Dans le cadre de son fort développement, l’entreprise recrute un Quality Assurance Specialist I-III.
Rattaché(e) au Directeur de L'Assurance Qualité (AQ), vous aurez la responsabilité de garantir la bonne application des Bonnes Pratiques de Laboratoire (BPL) et des procédures par le biais des audits que vous réaliserez sur les études précliniques et cliniques.

Les missions :- Préparer, participer et effectuer en autonomie des inspections et des audits d’évaluation (processus, installations, équipements, personnel, audit d’études réglementaires et audit de data …)
- Assurer la conformité des activités de recherche à la réglementation internationale (GxP, BPL, ISO9001)
- Participer à la revue des documents de référence étude (plan d’étude, rapport…) s’assurant du bon respect de l’environnement réglementaire applicable (GCLP, BPL…)
- Participer aux audits des sous-traitants, des prestataires et des fournisseurs de produits et services
- Participer à la formation réglementaire du personnel assurance qualité et des opérations
- Participer à la planification et au suivi des audits, inspections et activités de l’AQ
- Participer à la collecte et à la communication d’indicateurs qualité (KPIs)
- Mettre à jour et maintenir les diverses bases de données et outils qualité (système électronique de management de la qualité, gestion électronique documentaire, eQMS …)
- Participer à l’édition et la tenue des supports documentaires relatifs à l’environnement réglementaire et qualité en vigueur
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du système d’Assurance Qualité sous environnement ISO , GCLP, BPC
- Assurer le suivi des déviations avec l’équipe opérationnelle et au suivi des CAPA
- Participer aux réunions de lancement des études, et apporter le support qualité nécessaire au personnel opérationnel
- Participer à la revue de la documentation de validation des systèmes informatisés
- Formation Bac+3 minimum en biologie et/ou expérience dans des laboratoires d’analyses et/ou pharmaceutiques, vous justifiez d’une première expérience dans des laboratoires d’analyses et/ou pharmaceutiques, et d’une bonne connaissance et du travail dans un environnement qualité (ISO /BPL/ GCLP, BPC…)
- Rigoureux(se), soigné(e), autonome et organisé(e), vous aimez le travail en équipe. Motivé(e) et force de proposition vous disposez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles pour vous épanouir au sein d’une entreprise à visage humain
- Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Bonne capacité de communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français
- Compétences, aptitudes et qualités personnelles

WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?
We are seeking a self-motivated and independent Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Lyon. You will work directly with our Design and Tech departments to validate and test all features of the game from inception to execution.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in feature kick-offs, understanding development processes and highlighting potential risks or conflicts.
- Conduct daily testing of the game, including complete builds and individual features.
- Provide tailored feedback on bugs and unexpected results, collaborating with developers or teams to resolve issues.
- Extract key data from external playtests and communicate findings to the team.
- Work closely with the Producer to assess risks and follow the project roadmap.
- Monitor, update, and create bugs in Jira, maintaining a well-prioritized bug list.
- Organize and support team-wide playtests.
- Process large data sets, providing regular updates on the game and bugs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of Quality Assurance experience.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
- Experience with software tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Testrail, or similar.
- Passion for game development.
- Team player with the ability to build trust and respect.
- Understanding that iteration enhances quality.
- Autonomous and responsible work ethic.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement scalable data lake/lakehouse solution on AWS.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar role.

- Advanced knowledge of REST APIs and Websockets.

- AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Glue, Fargate, Lambda, IAM, EMR, Kinesis).
- Working knowledge of DBT for Data Modeling.

The role
Our Workplace Engineering team are a highly performant group which specialises in web architecture and analytics specialists. Building new tools, dashboards and analytics that empower colleagues, managers and executives to make better decisions and deliver better work.
What you will do:
- Design and deliver web-based systems and SAAS
- Provide new insights into the Canonical workplace experience
- Enable new processes and improve existing workflows
- Collaborate proactively with a distributed team
- Write high-quality code to create new features
- Debug issues and produce high-quality code to fix them
- Consistently provide high-quality code reviews to other engineers
- Discuss ideas and collaborate on finding good solutions
- Estimate work, set goals and meet them
- Write project specifications, and epics and understand the risks
- Understand completion criteria and push work to completion
- Coaching, mentoring and providing feedback to more junior members of the team, while always developing yourself
- Connect to many data sources and provide insightful visualisations
- Database design and architecture for connected systems
- Developing new and improved working practices for the company
- Providing tooling to support optimised processes
- Love what you do.
To be successful in this team you must be an expert in two or more of the following:
- Backend web service programming in Python and Node.JS
- Solid understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Data analytics and statistical analysis
- Natural language processing, sentiment analysis, machine learning
- Data visualisation
As a Senior Web Engineer at Canonical, you need an analytical, data-driven mind and a passion to connect and make sense of interesting data from APIs. You need to demonstrate leadership, excellence, and consistency and will mentor others in the team.
