key AWS supply chain services and offerings including AWS Supply Chain, Supply Chain Command Center (SC3), and Warehouse Automation and Optimization (WAO).
- Work hands-on with new Services, including AI/Machine Learning, Serverless/Lambda IoT, Analytics (Map Reduce, ETL), Data Warehouse, BI, and Security Services to build products and solutions with our customers.
- Guide our customers through their transformation journey, collaborating widely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical/architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
