The Role
Manage the education and development of the store-based Managers and Artists through physical and virtual training, whilst also ensuring the Learning Management System is accurately managed and is fulfilling potential. Working with the Field Sales Manager you will ensure there is a clearly defined people plan and strategy for the area for which you are accountable for delivery. You will constantly define and adapt the education approach based on commercial business needs in an agile manner, whilst always ensuring that the brand ethos and purpose is represented to our customers in the right way. Taking direction from the Regional Training Manager, lead the effective and inspirational delivery of all defined training materials across

- Full Curriculum facilitation including induction, social and developmental training
- Operational business management & area education strategy
- All new launch NPD and Skincare Training
The Learning Management System
Monitor KPIs to measure the impact of training delivered, providing feedback to the relevant Field Sales Managers, adapting training based on the feedback from the Field Sales Managers and Education & Pro Manager to ensure the continual improvement of the training provided and learning outcomes.
Working in collaboration with the Field Sales Managers, define a training and development plan for the area to achieve retail expectations, covering
Accelerating high potential/high performance individuals using the development pathway and certification process
- Managing and addressing under-performance o Peakon and engagement feedback
- Login, completion & engagement on the Learning Management System
- Optimising social advocacy with the store
Succession planning for the area and across areas
Deliver the agreed training plan for the area within the defined timeframes and reflecting the changing needs of the business via
Regular, effective, and focused store visits with clear objectives, agreed KPIs, and rigorous follow-up
- High quality virtual and physical training sessions
- Feedback and contribute when necessary to regional retail evolutionary projects, working cross functionally to provide relevant customer insight

What you will be doing:
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment working in the Academy team to handle our ongoing projects. You will be working with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
You will be developing the ability of front-line teams to elevate customer experience in the luxury sector.
This includes:
- Proposing, scoping, designing, leading and managing projects (global and cross-practice projects within CXG)

Key Responsibilities:

1- B2B Client Development
- Lead discovery calls with existing and prospect clients
- Understand the premium & luxury clients retail ecosystem to be able to manage client expectations with agility and assertiveness
- Be innovative in way you approach each project and always look for new training / solutions
- Grow and develop your client relationship to always stay on the top of their mind and increase repeat business
- Collect client feedback throughout the project and organize a Return of Experience end-project meeting
- Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
2- Project Design & Management
- From end to end, design tailored projects that answer clients' needs using various CXG Academy solutions
- Create and pitch advanced proposals to clients on a wide range of CX-related skills development solutions
- Plan the project which includes budgets, legal agreements, purchase orders, detailed roadmaps, weekly meetings communication tools and governance meetings
- Thoroughly manage deliverables, against the brief, budget and timelines
- Regularly assess progress in relation to the plan and implement appropriate adjustments when necessary
- Propose and develop alternative solutions when projects change trajectory
- Partner with our subject matter experts community to direct and review their contribution to each project
3- Content Creation
Design or co-create content on the following topics (the list is non-exhaustive):
- Analysis and recommendations for CX reports
- Bespoke selling ceremonies
- Retail training programs with a blended learning approach (from outlines to learning contents and tools)
- Retail training activity tool kits
- Workshops (change mindset, brainstorming, team engagement)
- Retail standard operational procedures (SOPs)
What you will bring along:
- University Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communication, Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in project management in a B2B agency or a Premium / Luxury brand in the Retail, Hospitality or Automotive environment
- French and excellent English level (oral and written)

Position:
Training and Certification Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop practical and effective training courseware for overseas markets, covering brand, products, sales/delivery processes & skills, and network cultivation. Continuously evaluate and optimize content for relevance and impact.
- Independently deliver the above courses, conduct assessments, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Coordinate with regional teams on product launch schedules; proactively secure and manage internal/external training resources and personnel to ensure timely and high-quality execution of training programs.
- Design and implement training certification mechanisms; manage overseas training records and personnel certifications; be accountable for the results and effectiveness of overseas training programs.
- Promptly address product-related inquiries from overseas markets and proactively build/maintain a pre-sales product Q&A knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training management and classroom training delivery, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for majors in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive industry, market trends, and familiarity with training processes and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and mainstream online learning platforms.
- Proficient in both English and German as working languages; Spanish language skills are considered a plus.; holds a valid working permit and is able to undertake frequent international travel.
- Highly self-motivated with the drive to proactively optimize training systems and resolve cross-regional collaboration challenges.

