• Operation Monitoring: a. Based on the system order quantity, report the previous day's order volume achievement and predict the current day's shipment volume; b. Role Purpose:

The Quality Control & Back-end Inspector will perform manual or semi-automatic sampling, visual inspections, and packaging of MMIC circuits and finished wafers within the required time and in accordance with specifications.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection, first article inspection, and final inspection of electronic and mechanical components with little to no assistance.
2. Schedule source inspections as required.
3. Generate internal and external reports.
4. Generate and maintain data for the control of documentation, effectively report information, and accurately respond to questions from team members, internal suppliers, and customers.
5. Communicate non-conformances and work with Quality and Manufacturing to drive corrective actions. Ensure all incoming, in-process, and final materials meet specifications.
6. Perform routine SAP transactions to move, disposition, and route material.

Key Competencies Required:

1. Quick-thinking, self-motivated individual with knowledge on all aspects of inspection and testing.
2. Experience with Mil-STD- .
