En tant que Store Manager, vous incarnerez l'image de l'entreprise et garantirez ses valeurs et son expertise auprès de la clientèle. Vous serez responsable de créer une expérience unique pour chaque visiteur tout en assurant le bon déroulement des opérations de vente.
Missions principales Expérience client et développement commercial- Accueillir et fidéliser la clientèle avec un service exceptionnel et un accompagnement personnalisé.
- Assurer le suivi des relations clients à l'aide d'outils CRM et WhatsApp.
- Développer et renforcer les ventes, en ligne et en boutique, avec des stratégies commerciales adaptées.
- Suivre les résultats et les indicateurs de performance du magasin.
- Gérer les réclamations clients pour garantir leur satisfaction en collaboration avec le siège.
- Optimiser les ventes en ligne pour développer le cross-canal.
- Maintenir un espace de vente attractif en adéquation avec l'image de l'entreprise.
- Appliquer et superviser les directives de merchandising et les opérations commerciales.
- Assurer une présentation soignée des articles et respecter les codes esthétiques de la marque.
- Encadrer et animer une équipe de vente, développer leurs compétences et assurer leur formation.
- Déléguer et superviser efficacement les activités de l’équipe.
- Garantir un environnement de travail motivant et bienveillant.
- Participer au recrutement et à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
- Gérer les stocks : réassort, réceptions, contrôle qualité et prévention des démarques.
- Effectuer les ouvertures et fermetures du magasin, gérer la caisse et assurer un suivi rigoureux des transactions.
- Appliquer et faire respecter les procédures internes et réglementaires.
- Assurer le reporting auprès de la Direction.
- Expérience significative en gestion de boutique dans le secteur du luxe et de la mode.
- Expérience en management d’équipe (minimum 4 personnes).
- Sens développé du service client, excellentes compétences relationnelles et commerciales.
- Capacité d’adaptation et autonomie.
- Passion pour l’histoire et le savoir-faire de l'entreprise.
- Excellente présentation, dynamisme et sens du détail.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais exigée.
