As our new Global Google Distribution Lead, you will be responsible for finalizing Google’s onboarding as a global distributor, building the value proposition, and enabling regional teams. The role includes regular business and marketing reviews with Google, supporting events and customer meetings, and driving partner recruitment, country activation, and gross profit growth.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing the global relationship with Google Distribution, and working with marketing on execution of marketing plans
• Becoming the go-to person for Google within Crayon’s Channel teams, leading enablement on Google’s GTM strategy, value proposition, and programs
• Being the voice of our Google partners, participating in partner events, and supporting our teams in partner meetings
• Being on top of Google programs for resellers and distributors
• Providing feedback to improve the overall customer experience at Crayon, such as Cloud-iQ, billing, support, and onboarding
• 1-3 years of experience working with Google Cloud (GCP and GWS) at a partner company
• 3 years of channel experience

As a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Google Cloud Platform, you will be a seasoned technical leader within our Google Cloud consulting practice. Leveraging your deep expertise in the GCP environment, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their cloud adoption journey, ensuring successful implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. This role requires a highly experienced and hands-on technical professional who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. Insight on your impact

• Engagement Scoping and Planning:
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, sales, engineering and project management to understand client needs and define scope and project timelines.
• Contribute to the development of accurate Level of Effort (LoE) estimates, ensuring alignment with project goals and profitability targets.
• Identify potential technical risks and propose mitigation strategies during the pre-sales process.
• Assess client environments and provide recommendations on optimal GCP architectures and service utilization.
• Technical Leadership and Guidance:

• Client Relationship Management:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

• Technical Expertise:
• Deep and demonstrable hands-on experience architecting, implementing, and managing solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized cloud architectures on GCP.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, Terraform, Shell scripting).
• Expertise in DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and their application within GCP.

Descriptif du poste :

En tant que Cloud Engineer spécialisé GCP au sein de AGC (Aceo Google Cloud, entité dédiée à Google Cloud), tu seras responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion des infrastructures Google Cloud Platform pour garantir leur fiabilité, leur sécurité et leur scalabilité.

Tu travailleras exclusivement sur l’environnement GCP pour soutenir les besoins technologiques de nos clients.

Missions principales :

• Concevoir et déployer des architectures cloud GCP adaptées aux besoins métiers.
• Gérer et optimiser l'utilisation des services Google Cloud (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, etc.).

Descriptif du poste :

En tant que Cloud Engineer spécialisé GCP au sein de AGC (Aceo Google Cloud, entité dédiée à Google Cloud), tu seras responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion des infrastructures Google Cloud Platform pour garantir leur fiabilité, leur sécurité et leur scalabilité.

Tu travailleras exclusivement sur l’environnement GCP pour soutenir les besoins technologiques de nos clients.

Missions principales :

• Concevoir et déployer des architectures cloud GCP adaptées aux besoins métiers.
• Gérer et optimiser l'utilisation des services Google Cloud (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, etc.).
• Implémenter des solutions de monitoring et d’alerting sur les environnements GCP.
• Automatiser les déploiements et la gestion d’infrastructures via Terraform, Ansible ou Deployment Manager.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour le déploiement d'applications cloud-native sur GCP en appliquant des pratiques DevOps.
• Renforcer la sécurité des environnements GCP via la mise en œuvre de politiques d'identité, de gestion des accès et de bonnes pratiques.
• Documenter les architectures et partager les meilleures pratiques cloud avec les équipes.

Qualification :

• Diplôme en informatique ou en ingénierie (Bac+5).
• Expérience significative sur Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Maîtrise des outils d’automatisation et d’orchestration (Terraform, Ansible, Deployment Manager).Solides connaissances des principaux services GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Kubernetes Engine, IAM, VPC, etc.).
• Très bonnes compétences en sécurité cloud sur GCP.
• Expérience avec des architectures conteneurisées (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Niveau d’anglais professionnel (B2 minimum).
• Capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes et à travailler en équipe.

• Esprit positif ;
• Expérience dans l'assistance téléphonique aux clients (de préférence).
