Role overview
As part of Greif’s global transformation, this role will lead the centralized administration of global sales incentive plans and manage the deployment of the enterprise-wide Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) system. The role will coordinate across various departments to ensure execution excellence and transparency, and collaborate on plan governance and design, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead administration of incentive plans for global sales roles.
- Ensure accurate incentive calculations and payouts.
- Manage quota setting, crediting logic, and seller eligibility.
- Support plan rollout and change management.
- Serve as the business owner of the ICM platform.
- Oversee system enhancements and data integration.
- Drive implementation of dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
- Partner with IT and vendors for platform scalability.
- Define governance protocols with Total Rewards.
- Partner on sales compensation plan design.
- Ensure regional compliance and consistency.
- Align with Finance on incentives and ROI.
- Coordinate with Sales Leadership on plans and strategies.
- Deliver performance dashboards and analytics.
- Monitor plan effectiveness and support audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related; Master’s preferred.
- 6+ years in sales compensation; 3+ managing ICM systems.
- Experience with HR/Total Rewards and commercial teams.
- Proficiency with ICM systems, Excel, Power BI.
- Experience in global organizations and compliance.

- Background in manufacturing or B2B sales.
- Knowledge of modern sales compensation structures.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with global compensation initiatives.
