As our new Global Google Distribution Lead, you will be responsible for finalizing Google’s onboarding as a global distributor, building the value proposition, and enabling regional teams . The role includes regular business and marketing reviews with Google, supporting events and customer meetings, and driving partner recruitment, country activation, and gross profit growth.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Managing the global relationship with Google Distribution , and working with marketing on execution of marketing plans
  • Becoming the go-to person for Google within Crayon’s Channel teams , leading enablement on Google’s GTM strategy, value proposition, and programs
  • Being the voice of our Google partners , participating in partner events, and supporting our teams in partner meetings
  • Being on top of Google programs for resellers and distributors
  • Providing feedback to improve the overall customer experience at Crayon, such as Cloud-iQ, billing, support, and onboarding
  • 1-3 years of experience working with Google Cloud (GCP and GWS ) at a partner company
  • 3 years of channel experience

As a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Google Cloud Platform, you will be a seasoned technical leader within our Google Cloud consulting practice. Leveraging your deep expertise in the GCP environment, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their cloud adoption journey, ensuring successful implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. This role requires a highly experienced and hands-on technical professional who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. You will be expected to be client-facing and billable for a significant portion of your time, applying your knowledge to solve complex challenges and deliver tangible value. We will be working with some of the most advanced technology companies in Silicon Valley who are pushing the envelope of technology.

Insight on your impact

  • Engagement Scoping and Planning:
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, sales, engineering and project management to understand client needs and define scope and project timelines.
  • Contribute to the development of accurate Level of Effort (LoE) estimates, ensuring alignment with project goals and profitability targets.
  • Identify potential technical risks and propose mitigation strategies during the pre-sales process.
  • Assess client environments and provide recommendations on optimal GCP architectures and service utilization.
  • Technical Leadership and Guidance:
  • Lead technical discussions with clients, articulating complex GCP concepts and solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Define and document target architectures, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps for GCP projects.
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with client business objectives, compliance requirements, and GCP best practices.
  • Facilitate technical workshops to gather requirements, address concerns, and build consensus.
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of GCP-based solutions.

  • Security and Compliance:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Deep and demonstrable hands-on experience architecting, implementing, and managing solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized cloud architectures on GCP.
  • Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, Terraform, Shell scripting).
  • Expertise in DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and their application within GCP.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/GKE).

What you'll be doing

Ad Account Coordination

Request and manage access to client Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads accounts.

Follow up to ensure timely handover of permissions.

Campaign Creation

Perform keyword research and identify opportunities in the client's service areas

Create campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads (especially Google Search campaigns)

Routine Campaign Maintenance

Assist with ongoing maintenance for Google Search campaigns using provided checklists and SOPs

Analyse campaign performance data and provide detailed reporting to clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization

Make simple updates as instructed by your senior manager

Basic Troubleshooting & Support

Communicate with clients via email or CRM chat to address minor issues related to account access or routine questions

Escalate complex questions or calls to the Ads Manager

Team Coordination

Attend a brief daily check-in (1–2 hours overlap) with your senior manager

Update project boards or trackers with task status

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing successful Google Ads (especially Google Search campaigns) and Facebook Ads campaigns

Proficient in campaign setup, audience targeting, bid management, and performance analysis using the relevant advertising platforms

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance

Excellent communication and client-facing skills to effectively present insights and recommendations

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest paid advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Experience in a digital marketing agency or a fast-paced, performance-driven environment is preferred.

You're motivated to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential (non-negotiable)

Comfortable to show up on camera as we have daily Zoom calls

It's a bonus if you have experience with conversion tracking setup with Google Tag Manager
