The scope of the role will be broad initially, covering general marketing (such as content and brand) and growth initiatives. As the company grows and our strategy shows promising signs, responsibilities will be split across new hires.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on while maintaining a strategic perspective and who will be autonomous in building and executing their roadmap.
We value time highly and aim to balance working with freelancers or agencies and doing the work ourselves. You will decide what to delegate and what to handle personally.
As Head of Marketing and Growth, you will:
Own and develop our brand strategy.
Manage our public content (website, socials, blog, publications, podcasts, etc.).
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams on positioning and product marketing.
Design regular growth initiatives to promote specific modules, campaigns, or announcements.
Expand our current event strategy in Europe and the US, both online and physical.
Own our lead generation strategy, including tracking and reporting with operations.

En tant que Head of Growth, tu prends en main la stratégie d’acquisition globale del’entreprise, sur tous nos marchés (France, Allemagne, Belgique).Ton objectif : générer une croissance durable, scalable, et parfaitement alignée avec nosambitions.
Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec le CMO, mais aussi avec les équipes sales, content,product et data.
→ Tes missions :
- Acquisition et stratégie
- Piloter la stratégie d'acquisition sur l’ensemble de nos marchésinternationaux (SEO, SEA, paid social, retargeting, partenariats, referral…)
- Définir les messages clés et les angles différenciants selon les cibles pournourrir une acquisition plus personnalisée et impactante
- Gérer le budget d’acquisition global et assurer une allocation optimisée parmarché, canal et objectif
- Assurer une veille permanente sur les tendances, outils, canaux et pratiquesinnovantes en growth B2B et SaaS
- Analyse et optimisation
- Cartographier le parcours d’achat de nos clients sur chaque marché pour
identifier les points de friction, opportunités et leviers de conversion
- Mettre en place une culture du test & learn pour expérimenter, analyser, itérer
- Concevoir et suivre des dashboards de pilotage (trafic, CAC, LTV, conversion,attribution, etc.) pour piloter la performance en temps réel
-Travailler sur des modèles de prévision (forecast) pour anticiper les résultatset adapter les ressources et investissements
-Proposer des recommandations stratégiques basées sur la data, les insightsterrain et les retours des équipes locales

Missions principales:
Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie marketing (ciblage, canal, message) permettant d’atteindre les objectifs du funnel (MQL/SQL/RDV)
Déployer les campagnes de génération de leads multicanales(SEO, SEA, retargeting, emailing, display…) via les canaux online
Concevoir et diffuser des contenus marketing percutants pour augmenter la visibilité de nos solutions et générer du trafic vers le site

Rôle : Assistant freelance en réseaux sociaux et marketing .
Jusqu'à 20 par mois
Expérience : 2 ans + travail dans la création de contenu de réseaux sociaux et la gestion de compte.
30-50€ de l'heure en fonction de l'expérience .
Tâches :
- Gestion quotidienne de la boîte de réception du compte Instagram @badiani1932_fr.
- Créer du contenu en magasin pour @badiani1932_fr en ligne avec le calendrier Badiani .
- Écrire des sous-titres pertinents et engageants pour le contenu @badiani1932_fr .
- Aider à traduire toute copie pour Badiani France dans son ensemble.
- Créer des listes mensuelles de sensibilisation des influenceurs pour savoir qui inviter à faire des storys .
- Réserver et gérer les invitations des influenceurs.
- Aider avec le marketing local et les collaborations locales
Doit parler couramment le français et l'anglais