Vous intervenez dans un contexte de restructuration globale de la Direction Formation, au sein d'une marque au positionnement premium et au storytelling fort, pour contribuer à la diffusion cohérente et engageante de son univers auprès de ses collaborateurs internes.
Votre mission consiste à concevoir et piloter des parcours de formation à fort enjeu stratégique et à valeur ajoutée, à animer une équipe et à assurer le déploiement pédagogique à l'échelle internationale.
Principales missions
Définition & pilotage de la stratégie de formation
- Définir la stratégie globale de formation de l'enseigne en lien avec les enjeux business, l'ADN de la marque et les lancements de produits
- Piloter les plans de formation annuels (siège & international), en incluant les modules permanents, les nouveautés, le storytelling et l'onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Garantir le déploiement des plans et des livrables dans le respect des délais et des budgets
- Superviser et contribuer à la création de parcours en lien avec les temps forts et les typologies de publics cibles
- Définir des indicateurs de performance et analyser l'impact des actions menées (feedbacks, reporting, recommandations) dans une logique d'amélioration continue
Innovation pédagogique et déploiement des projets
- Imaginer des formats d'apprentissage engageants, différenciants et adaptés à chaque typologie de population (retail, siège, ambassadeurs…)
- Garantir la qualité et la cohérence pédagogique, visuelle et éditoriale des contenus diffusés à l'échelle globale
- Assurer la coordination et la montée en expertise les machés internationaux
- Optimiser les dispositifs existants et y participer de façon opérationnelle : parcours onboarding, certifications produits, modules interactifs, storytelling immersif, événements, challenges, etc.
- Participer à des projets globaux (ex : refonte de l'expérience learning, développement de communautés apprenantes, intégration de nouveaux marchés)
- Structurer des parcours de formation progressifs (onboarding > montée en compétences > ambassadeur produit) avec une vision long terme
Management et interface
- Encadrer et accompagner une petite équipe dédiée à la formation
- Structurer l'activité de l'équipe et assurer la bonne répartition des rôles, des objectifs et du suivi des projets
- Animer et former la communauté des formateurs dans les marchés internationaux
- Coordonner les parties prenantes internes (équipes produit, client, marketing, communication, RH, retail) pour garantir la fluidité des projets, la cohérence des messages et la pertinence des livrables
- Assurer l'interface et sélectionner les prestataires (agences, freelances…)
Profil recherché
- Vous justifiez d'au moins 8 années d'expérience dans la formation, idéalement dans le retail ou au sein d'une marque à forte identité, dans un contexte international
- Vous maîtrisez les dispositifs de
blended learning
et avez une solide expérience opérationnelle dans l'animation de parcours de formation, en France comme à l'international - Vous avez une expérience solide de la gestion de projets et du déploiement opérationnel des plans de formation (conception et animation)
- Vous êtes un(e) manager aguerri(e), capable de faire grandir une équipe, structurer une vision et vous faites preuve d'un leadership naturel et engageant
- Vous avez une forte affinité produit, aimez la culture de marque et ses codes, et vous savez les incarner dans des dispositifs de formation attractifs et différenciants
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans un contexte multiculturel, et parlez couramment anglais (l'italien est un plus)

Intégré(e) au service Retail et Education, vous serez responsable de piloter notre stratégie de formation digitale à l’échelle internationale. Votre mission principale sera d’accroître l’impact de l’application Be Guerlain, une plateforme d’apprentissage dédiée aux équipes de vente dans le monde entier, dans une optique d’apprentissage blended.
A ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :
- Gestion de la plateforme digitale :
- Être le principal interlocuteur et garant de la relation avec l’éditeur de la plateforme Lumapps. - Community management de la plateforme digitale, curation et gestion de contenus pédagogiques :
- Animer la plateforme afin de générer de l’engagement auprès des apprenants et inspirer les marchés à travers de bonnes pratiques.
- Contribuer à l’organisation des contenus, créer de nouvelles rubriques, et déployer des programmes ou fonctionnalités spécifiques.
- Donner du sens pédagogique aux contenus des plateformes digitales existantes et futures. - Déploiement et suivi des formations (consolidation du reporting marchés) :
- Superviser le déploiement global des formations (blended learning).
- Garantir les évolutions et améliorations en collaboration avec un consultant externe.
- Refonte et amélioration continue du système de reporting marché. - Accompagnement des équipes :
- Former, engager et accompagner les équipes Education HQ et les Formateurs Internationaux dans la prise en main des outils digitaux.

- Identifier et analyser les méthodes et outils digitaux d’apprentissage innovants ainsi que les prestataires pertinents.
- Assurer leur cohérence avec la stratégie Learning et les besoins des marchés.
- Travailler avec les équipes Education et IT ainsi que les marchés pour le déploiement de ces nouveaux outils. - Participation à une communauté digitale au sein du groupe :
- Collaborer avec les acteurs digitaux des autres Maisons du groupe LVMH pour partager les bonnes pratiques et maintenir une synergie.
Qualifications requises :
- Expertise en Digital Learning, Blended Learning ou formation digitale.
- Capacité à gérer des projets complexes et multiculturels à l’échelle internationale.
- Excellent relationnel pour travailler avec des parties prenantes internes (équipes Education, IT) et externes (prestataires, éditeurs).
- Bonne compréhension des technologies de plateformes d’apprentissage (type Lumapps ou similaires).
- Sens pédagogique et capacité à transformer des besoins business en solutions digitales adaptées.
- Bonne capacité d’analyse et aisance avec les outils de reporting (excel, BI…).
- Gestion de projet.
