We’re looking for a Tech Supervisor / Developer to join our U.S. team in Boston. You’ll play a key role in client integrations — setting up, monitoring, and optimizing API connections to make sure leads flow seamlessly. In short: you’ll be the bridge between our tech and our clients’ growth.
Your missions- Set up & integrate APIs → connect new clients, review documentation, program and test integrations, and make sure launches happen on time.
- Monitor & troubleshoot → keep an eye on lead delivery, investigate bugs, handle technical tickets, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Be the technical point of contact → explain complex things simply, support clients during setup, and collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Account teams.
- Keep systems running → configure accounts, manage lead delivery schedules, and maintain accurate documentation.
We’re not after a “checklist” profile, but here’s what would make you successful in this role:
- Degree (or recent graduate) in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and structured — you enjoy solving problems.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment .
- Technical knowledge (or strong interest) in:
- API integrations & tools (Zapier, Postman…)
- Programming (Python, SQL, GitHub)
- Web services and connectivity
- Proactive learner with a team mindset.
- Great communicator: you know how to explain tech to non-tech folks.
- Fast response time on technical tickets
- Smooth execution of new API setups
- Stable lead delivery for clients

**Role Purpose**
Lead NTT Data's European ecosystem partnership strategy and integration initiatives to strengthen EU content contribution in AI Factory opportunities. This role is essential for achieving EuroHPC qualification and driving success across the broader European market.
The EU Integration Lead - AI is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for the implementation of the solution design, configuration and escalated problem management of solutions and services in client environments.
This role provides pre-sales support by identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals and assists with the creation and delivery of more complex technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
**Key Characteristics & Competencies**
**Technical Understanding**
+ HPC/AI Infrastructure Knowledge: Understands technology stack components (processors, interconnects, storage, software) sufficiently to identify integration opportunities
+ EU Technology Landscape Expertise: Deep knowledge of European technology providers across hardware, software, and services
+ Compliance & Certification Acumen: Familiar with EU procurement rules, GDPR, EU data sovereignty requirements, and certification frameworks
**Relationship Building**
+ Multi-Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage complex relationships across startups, SMEs, research institutions, and large vendors simultaneously
+ Cultural Navigation: Experience working across European markets with understanding of regional business practices and regulatory nuances
+ Partnership Structuring: Skilled in negotiating win-win commercial models (revenue sharing, IP licensing, joint development)

+ Baseline Assessment Capability: Experience conducting technology/partnership audits across large organizations
+ EU Content Calculation: Ability to track and document EU value contribution across complex supply chains

**Core Responsibilities**
1. Baseline Audit & Knowledge Management (First 90 Days)
+ Map all existing NTT Data and NTT Research European engagements
+ Document current partnerships (e.g. Mistral AI) and their EU value contribution
+ Create centralized repository of EU activities, certifications, and capabilities
2. Strategic Partnership Development
+ Tier 1 Partners (Board-level relationships):

3. EU Integration Score Management
+ Develop and maintain EU content tracking system
+ Create supplier certification database
+ Quarterly compliance audits
+ Real-time dashboard for bid teams
+ Evidence library maintenance (certificates, employment records, IP documentation)
**Experience Requirements**
+ 8-10 years in technology partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management
+ Track record of building partner networks in European markets
+ Experience with public sector procurement, ideally EuroHPC or Horizon Europe programs
+ Previous work with research institutions and startup ecosystems
+ Educational Background
+ Master's degree in Business, Technology, or European Studies preferred
+ EU procurement certifications valuable
+ Language skills: English fluent, plus 1-2 European languages (French, German, Italian priority)
+ Advanced experience in a similar role within a related global technology services environment.
+ Advanced experience working across multiple technology domains.
+ Advanced project management experience.
+ Advanced experience working with clients to understand their requirements and define appropriate solutions.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Integration Lead to play a key role in our ERP transformation journey. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams, you will ensure the consistency, scalability, and alignment of the SAP S/4HANA solution across domains. This role combines strategic oversight with operational involvement, focusing on integration, governance, and solution leadership in a complex, multi-entity, international environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional & Application Architecture
- Define and maintain the functional and application architecture around SAP ERP.
- Align SAP S/4HANA design with IT strategy and business objectives.
- Establish and update guidelines defining boundaries between SAP and third-party systems.
- Map and transform business processes to drive value creation.
Project Leadership & Coordination
- Act as functional lead across SAP S/4HANA workstreams in collaboration with partners.
- Serve as solution guarantor, ensuring consistency and making design decisions.
- Identify interdependencies and integration points across Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Monitor cross-functional progress and follow up on key integration points with internal teams.
Governance & Best Practices
- Participate in design authority and architecture review boards.
- Promote industry best practices through benchmarks and early evaluations.
- Facilitate coordination meetings to align milestones and dependencies.
- Consolidate functional risks, issues, and contribute to mitigation planning.
- 7+ years of experience as SAP Functional Integration Lead or Architect , ideally in S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Strong cross-domain knowledge in Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience designing and documenting enterprise architecture in complex, multi-entity setups.
- Background in functional coordination or PMO roles is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); French or German is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, or related field.
