Job Description
We're looking for a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be involved in the design and continuous improvement of our IoT supervision interfaces, working closely with the Delivery, Quality, and Customer Success teams.
UI/UX Design & Quality
- Create user interfaces as part of IoT projects
- Commit to delivering work that meets expectations and is on time, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Design, implement, and evolve a UI/UX quality framework for the Delivery team.
- Define and formalize guidelines and best practices for deliverables (white label, CSS, templates, etc.). Ensure deliverables comply with defined quality standards.
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Maintain a constant watch on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
With the support of the Tech Lead and under the responsibility of the Delivery Manager, you:
- Participate in client meetings and propose UX improvements adapted to identified needs.
- Create UI/UX interfaces on the client application.
- Manage certain cross-functional projects, including defining objectives, planning, operational monitoring, and evaluating results.
- Develop and maintain an image library to ensure visual consistency of deliverables.
- Support the Customer Success team in managing public model libraries.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Desired Profile
- Graduate from a specialized school (e.g., SRC/MiME).
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
- Knowledge of ergonomics and accessibility principles (WCAG, responsive design, etc.)
- Team spirit, rigor, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation.
- Fluency in English and French.

LE POSTE
En tant qu’alternant en UX/UI design au sein de notre entreprise, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe marketing pour créer des expériences utilisateur exceptionnelles. RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS
Recherche utilisateur :
Mener des recherches pour comprendre les besoins et les comportements des utilisateurs.
Créer des personas d’utilisateurs et des scénarios d’utilisation.
Analyser les données et les commentaires des utilisateurs pour orienter la conception.
Conception UX/UI :
Créer des wireframes, des prototypes interactifs et des maquettes visuelles.
Collaborer avec l’équipe de développement pour mettre en œuvre les conceptions.
Assurer la cohérence de l’interface utilisateur à travers tous les produits numériques.
Evaluation et itérations :
Effectuer des tests d’utilisabilité pour recueillir des retours d’utilisateurs.
Analyser les données des tests et proposer des améliorations.
Participer à des revues de conception pour évaluer les projets en cours.
Documentation :
Créer et tenir à jour la documentation de conception, y compris les guides de style et les spécifications.
EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE ET COMPÉTENCES INTERPERSONNELLES
De formation Master spécialisé en design UX/UI domaine connexe, vous êtes à la recherche d’un contrat d’apprentissage sein d’un groupe dynamique. Vous avez une parfaite maitrise des outils de conception tels qu’Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc. Vous avez également un bon niveau d’anglais et êtes titulaire du permis B. Une première expérience de conception, de stage ou de projet est un plus.
Pour répondre à ces critères avec succès, vous devrez faire preuve de :
Désir de travailler dans le milieu de l’aviation au sein d’un groupe dynamique,
