Vous participerez activement au déploiement des accords sociaux internationaux de Safran,
- Vous serez impliqué dans la conception et la mise en œuvre des initiatives de communication interne sociale du Groupe. L'objectif est d'assurer une bonne connaissance des accords sociaux internationaux de Safran par différents publics, tel que les équipes RH dans les différents pays, les représentants du personnel.
- Vous piloterez la réalisation de différents supports de communication sociale attractifs, vous appuyant sur différents médias digitaux ou autres. Pour cela vous coopèrerez avec la Direction de la Communication et des agences de communication externes.
- Vous participerez à l'animation de webinaires de présentation des accords internationaux.
- Vous contribuerez au partage de bonnes pratiques avec d'autres entreprises et au rayonnement du Groupe, avec la réalisation de présentations synthétiques.
- Vous réaliserez des benchmarks dans le domaine des relations sociales.
- Vous contribuerez à l'animation du réseau interne international (réunions, séminaire, veille sociale etc.) avec les équipes RH de différents pays.

+ Design branded and transversal training tools with the Senior Education Project Manager for each launch and for global tools
+ Development of skincare mobile learnings for the Beauty Advisor mobile app

+ Ensure deadlines, delivery and implementation of the assets, and constant optimization of work tools, processes, and communication.

**MEDICAL EVENTS**
+ Participate in the organization of medical/PR/Influencer education events, masterclass, and congress activations.

+ Contribute to on-site event support and post-event reporting.
TRENDS & SOCIAL MEDIA MONITORING
+ Conduct regular social media monitoring to identify emerging trends, content ideas, campaigns, and key opinion profiles across the beauty, skincare, and health sectors.
Work very closely with IM/PR and marketing teams to ensure message consistency and excellence in execution.
**YOU ARE A COTY FIT**
+ Master student (gap year or end-of-studies) in a business school or university
+ A previous work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education would be a plus
+ Previous work experience in communication, influence and/or PR for a beauty, lifestyle or luxury brand would be a plus (or in a PR/communication/influence agency).
+ Excellent communicator in English (C1) & French (B2) - both verbal & written
+ Creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility, and flexibility
